If anyone gets an email response from Marani please let me know, lord knows I've tried to no avail. I always attempt to go right to the source first for my own investments but for now I've accepted that they are not an operating active ir dept yet. Again I know of 3 people running the company right now, they have their hands full - I get that.
Let's call today a win given we were green on decent volume. The fact that flippers and mm's didn't take us red at close today is a good sign given no PR was released today. The pps may be able to hold it's relative position without a PR through tomorrow given it's the last to to buy and hold for dividends. I'll keep saying it, no PR to keep the momentum going, no more $ for us in the short term, in fact many will lose that got in between .04-.047 in the short term. Marani has the perfect opportunity right now to crush shorts and flippers, send a little message that they are "here", I hope they don't squander it by remaining silent this week. We are in a great position after today with no-news and expected news on the horizon.
I wouldn't care if the number was .0001, I do care however about the effect divis will have on the the naked shorting and manipulation of mm's on this stock.
R1 .051, R2 .056
They will succeed if Marani doesn't keep the pr train moving.
Maybe mms covering before end of quarter?
It is incredible the level that some continue to short this stock. It's almost as if there is no fear of losing $ shorting this, hence naked shorting without repercussions. Enter dividends, exit naked shorting.
"Top Shelf Eye Level".
Thanks bro.
Sweet. I can't tell from the pic on my goldarn cell phone. Is the product placed at a good level in the store? Have you heard of any domestic advertising about to commence?
Yes thank for the info. I was thinking of it as a more celebratory purchase, and am looking to see what the upgraded 65" seiki turns out to be. Ntek has been working on that with seiki right? (65"). Be great to have the np-1 built into the panel, perfect for my bedroom wall.
A new 4k TV may be on the horizon next Christmas.
Haha right on Niko, go ntek! Who likes money? I do!!!!
I don't think you can watch the native 4k exclusive stuff on a regular HD TV though from ultraflix. Maybe in wrong. I have a first gen Apple TV that I'm going to replace soon. I've been streaming video content for a while, cut cable totally for a few months now and am ready to get a new set top box.
That is the rumor amongst those in the know (def not me) that I've heard. That's why I've cleared some powder to exponentially add to my position here this week. It's been a Jekyll Hyde week for me, "yes ntek is on a reversal!", "no! Stay under 10 until I buy more!", lol.
That's actually a very attractive product to me. Another ntek oem? I am likely to buy an np-1 before a 4k TV and would be able to enjoy ultraflix uhd content before I purchase a 4k TV. Stick the up convert and down convert chips in one cable and you've got "gold Jerry! Gold!".
Can't wait until ntek starts getting named in these articles. To not even name ntek at this stage of the game screams media bias to me. For instance who owns cnet? Ntek's "arrival" on media radar will soon be unavoidable. I would like to think other large cap companies realize this and ntek's silence to some extent has to deal with big-news brewing as a result. Others can choose to join them or fight them, so far I don't see any other company competing with them in regards to streaming 4k content.
Wow, that's a great start. Can't wait to hear what's next to keep the momo going. Lets drop a distributor a day pr Monday-wed before the divi record date. The thing I love about divi's is that anyone shorting the stock is also on the hook to pay the divided out of pocket for shares outstanding. Whatever we gain they lose. So if te stock momo spikes this week they are doubly screwed.
Wow really? How many in 1st? Out of stock already? That's great!
It's gonna be rough when I cash out and only take 595% profit instead of 600%. I think she goes higher however.
You did well foo, 400-500% is 400-500%.
I count one, lol. As Niko has illustrated micro managing pr's is not their style. They deliver first and then we discover it in some cases. Not fun for investors I'll admit but fun after you realize what they've been up to. So far it's been nothing but under promising and over delivering. I'm not an insider and I value my money so every word they come out with gets analyzed by me. If they give time frames for the np1 rollout and them delay I freak out and then think about who's leading the company and what they've done fresh out of r&d. I think we're in excellent shape here.
I don't know that she was expecting it because the recorded message at the time sounds like an answering machine but if you don't hang up it kicks over to their live phone system. I really think its just her, Dan and that Ani financial officer over there. She should hire a secretary when they start selling vodka.
If they time their pr bombs around the time brokerages need to report their shares (and nakeds need to cover) for the dividend it's going to be party time for longs.
If I worked there and knew what we think might be and more, I'd be selling my organs to invest in ntek stock.
I'm pretty sure she hung up on me last week when I politely introduced myself as a shareholder over the phone lol, I'll forgive her she's been busy.
