Exactly, otherwise you are just their food. I don't think anybody understands that someone loses in the stock market in order for another to win.
That's the only reason the charts work. Thousands and thousands of idiots use them and in turn, they become self fulfilling prophecies. If it doesn't work a 100% of the time, it doesn't work. When the charts are correct, it was due to random chance. If you believe technical analysis, you have been fooled by random luck.
Couldn't have said it better myself. It's so easy to manipulate people. It's simply amazing.
Exactly. To say this is never going to .70 again is just plain ignorant.
Nothing for nothing, but charts are useless in penny land. What happens is idiots start spewing the chart crap and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Trust me, if charts do not work 100% of the time, they don't work. The results are just chance. This chance being right tricks you into believing the charts. Penny stocks are all emotion and news. Why else do you think this stock just did what it did. There is nothing different in the fundamentals from when this stock was .72 to today. Nothing.
This guy Adam played a major part in taking this down....how? It's a self fulfilling prophecy when he says something. He has a bunch of shorters following him that attack stocks as soon as he puts out an article bashing his target. Same thing with clay trader. A bunch of people watch his videos and then will base their trades on the stupid chart data. So all of a sudden those levels actually do become resistance points because so many people are following the same method, hence it become a self fulfilling prophecy that leads you to think technical analysis really works in penny land.
You too hotspot. You claim to love this stock but are doing a damn good job of convincing people to sell. Damn, you must want all the shares for yourself or you are trying to lower the price. Not attacking you, just stating what it looks like from my point of view.
yup....shorting attack at its finest.
Shows you the power of shorters. This is absolutely crazy.
Wow, I really wish I could buy at these prices. What a deal.
Do you like to lose money? Why would you sell at the bottom? You are new to this, huh?
Whatever you do, do not sell. You will be a sucker. This will rise. Just sit back and don't pay attention to the swings, just know that this will be worth much more in the near future.
You mean direct evidence of manipulation by the market makers. That's all it is. After hours trades are nothing but proof that the market makers were manipulating. They were probably naked shorting. Oh wait, that's illegal says the govt, too bad they don't do anything about it.
Totally agree. It's truly sickening.
Great example. It's exactly what they are doing. Hence, why I call this scum "unethical bastards".
Yup, here come the games. Unethical bastards. Taking advantage of main st investors. So wrong.
We have lift off!!! All-in, are you all-out?
Anyone feel like this news release is fluff?
It's a penny stock, therefore the price movement can be easily manipulated in times of no news. You are not helping the board, you are only trying to induce panic. For the 100th time, the selling of shares for 3.3 million at .30 has nothing to do with this price drop. The price drop is typical manipulation that comes with huge price increases in penny stocks. This happens all the time. If you know a thing or two, you will know that the price will move up just as fast as it went down. This is why they tell you to not pay attention to short term price movements in stock if you are an investor. You clearly are a trader, since you obsessing with short term swings in the price.
Why don't you take his advice....sell and move on if you don't think this is a winner.
You don't need the RSI to tell you this is oversold. You only need logic and knowledge of the market to understand what's going on here. Buying in at these prices is like taking money from a baby. Ask yourself, what has changed in the fundamentals since this stock last traded in the .50s and .60s, absolutely nothing. You actually had confirmation of the study come through, so if anything the fundamentals are even stronger. So understand this is nothing more than unethical bastards taking advantage of main st investors. Wrong in every way.
Quite the short attack going on here. I'm impressed.
Of course nobody is really selling right now. It's people borrowing shares that they don't even have, and then unloading them as fast as they can to drive the price down so that they can then buy back in at a lower price than they borrowed the shares at.
So, this selling will dry up soon and this morning's sellers will be buying back in to cover.
I have to laugh at that too. EMH is total bs. Idiots.
No one that believes in this company would be selling like this. If so, what reason? It's obvious it's a short attack to flush out weak hands by creating panic. It's an easy play. How? They took advantage of all the new exposure the time magazine presented. Attracted a lot of main st investors who panic when they buy into a penny stock and lose 30-40% in a week. That's why they are taking her down. It's shorting 101. They totally took advantage of the people abd the situation. If you sold into this, you will regret it by the end of the month.
Yup, you are not kidding. Flushing out the weak hands and stealing their shares aka their money. Don't play on emotion people. If there is no negative news and the stock goes down this much, understand that market makers are manipulating the price. It's as easy as that. Selling is what they are trying to get you to do.
Anything positive to take from this patent update?
Don't be a sucker and sell. Patience. It's a def winner, just give it some time. If you followed stocks long enough, you will know that this downward pressure has nothing to do with the 3.3 million at .30. I am being dead honest, it has nothing to do with this drop. This drop was an orchestrated short attack. They create panic in order to get people like you to sell their shares. They then scoop up your shares and totally screw you when they bring the price back up. So they make money on both swings. They obviously have no ethics, which is why they are so hated in the investment world. This practice has resulted in good companies going bankrupt when the market makers lose control of the short. A perfectly good company can go bankrupt from a short attack gone wrong. The market makers can get away with this bs, because who is really regulating them on the otc level?
