Must be kickstarting the Snoop label for expectations of rec. Putting Snoop on a medicinal product which is what we are now, seems a little contradictory and confusing to a patient. It seems to detract from the medicinal aspect. jmho dyodd and glta
I believe that! I got my order filled and effectively doubled down on my bet and actually managed to average down but now is not the time to take profits imho. I wasn't so lucky on the double down on TNY but I am very happy with the way it is moving. US elections should be interesting as far as marijuana coming out and if they get cross border transport sorted out for the THC it would reduce costs for manufacturing. I have mixed feelings about how much control we need and right now I feel that a grow op would secure supply and oils and extractions are going to be base ingredients and the preferred method of storage, security and transport. Maybe subcontracting everything out is the better way to go. TNY seems to be doing that which reduces costs going in. Supply of magic ingredient is top of my list, especially with 9 potential new states coming on. In Canada CGC is gearing up for the big bump in legal rec use and are probably making oils out of their massive crops in anticipation of mipps. I think they are solid because they grow and crack their own Cannabinoids and are looking to the future inevitable growth. Growing your own also reduces the chances of drug laced, bug infested, mold and other problems that going to the public pot supply could affect your products. In Canada government has/is attempting to ensure pharma grade with a rigorous inspection of licensed producers which makes them the most likely to take over the rec market and I hope Nutritional High sees the logic of quality and safety. For sure if we get a mipps line happening, dosage and effects will have to be consistent and the only way to ensure that is growing your own imho. glta and dyodd
.27c on good volume. we've had lots of good nr's lately and it looks like things are coming together really well.
If they jumped on the carrot being offered by the sister company to help set up bottling lines, they might be in on the single serve beverage side of the market sooner rather than later. The OTHER company is smokin' hot right now and I hope you guys are invested. It showing the potential of SPLIF but it is a long time coming. In all fairness I do sense we are on the verge under Frazier's leadership. Everybody wants the good old days when a nickel stock jumped to $5 but I think that train has left the station and this company will have to focus on value added products preferably manufactured by Nutritional High in their own manufacturing plant. C.TNY has offered help to companies wanting to bottle their own THC and CBD product under the guidance of Tinley. For those investors that don't know about the sister company sharing management people, they do. They could piggyback on each other's manufacturing facilities and distribution channels. We should have some good news soon with NH and depending on the election outcomes for the US in regards to lightening up on pot stocks this could maybe see $5 if/when we've got something that will sell. glta and dyodd
Good points made by all on the distribution. Mail order is good but won't get the impulse buyers but probably the cheapest, less likely to lose control system available. Pharmacies make sense for pharma grade marijuana to patients that need some specific strains or qualities and advice. Liquor stores for rec is the fast track to satisfy demand with a decent security to keep it in adult hands but probably little knowledge for consumers. True compassion shops maybe should be grandfathered in and allowed to run if they can step up and use lp product. All the others are criminals in my eyes and need to be shut down and the people charged. There should be no first strike advantage for criminal enterprises. For our US investors, I encourage you to take a small stake in this company despite the US fed regs because I sense change is coming and the feds will back off the proceeds of crime tangent. They wouldn't dare touch your investment in UpJohn or Phizer and in Canada this is a legitimate licensed producer of pharma grade medical marijuana and the kicker is: CGC is gearing up for recreational use becoming legal and imho this could easily double the shareprice or turn it into a dividend payer. Canada has limited the amount of licensed producers and have strict controls on the produce to ensure its safety. glta and dyodd
My 2cents. Breathtec .02. Cannabix $37 on irrational exuberance but I feel strongly that the insiders will come off at $2-3 because that is the impression I got when I talked to one of the promoters. I hope our US investors aren't holding back because they think this will get caught up in the proceeds of crime stuff that the feds are doing. glta and dyodd
If you are not a licensed producer in Canada then you are probably involved in criminal activity if you set up a storefront. Commonsense tells me that these guys will be in no man's land if they have been criminally charged. My guess is that they won't be granted the immunity idol when the lp's go storefront. The licensed producers selling medical marijuana are already paying taxes and jumping hurdles to provide safe product and they will lead the way in the rec field too, because they have a system and are coloring inside the lines. It doesn't make sense to give first strike advantage to the illegal operations. glta and dyodd
don't bet money you can't afford to lose because these are red or black bets. If you still think they have something, stink bid it and you might scare out a weak hand. The promoters are taking care of themselves! They always do! glty and dyodd
cut your losses and buy blozf if you want to get your money back. I have been very vocal about BTHCF being the same as BLOZF who imho own the future potential for multi-purposing this device for other drugs and diseases. The court case that will inevitably happen imho will be the tell tale. glta and dyodd
