Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue (full album)
Yes he did.
My own experience was recounted elsewhere, some years ago.
Midnight Rider is in a class of its own if for no other reason than
the tension built up in the verses, is perfectly released in that simple
chorus refrain. Not uncommon, but just really well done, IMO.
I always wanted to cover it, given the right artist.
Tommy James - I Think We're Alone Now
Joe Ligon - Heavy Load
Now yer talkin, Larry.......
I love that record and everything that came out
of Malaco in Jackson MS., in those days!
This one
is the best of that entire "genre" & era, IMO, cap.
Just seeing the name D.A, Coe, however gave me a very
unpleasant flash-back.!
I tried that one;
I was hoping it might be something from the "Duty Free" sector, Myth.
Pass some of it my way!
That answers it.
Here's a better one
with the real band
Yes, cap!
Any women ever drop by this clubhouse. Buehler?? Anyone?
TOP - Don't Change Horses
TOP w Rick Stevens - You're Still A Young Man
Chick Willis - Stoop Down Baby
WARNING Explicit Lyrics
Townes Van Zandt - Snowin' On Raton
Lord! Don't Miss It, Myth.
Townes Van Zandt - Pancho & Lefty
Thank you, Skee!
Charles Mingus - Goodbye Pork Pie Hat
Luther Vandross - A House Is Not A Home
AWB - A Love Of Your Own
Tower Of Power - Soundstage 1977
Syl Johnson - Take Me To The River
Ann Peebles - Feel Like Breakin' Up Somebody's Home
Mary Ann Fisher - What Kind Of Man Are You
Little Johnny Taylor - Open House At My House
Soul Stirrers w. Paul Foster - Must Jesus Bear This Cross Alone
I'm neutral....
I dislike both teams!
Glad you figured it out, cap;
One last reference to Paul Griffin.
He recorded with Dylan on the first electrified albums.
You can hear his same piano style on Like A Rolling Stone
as American Pie.
Here ya go, cap
Paul Griffin is singing the (scat) falsetto parts
