MUST READ - TODAYS PR - Don't be MISLED
POD channel is an INFOMERCIAL channel!!!!
About OBN Holdings, Inc., is a holding company for four wholly owned operating subsidiaries: Omni Broadcasting Network, Inc.; All Sports Television Network, Inc.; Eclectic Entertainment, Inc.; and Products on Demand Channel, Inc. Omni was created to function as a broadcast television network. All Sports Television was created as the only national broadcast sports television network. Eclectic was developed as a television and feature film Production Company, and the licensing and merchandising arm of the organization. Products On Demand was created to broadcast infomercials and other forms of paid programming.
Products On Demand Channel uses the same satellite uplink as Omni, but broadcasts programming during the hours not used by Omni or All Sports. Products On Demand plans
to reduce the number of infomercials aired to focus on programming developed by independent producers seeking an outlet on national broadcast television. <----FRANK IS PAYING THEM - LOL!!!!!

Subscribers will increase from 20,000 to upwards of 700,000 after April 7th launch
TORONTO, (Canada), March 24, 2005 – Starting April 7th under new ownership, PrideVision will launch a new digital cable channel called OUTtv. On that date, the current premium channel PrideVision will then be known as HARD on PrideVision and will see its hard core gay adult content expanded to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. OUTtv will not have any hard-core adult programming and will be a 24/7 GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender) Category 1 lifestyle channel that will be included at no additional cost with other digital channels in bundles or theme packages or separately on an ‘a la carte’ basis. Digital and satellite subscribers should contact their provider for details on exchanging a current channel for, or adding OUTtv to their channel lineup at no extra cost.
“PrideVision needed to divide into two channels due to high demand and the tremendously broad range of programming to serve the GLBT communities better,” says Bill Craig, the new President of both OUTtv and HARD on PrideVision. “Because OUTtv will have dramatically increased reach through package distribution going from 20,000 subscribers to upwards of 700,000 over the next few months, it will substantially increase relevant programming for the GLBT community currently not available on any other mainstream channel.
Pridevision/OUTtv is now under new ownership as it was purchased last year from Headline Media Group by a private consortium including Canadian gay businesses making the world’s first gay network majority gay-owned for the first time. The consortium includes a mix of media and television production companies with extensive experience in television and gay media including Pink Triangle Press (PTP), Re:Source Media and Peace Point Entertainment Group. This consortium will help re-define, refocus and re-launch Canada’s only GLBT television network. PTP is the country’s largest and longest running gay and lesbian media group, a not-for-profit organization that has been a driving force in the gay and lesbian community for over 30 years. Re:Source Media Inc. is an integrated broadcast organization that develops, finances and produces high definition television properties for the international marketplace working with such networks as Discovery and VH1. The Canadian company has offices and production bureaus in North America, Europe and Asia, in addition to broadcast holdings and high definition production studios in Canada. Peace Point Entertainment Group is a Toronto-based award-winning independent producer of cutting-edge television content for the worldwide market. To date, the company has produced over 300 hours of television content with distribution in over 25 international markets. Bill Craig, the new President of both OUTtv and PrideVision was formerly on staff at the CRTC and also launched and operated three regional US TV networks for Fox and NBC. “With new gay ownership that truly understands TV and the Canadian gay and lesbian market, OUTtv will soon become an integral part of Canadian gay culture in this exciting and fast-moving period in our community,” says Bill Craig.
NEW PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS
There is currently more original programming on OUTtv than any other digital channel. Daily news for the GLBT community will also be a major component of the live and current programming debuting on the network. One-minute semi-weekly updates will soon be replaced with daily information presently not available for GLBT’s on traditional mainstream television networks.
Live news, GLBT event coverage and call-in programming will be substantially increased with the addition of a current events live show titled Time Out featuring topics of interest to the GLBT community. The recent move to the state-of-the-art broadcast facility at Stornoway Communications will allow OUTtv access to a modern studio with the ability to handle multiple viewer phone calls and other interactive services.
New seasons of popular Canadian-produced GLBT programs will return including the GLBT health and sex advice weekly, By Appointment…With Dr. Keith, described by many viewers as one of the most important programs for the GLBT community. A new season featuring GLBT books and authors, Read OUT! will also debut, as well as new episodes of the West-Coast produced series, Way Out West TV. Also Fairy Tale, the unscripted GLBT dating series that gained international attention as one-of-a-kind in the world, will have its world television premier for its second season on OUTtv. A brand new series, I Now Pronounce You... focuses on gay and lesbian weddings, and is hosted by comedian Trevor Boris. The second season of the internationally syndicated Canadian gay travel series Bump! will also debut this year. Bump! was the highest rated show on Pridevision.
OUTtv will also increase its national and international acquisitions substantially, providing a new slate of relevant programming for Canada’s GLBT television audience including the much-anticipated North American premiere of The Big Bow Wow, a stylish and gritty drama featuring 20-something’s in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. More movies, documentaries, sitcoms, talk shows and further seasons of popular programs such as Prisoner: Cell Block H, Queer As Folk, and FortheboysTV will also return.
About OUTtv
Owned by 6166954 Canada Inc, which is a private consortium that was brought together to purchase PrideVision from Headline Media Group. Shareholders include independent television production companies such as Re:Source Media headed by Kevin Fox and Peace Point Entertainment Group Inc., headed by Les Tomlin, president, and co-executive producer of GLBT travel series, BUMP! Another new shareholder with a substantial presence in Canada is Pink Triangle Press, the country’s largest and longest running gay and lesbian media group, a not-for-profit organization that has been a driving force in the gay and lesbian community for over 30 years. As one of the world’s first gay publishers PTP has a long history of speaking across and expanding borders for gays and lesbians. With its award-winning Xtra! gay and lesbian community newspapers in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver, PTP boasts a national readership of over 175,000. guess who owns pride??..frankie is such a fraud..
Pridevision/OUTtv is now under new ownership as it was purchased last year from Headline Media Group by a private consortium including Canadian gay businesses making the world’s first gay network majority gay-owned for the first time.
is there one honest person left on earth??
what will....
be the next great pump?? imo, the prs are a joke!
if you are mad, scracth your *&^& and get glad!!
why not let the bid be known?? qbid is daytrader's delight!
high of...
.0057, then a close of .0038. a daytrader's delight!
all of the....
big companies let their offers be known to the general public...(cbsmarketwatch.com), why not qbid???
quote.."something is not right in denmark"
first things first....
unc beats iowa state to advance to sweet 16!
and now....
verizon and qwest made the bids known to buy mci.
toys r us has bid to buy them out at 6 billion plus
oracle made the offer known to buy retek
and then this...pinksheet frankie making a bid, why can't the bid be known? the biggies are doing it!
imo, nothing will become of this pr!! like the other ones!
wonder why...
qtn didn't make an offer to buy heretv since here has most of the big carriers.
could it be that here is making money and and qtn can't afford it.
imo, if qtn is making an offer to pride, the deal can't be worth that much. imo, that would be like vinny's pizza buying godfather's pizza!!
hopefully pride is not a public company, because a reverse merger could occur and where would that leave the qbid
shareholders??
think...
yesterday's pps got as low as .0017, then the news and the increase in the pps, well planned if you ask me.
but...come on, a start up company making a bid on an established company. imo, it will never happen.
you got to remember, the other pr's(150 stations, etc) have not come to past, what makes you think this one will.
the pr involved no details, just a bid, and you trust frank olsen?
imo, in 2 weeks, this pr will be forgotten, the pps will fall because of selling and then the process starts over again.
this is my opinion, and you hardcore pumpers that spend your life here, don't get mad!
with subpennies.....
don't believe the hype.
have a nice evening!!
this poster said it best....