It looks like Canadians see more value in this stocks' potential than our US investors. Maybe some investors see the word cannabis in the propoganda and won't touch it thinking this is a marijuana play. It is more of an anti-marijuana play so the feds should be jumping up and down with joy. Maybe it's the fact that it was launched on the CSE which is the newest exchange with lighter requirements that seems to have migrated to being the pot exchange. Maybe our US investors think this is the dirty old VSE fleecing machine for junior mining hopefuls. The CSE has my respect as a well run exchange and it is not going to snatch your money because we are ok with medical marijuana investing and soon we will be ok with rec marijuana investing too. I'm not saying you are going to get rich playing stocks listed on the CSE but you could if your stock picking prowess is good. You are playing the odds with penny stocks but I have seen a lot of Bluechips go south too. Buyer beware! Cannabix is not a pot investment! glta and dyodd
upside potential. .18c the last time I looked and 50 retailers on board for Hemplify. Their intentions are clear to be ready with THC and their Tinley27 line. Tinley has dangled a pretty nice carrot for existing bottlers or marijuana biz types to provide finance or expertise to make Tinley products. Grower/extractors probably want to be more than wholesalers and this is a positive move by Tinley to secure supply of magic ingredients. glta and dyodd
Have you ever noticed how much lawyer sounds like lyar!? My opinion is that they are masters of turning black and white into grey for a handsome sum.
Pull your head outa your ass tunnel! You are all over the map yapping down BLO in favour of breathtec and making all the same old bullchit comments about the competitors having done testing with handheld devices without an ounce of proof other than your own belief which you are expounding like it is fact. One of your posts on breathtec showed concern as an invested individual with your wtf comment. Breathtec is an attempt at a spinout of another company cannibalizing Cannabix's potential and that big cloud on the horizon is the court cases that are going to follow to settle this out. I maintain that Cannabix owns the future potential of breathtesting for thc, drugs, disease and starting a new company to cut-out the disease portion as a separate entity is a slight of hand by the promoters of this effort to double slop at the trough! This will be detrimental to the value of both stocks and the weight of that cloud of possibility will drag down the potential of the one that succeeds with attorney fees and court costs plus the time delay. They already synergize with donations to the U of F and haven't really proven the divorce concept of division of potential. I am not a lawyer, I don't like lawyers and it is starting to smell like lawyers and could cost both these companies if somebody else wins the race. I still like the team from the U of F under Yost. The promo team fell into the rose bush when they got them on board and not the shit pile which is where they were headed imo until they added the credibility of the Yost group. glta and dyodd
Snoop announcement got the herd moving in and the smart money was ready for them for a fast buck. We are a ways from unleashing the beast into the public market in Canada legally. If we have been experimenting with some product that would be good news but I'm guessing it is just the produce and oils with a Snoop label on them. I am not convinced that we need to produce our own mipps if we control the oil supply. The growers and oil producers will be king imho and CGC has executed this very well. glta and dyodd
There are some nr's out with some substance to them. A couple of new appointments of key people in drink marketing and liquor marketing. They hit 50 outlets and are doing a second run of Hemplify in October which means they must be running low. We are "on it" with some THC drink prototypes in the pipeline for when the time comes. There will be a huge initial demand for Tinley 27 imho with a ready made market in waiting. I don't know what the plans are but Tinley has dangled a carrot out to potential manufacturers of Tinley products to help with tooling a bottling line. Where the magic ingredients come from is anybodys guess but the intent behind the bottling line offer is for producers with the potential or the ingredients. I have concerns about the strength issues but I guess if they follow the rules it should be ok. Standardization of strength, quality and dosing is paramount imo. My guess is that THC supply might be in question with the influx of potential new mips manufacturers but supply will meet demand eventually. If Tinley supplies and controls the processed oils for the syrups then we might even be able to meet pharma standards as set by the states and Canada. Maybe they will deal with the issue of cross border transfer of THC in the coming referendum. glta and dyodd
putting a nanogram number on it is just a legal starter pistol to go for impaired or let the driver drive away. It doesn't prove impairment but does speak to frequent usage and recent usage if derived from breath. Frequent users probably carry themselves better because they have developed some resistance to the effects just like your quart and a half per day scotch drinker Ceo of a major business that functions normally to the uneducated. It can be legislated though that you can't drive if you are over the limit. Swabs, spit and blood all leave dna which is a legal challenge point in most countries, so not likely. THC breathalyzer leaves the weekend user out of the employer dragnet. glta and dyodd
It will take time for the adjustment to happen and then it is my opinion that the guys making pharmaceutical products to satisfy that market in California will be first to have products for recreational use. some of the other countries are taking a hard look at T.CGC which is a Canadian Company that seems to have a lot of foresight as to what the world is going to do with this new vice and how to capitalize on it. SPLIF/EAT are already having consults with CGC about oil extraction but CGC really has a finger on the pulse but are steering away from the US market because of the interstate inconsistencies in rules and regulations. Canada's rules are national and are the same for all provinces and territories. Less pitfalls. CGC has already cracked the code for exporting pharmagrade product to Germany legally and above board. Quality and safety will open lots of doors so the Cali pharma grower manufacturers will have first strike advantage imho. glta and dyodd ps. remember that there is no reason for government to do this if they can't tax it and if they tax it, they will have to regulate it for quality and safety.