Check up this write up on the t notes, so you know it's not coming from 3.3 mil at .30 deal. Also research naked shorting.
"When researching this article, The response from the SEC defined a “Form T Trade” a “trade reporting form used by broker-dealer members of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) to report equity trades executed either in the OTC market or during extended hours trading. Recent amendments to FINRA rules will expand the types of situations in which Form T is to be used, but they are not yet in effect.” The response also recommended contacting FINRA. Notice the first portion of the response. “either in the OTC Market or…” Once again, it is confirmed by the SEC that ”after hours” trades do not exist in the Pinks.
FINRA was much less transparent in their response and essentially spewed the same limited information regarding T Trades that is available on their website. None of which, accurately reflects why these trades occur in the OTC Markets. (http://www.finra.org/web/groups/industry/@ip/@reg/@notice/documents/notices/p123750.pdf)
Trying to decipher the meaning of these trades with the limited information that is available on the subject led down several dark paths. Clearly, the average investor is not meant to understand the concept or its rules. Even more disconcerting is the second part of the SEC message “Recent amendments to FINRA rules will expand the types of situations in which Form T is to be used, but they are not yet in effect.” That means there is even less transparency about this mysterious T Trade.
After months of due diligence, there are a few poorly publicized uses for a T Trade. The most important factor here is that the only requirement of market makers by FINRA is that they must report all trades in a day. They are not required to do so when the actual trade occurs.
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
To execute a Market on Close” order, a market maker may have an order to purchase the stock at a certain price at the end of the trading day. This is the most unlikely scenario because it needs to be assured that someone selling the stock and someone buying that stock are agreeing upon a price. Simply put, this is more likely with insider buying and selling.
The T Trade that the public sees is nothing more than one or all of the above scenarios. The T Trade reported at the end of the day can be from one market maker or many involved market makers. It can be a single purchase price but is usually an average of all of the previously unreported purchases from that business day.
Penny stocks are an exciting and lucrative business. As most everyone will tell you, it is not for the weak of heart. There is definite money to be made in the OTC Markets and more penny stock millionaires are made every day. But the best way to win the game is to know the rules!
One additional fact surfaced about market makers while researching T Trades. Did you know that market makers are not required to honor their offer price? That is correct, because the OTC market is essentially a “best offer” market. If a buyer meets the asking price for a security, the market maker can, and often does, decide to rescind the offer, not sell the security and adjust the selling price.
Happy Trading."
Are you a basher? I'm assuming so.
First, you question whether it's a great invention. Umm, go ask Time magazine.
Second, you question why pharmaceuticals, governments, and fda are not jumping up and down? Umm competition. Yes, all 3 of the above mentioned play on the same team. Aemd will join the team in time when they get bought out. Till then, this is a direct threat to the above mentioned entities and will be treated as such.
Any other questions?
These bastards make me sick. Thanks for sharing that, it helps people understand why a stock goes down for no reason.
I'm truly disgusted right now that I don't have any funds available to buy more at this steal of a price. This is an easy double your money entry point.
I'm jealous. This is like free money buying in at this price. Nothing in the fundamentals has changed for this company. If you can't see that the price is being manipulated, you shouldn't be in stocks.
Exactly!! If you sell into this, you are a sucker.
It's clear that we are at a bottom. Wish they didn't kill the momentum yesterday by shorting the hell out of this. It's a part of stock trading, but I hate these people. There is no reason in hell that this should be at this price, but that is the nature of the beast. Wish I could buy more shares at this price, it's like taking candy from a baby, easy money.
Think this starts making a run today. Bottom is in.
You are going to be swimming in cash!! I'm jealous....Good luck!!
Give me a break. Does your chart incorporate news?
I can only wish I had that kind of share total. This must be one hell of a roller coaster ride for you. Lol lucky you.
Couldn't agree more. That's what stinks about small caps like this. They can easily manipulate the hell out of the stock. You have great news and a great product (it's actually curing people) and it goes down? Can you make the manipulation any more obvious. It's literally insane to have a pullback on this type of news. Granted we knew it was coming, but it was no guarantee. Now we get the confirmed results and it goes down? Yes, it's called total manipulation. There is no way this should be trading at .50 based on the future value of the product. It's a complete steal at this price. If you are new to stocks, research market makers aka mm's, and you will know what I'm talking about.
Btw, anyone hoping this goes to .30 is crazy. You think an investor is going to invest 3 million to get shares at .30 a pop, only to watch the stock slide down to 30 cents? He was a big investor, putting up big money, so that he could get discounted shares. Why put up the big capital if you are going to get the same price as a regular investor buying a 100 dollars worth....you don't. It's not going to go back to .30 ever again.
Spot on!!
How many shares do you have? You are always buying.
Playing the volume means exactly what it means. Day traders and shorters love high volume. Without volume, they can't participate, and play the swings.
gotta love it......as soon as big volume comes in, these shorters go to work playing the volume. Read these guys like a book.
