can't remember at the top of my head, however it is quite high, the problem though is that they get the commission when the sales is recorded, and ZYXI does not get the money from the sales until in many cases 3 Month's after, which means that they are and have been short on working capital for quite some time, especially due to their high growth rate. also as has been seen, many times the health insurance companies will decide how much they want to pay, which is always lower, which again means that ZYNEX have payed commission on a sale at a higher price, and then 3 Month's later get a lower price for the unit, I don't know if they in that case then reclaim some of that commission or if the sales reps gets to keep that.

Ok Thanks, have followed ZYXI ever since it was in $5 per share and do like the company and product, not to crazy about the commission for the sales reps though, in my view they should not receive the commission until after ZYXI have received the money, in that way the accounts receivables would be greatly reduced, and ZYXI would have a much better balance sheet and working capital ratio, MHO only.

Any particular reason for you to start buying right now, i.e. do you expect something positive to come out of the company near term, or is improved earnings your focus here.
GLTA.
A.H
Well no form 4 has been filed by any of them, so I assume that it has been carried out by them, and not bought by them.

Do you by any chance have the links for the petrolabs and intertek validations. I can't find them on the JBI webpage.
TIA.

where were you last year when John handed 21 mil shares back to the company, was that dilution as well, the way i see it John could dilute a lot more before I would even start to get worried, furthermore I think this was the last placement we are going to see from them, so absolutely no problem for me, also I think that it is very telling that they have only raised $1.25 mil, as John probably thought that that would be sufficient for them only revenue from selling oil on a continuous basis kicks in.

Forgot to say that I am very pleased indeed with JB's choice of accounting company, and I think it will be a big help towards getting JBII uplistet, when the time comes for that.
GLTA.
A.H
They are indeed No 37, however on the top 100 list, they even moved up from No 38 last year.

Sorry you are right, my bad.

well it would need quite a few processors, as the biggest container ships out there uses about 300-400 tons of fuel a day, so for a weeks worth of fuel it would take 10 processors a whole week to generate.

Thanks for all your very valuable info, did you also see or inquire about the second 30 T processor, have they started building it, or planning to start soon? sorry if you have already answered that in a previous post.
TIA.

Sorry, and thanks, saw your message after I posted my question.

well a poison pill could have been doen in many ways, however john went for this one, which is fine by me as he did also retire 21 mill shares, which increased my ownership of the company, on top of that he had close to 43% of the OS before anyways so in terms of voting rights it doesn't really make that much difference, as I am sure he could have found those last 7% of shares amongst family and friends, if he needed it in any buy out situation.
GLTA.
A.H
yes overrule when he chooses too, I am not worried about that, as I think JB will only use these rights when he feel it is in the best interest of the company, as for example a buy out offer.
GLTA.
A.H
well it does give JB 100 mil shares voting rights, so he can stop any buy out if he wishes.
GLTA.
A.H
Well I don't think that JB is interestet in that, I actually think he has a very good idea that this company will get the $billion value in due time, hence the reason he put in a poison pill when he retired his 21 mil shares for 1 mil preferred shares, as those shares have 100 shares voting rights each, so any buy out offers will be on JB's terms completely.
GLTA.
A.H
Well I think that red flag communicates that insiders are all out of money after keeping this company afloat for 2 years running, but hey lets kick them some more when they are already down, mind you they are the only ones that can get it back up at this ponit in time, so maybe we shouldn't, just a thought.

Thanks for that, I was wondering why ADES had a pop today, this just explained why.

Fully behind you on that one, I would much rather support current management which is known, then somebody showing up on the message board for the first time, trying to get shareholders to support him in taking over the technologies, seems suspicious to me, who says that in any way is going to be beneficial to current shareholders, current management has made many mistakes a long the way, but please keep in mind that if it wasn't for their shear determination, then this company would already have gone bankrupt, they might not be the best management but I do trust their honesty/intentions to be for the best of the shareholders, after all they themselves stand to loose the most if the company breaks. Please also keep in mind that the only value the company has lies in said technologies, as long as they can keep a hold of them then there is still some value.
GLTA.
A.H
Can't wait either, let the party begin, I hope and think that it has been shorted massively, going to be a blast.
GLTA.
A.H
Please provide some proof of that.
GLTA.
A.H
Well the only thing that current/past management have been guilty of IMO was getting involved with Leon Greenblatt in the first place, all the trouble they are now in stems from that again IMO, that does make them naive however not incompetent. Bruce once told me that they should have filed a suit against RTC (Leon Greenblatt) first, and it would probably have been a different outcome, however to just sit here and throw mud at current management, who has put the last of their savings into this is distasteful at best. Again IMHO.