Mad, I think you are in the closet about owning the sister company. I hope you do. Right now it will make you happier! Then we can call you Happystacker! glta and dyodd
and drinkables! Don't forget the drinkables.
Based on Lifelocks heyday price. It is dreamstate thinking but sometimes these stocks get irrational on the potential. It happens all the time with mining stocks! Also tech/computer stocks. It's my dream! Roll with it! glta and dyodd ps. you can set your dreamprice too!
That last news release is moving the needle now!
This helps to confirm the points I was trying to make that the Liberals would be doing the happy dance if they had an impartial mechanical device available to law enforcement prior to legalizing rec pot for adults. Any body fluid test is subject to criminalizing somebody for past use even though they weren't impaired at the time. Of course if you are dead it will be tough to get a breath to test. The whole reason for this effort is societies' recognition of the fact that this is a good idea for public safety. The need is so great that the governments might go with swabs, blood and saliva if the thc breathalyzer doesn't pan out. The key is rapid recognition! Can't wait for lab results at the roadblock but an instant recognition of thc present at least proves the officer is on the right track to remove the driver from the road for more in-depth scrutiny. I think the officers would be arms open to a thc breathalyzer even if it was as big as a desktop computer. That was the same deal with the original Blood Alcohol breathalzyer. In this neck of the woods they stuck it in the "Batmobile" to be able to get it on-scene at roadchecks. Handhelds followed when the technology advanced. $37 is my target. dreamer? Maybe? glta and dyodd
bunch of busy beavers this morning. I'm talking about posters not Canadians or women. Seems to be a rising tide for pot stocks and pot related stocks. All of my investments in these fields are smokin' right along! No pun intended! The other company I mention periodically for as long as the posts last is up close to 40% today as is the THC breathalyzer one. Welcome to the greenrush. Gold has been getting diddled with and if you can't have a goldrush then let's have a greenrush. glta and dyodd
when if flys in Canada it will be quality and safety assured. I'm not sure how much control there is for safety in the US. It seems kind of wild west and a bit rushed to get supply. It is probably the crossing state lines thing that might restrain supply but the growers will step up, it just might take time. That's why I think that the grower extractors are in the drivers seat and anybody else that adds value. I'm not sure what the surplus supply is for manufacturers and who is testing it. Canada has led the way with pharma grade quality and strength which will eliminate lots of problems, especially for a bad crop or run of manufactured product. glta and dyodd
I am in your corner on this but more of a realist I think. I try to imagine the what if scenarios. Works for me. glta and dyodd
They used to call me! My other guys call me! Just saying!
When I said we lost our partner that was an error for which I have apologized! I never said we don't own 50% of the dispensary! I wondered why only 50% and not 51% which is good business to have control. Smart business people would go for 51% and I maintain my position that this won't be profitable for a long time (Effingham) but was a desperate attempt to live up to some of its promises by taggin' along for the ride with a successful chain of dispensaries. This is common sense for reasonable people not "bashing and lying" as you allude to. I still maintain my investment in EAT because I liked the original business plan if they can keep it focused to that and I think we have an honest guy in Jim Frazier. If you want to talk about lying re-read some of the nr's as this was going off the rails or should I say dreamin'!