i am expecting all 2 of the rcn viewers to show up later and remind us how great frank olsen is. qtn is here, qtn is there, and the "wow this is great statements" all over the place.
maybe they have not seen the pps!
the ways of man does not belong to him, even those walking in their most direct steps!!!!!!!
dropped 2 ticks today, so...
does that mean the teens tomorrow????
we all know...
what news does to the pps of this stock.
my bet tomorrow...teens!
have a nice evening!!
desparate house, errrrr ceos....
I am unable to release any information other than what I have already given you at this time.
I assure you that we will have coverage in a major portion of the country by the beginning of the Fall season.
We are increasing programming to eight hours between July 1st and July 6th for the hard launch so it will be available to the carriers. The Fall programming schedule will be posted next week on our website.
california dreaming on a winter's day....
Due to the fact that we are curently waiting for confirmation from the carriers that we have been added to their billing systems and confirmation of the carriers launch dates for the Q Television network it will be necessary for us to wait until next week to make a formal announcement.
The network had to produce a gaurantee that we had funding for the next 5 years, which is a major requirement of the carriers
This funding was obtained through private sources and does not affect the shareholders.
anybody......
see what comcast did for the pps of tivo?? nice!
good morning...
i doubt anybody here plays with the big boys, but if you do...
dna up $10 yesterday and continuing today. a lot of biotech stocks are up!
"cooling off period"???......
the ir guys at these type companies will say anything to appease shareholders. i equate it to a man telling a lady, "i love you" just so he can do the nasty!!

I'm not worried because Q is positioning itself as
the "edgy" gay network; willing to take risks where
Logo and Heretv will be hard pressed to do.
Now I would like Frankie to come forward
and make good on all those premature promises:
carriers, o/s count sub.#'s and on, and on and on.
point: "i'm not worried"
new investors....
buy this stock at your own risk!!!!!!!
tips....
i for one enjoy reading your posts. you tell it like it is.
"if i had brain cancer and the doctor told me how good my teeth looked and how good my hair looked, that's not doing me any good".....dick gregory!
tips....
it happened at the ibzt and mlon boards...hardcore pumpers there 24/7 pumping nonsense while the pps was falling. go to boards at those 2 stocks now...most pumpers are gone...one or two remain, while the shareholders that lost are trying to save face.
"the reading of many books is wearisome to the soul"
OT: wow, anybody....
see kmart today?? expected to reach $160 pps short term!
the first gay black mini series....
www.noahsarc.net!
i wonder...
if olsen is going to retire soon. seems a lot of people are not happy right now, plus it would get him out of the "no reverse split" situation.
the company could do a 1000 to 1 reverse split and get the ball rolling!
one has to wonder.....
why the stock dropped from .028 to current levels????
a concerned shareholder!
today's pr reminds me of this one....