Since I believe this company is about to explode upward, I also believe for the fact you just stated that other insiders have been busy buying as well, we just don't know about it. If you believe the company is not worth investing in you would likely claim to assume that insiders have been dumping. That's fine one of us is going to get validated in a the next quarter of this company's bright future. I'm on board.
I'll bet insider buying may be much higher as others have likely been buying but are not required to report.
How much time you figure before the masses catch on to ntek stock? I'm thinking first few weeks of April
Thanks for sharing that quote, makes sense. This phenomenon as illustrated in your book quote is exactly why the drop could have been headed off if Marani released "multiple PR's within minutes of the approvals" as they had come out and stated pre-approval. The drop was unnecessary if they had simply done what they said they were going to do.
Confirming now what the phenomenon apparently is as so eloquently described in your quote, the situation was only exacerbated by Marani's delay in PR last Thursday. At the very least, we should have held in the mid to low-04's, setting up a break into the 05's last week if Marani had simply done what many were expecting, release news immediately following approval. You can't come out and say you have "multiple pr's lined up" and then give (2) pr's on Friday telling us what we already knew - the license was officially approved on Thursday, pre-market. Even the most amateur of investors saw that as a major red flag and the savvy ones pulled out before the drop and possibly flipped and made a significant amount of money getting back in at the low. The blame lies squarely on Marani's shoulders if they have truly been successful in implementing their rollout plan - which from what I can tell they are doing.
Notice the pumper posts about this stock's "true/real value" have calmed down? It's because they don't want to discuss the reason we haven't solidly broken through the 5's and upward. As soon as we break through (and I think we will), the "undervalued pps" posts will start resurfacing in attempts to keep the momentum going. This momentum can in reality only be sustained by Marani achieving distribution success and their decision to PR their achievements.
All MRIB needs to do is continue to be transparent (as they have this week) and selective about their timing of PR's to keep this train moving. I loved the timing of their last PR - it makes me think/hope they did put some thought into the effect it would have on their stock price. They have not "arrived" by any stretch of the means and the more they PR details of distribution the better this stock will be. They have not even come close to "earning the trust" of the investment community in these very early stages and need to divulge their distribution achievements as much as they possibly can.
Yeah, that one store ships to 25 states. Should be just the start, and as small as that one store is in the big scheme of things I hope Marani has taken note of the effect they can have on their pps by releasing the details of their distribution. It confirms to shareholders and prospective shareholders sitting on the sidelines that the pre license hype is actually well founded and the company is executing their business plan.
I think it's just the one mega store in so cal. So to me, it's one of 8 states that they have distributors lined up in. That tells me bottles should begin to be unboxed this weekend in other states. There ought to be a ton of news to release. They are not in a position to be a silent need to know style company yet.
Exactly, that's why they need to be pro active with their pr's in the next few weeks. They can prevent a flipper sell off Monday by releasing something even if they just say they plan to release distributor news this week on Monday it'd be taken seriously at this juncture. If they don't pr on Monday even if we gap up watch it start to dip again- unless mm's are starting to cover before the divi census. The short squeeze here is going to be fun.
Hopefully they have put some considerable thought into their pr schedule and will time pr's in concert with the short squeeze coming with dividends. Why wouldn't they want to capitalize on the momentum they just reignited from pre license? The drop in pps was completely unnecessary the Thursday and Friday after license approval. If there aren't any more pr's then they were misleading shareholders in their money TV interviews. If they are achieving their plan then we are looking at a profitable future.
Yes they will as long as Marani keeps the pedal to the metal.
It'll just get worse until those short have to cover at the last minute before the dividend census. If Marani keeps delivering we will have the last word.
mm's are getting their last word in today with the help of some flippers. I don't think they like getting squeezed going into the end of the month.
Kudos to Marani for initiating dividends this quarter and now news of one of their major distributors. There is no reason for them to stop the momentum going into next week. If they are acting on their contracts and domestic distribution they will have plenty of PR's to keep the value of their stock moving north. The more they keep us up to date on their progress, the more the pps will reflect their true value. Hopefully they will learn from the loss of momentum last week around license approval and what their stock has done this week with two solid PR's. It's not about fabricating PR's to pump a stock, it's a matter of reporting on delivering what you've already laid out to your shareholders. Congrat's to MRIB longs on a great day.
Those .079's I grabbed a few weeks ago are looking gooood!!
squeeeeeeeeeeeze!!!!!
Then they just walk it back down and put up another wall. Hang in there, divi's coming and hopefully Marani will play their PR's strategically to build and maintain some momo (and volume) here. If they're giving divi's to attack the manipulation here, then they ought to seriously consider the timing and importance of PR's as well.