Yea, you said it. You delete MY posts when I mention affiliate possibilities but not other posters when THEY see a connection. You may be right about the fact that these two companies won't work together. If you were a smart businessman with a new exciting company, launched after your choice, and moving and shaking like they are, I would steer clear of said company like it was a fresh dog mine. Hemplify and Tinley 27 in several flavours don't need SPLIF but might just take them out while they are on the ropes. glta and dyodd
http://investingnews.com/daily/resource-investing/agriculture-investing/cannabis-investing/canadian-marijuana-stocks/ Good morning! Good educational read about what Canadian pot investors are having success with. There is a mention about a Colorado deal happening for infused whiskey, rum and something else. Sit down with your Moms and have them explain the content and how it affects your investment in Nutritional High. It looks to me that we could have houseguests and if I am right then I want you to play nice with them. glta and dyodd
Same device for two purposes. Same company when you get by chicanery and imo deceitful attempt to double dip and divert the potential of this company. When we get a working pot breathalyzer then we can expound on the capabilities of this technology for other drug detection and diseases. Same vacuum cleaner with a different nozzle imo. Piggybacking on our device and technology is just an attempt to double dip by promoters and there isn't any doubt in my mind that this will result in expensive litigation. On a brighter note, good moves today, not exactly sure why yet! Hang onto your shares, especially if somebody with big pockets slams us with a big short sell attack. $37!!! Why not? Lifelock nailed that number on a BAC breathalyzer. glta and dyodd
Sounds like the sister company has opened the door to getting something done. Will help SPLIF set up bottling line and show them how to run it to use up some of that oil that they plan on extracting. Beverages are big sellers, repeat sellers and big mark-up, especially THC infused. I think that was the plan all along for these two companies with common influential board members. Tinley just wasn't going to wait while Posner chased butterflies. glta and dyodd
I strongly encourage management of Nutritional High to seek the quality and safety of pharma-grade products in their quest to enter this market. If you can do pharma quality then it is easy to do rec! Rec is where you can capitalize on the Hendrix name. This is what it will take imho to qualify for products that will go across state lines or for our International ambitions. Quality was job 1 for T.CGC (the guys we shared our oil expertise with) and they started at the pharmaceutical level to become innovators in the Cannabis market and are gaining notoriety in the world market based on their successes. It is easy to step down to supply the rec market with an OHendrix or recreational mipp but not easy to go the other way if standards aren't in place. I believe the rec market will generate the most dollars but I also think the medicinal market can't be ignored. HMO's and medical insurers are going to be the access point for a lot of marijuana patients because of the medical coverage. glta and dyodd
Back on track according to latest nr. Oils first and then mipps but subject to the government dotting the i's and crossing the t's. Congratulations are in order for "WEEEEE" and "CHOOCHOO" and the other 2 or 3 more mature posters. Little sister got an 18% bump up today and EAT/SPLIF should get some moves like that too now that they are back on the rails.
almost 20% bump up today on yesterday's news. Real company with real product and real potential to storm the THC drink market when Cali is open for THC rec business.
If the need is deemed great enough and it is possible to have a detection device that will only react for the last couple of hours that might be enough. It is certainly enough to tie up the driver and get the impaired expert on the case to make the determination of impairment. I've seen a lot of people that function very well when under the influence, usually from "tempering" their bodies with frequent use so a nanogram level of thc really doesn't carry any weight but is indicative of frequent use or a controlled presence but not necessarily impaired if they can maintain function in normal fashion. It only gets more complicated from there with people that use multi-vices like a couple of lines of Coke, a bowl or two of pot and wash it down with a couple of alcoholic beverages. If the system drops the standards to accept a yes or no device to keep up the investigation of impairment then swabs would do. Collecting DNA will be a big stumbling block for any testing device especially if it is an employer that can see that you are going to be a drain on the system by picking up on a cancer marker or the like. I like the back door built into the thc breathalyzer which is the two hour window of use. That is well thought out imho or we aren't going to have any workers left when they get caught in the drag net. I'm glad we have medchem back recognizing the dollar making potential of this stock again. The hound must be under the porch licking himself. I don't hear much barking. glta and dyodd
I bought some news to try to bring something intelligent but somebody is Madd..oops I mean mad!
http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2016/09/26/hemplify-signs-distribution-agreement-with-sf-pipes-for-the-smoke-shop-channel New news out today. I see consolidation of two companies down the road. jmho glta and dyodd
What he said!
no dispute, facts are facts! I already accepted that this is not easy and full of pitfalls. Kinda like getting your turnip to tell you its name and hometown (tic). But in 1890 if you said you were going to fly to the moon you would of got the stink-eye because the only flight was falling off the cliff or a hot-air balloon. Early 1900 we could fly and 1960's we went to the moon (argueable). Not easy but a well thought out objective for a timely purpose. I believe and I am rooting for our team! glta and dyodd
