No argument with you there. Like others have said, they have little control over the peer review timeline. My hunch is that they feel it will be out before the conference. It was not ready in the spring which is ONE reason they skipped the spring AUA. They know, or feel, or have reason to believe it will be out right around that one year mark. Whether that is August 31 when it ended, or in October 9 when the trial posted, I have no clue. Just my opinion.

They know the results. The participating doctors know the results. Just because the paper has not been issued doesn’t mean the data is not present.

What no one ever wants to talk about here is that the trial was conducted on younger, problematic patients and showed good results.

Imagine what it will do for the routine aging man with onset of ED who doesn’t want to risk the meds? Those results will be higher, just like NM is seeing.

You wouldn’t be attending if you didn’t have a product to present.

Nothing today was a surprise.......Sheesh. If you did not know we were going to fall off the QB, you were not paying attention. Good or bad, we get a shareholder update every 4-6 weeks. Why wouldn’t you wait for today since the QB issue needed to be discussed. The rest is all good. Moving forward on all other points. Heading to another conference or more is big IMO. One more of many many reasons to know the are slowly growing in their field and NOT a scam. There will be several more offices opening this summer and we all knew. The Market Cap of this company is a complete joke and the PPS will correct one day. Buy, hold, or cut your losses and leave gracefully.

We know NM and Rome were rocking in late Feb and March, but those did nit hit the books in time. I suspect Florida, Hawaii and SF are doing their fair share. If I remember correct, NM was diverting patients to PHX the first few weeks.

All that being said, I am thinking conservative $80-$100k. A nice bump showing forward progress. Nothing too much at this point.

The new California office(s) will be in Q3 IMO along with whatever is going on in the quietness. Last we heard they had offices interested in the mid west and east coast and Europe.

Like I said in previous posts, right or wrong we have chased them underground. We will see the revs picking up alongs the way, and maybe phone numbers on the website, but no more welcome Dr so and so on SM. Just my gut feeling. I would be thrilled to be wrong and they announce a group in the next update.

If you are referring to the Q2 filing, its due by 8/14. I am looking for a nice 50% increase in revs, and increases Q after Q for some time as the offices pick up steam.

Remember how excited Dr. Narayan was about finding a FIX? You don’t think he is hammering out treatments in central Florida....especially near the Villages? His offices are established and he does not need to go on social media and advertise. Same for Liu and the others. Just because we don’t see what they are doing doesn’t mean they are not performing treatments. I guarantee they are.

NM is an entirely new clinic and just opened up this year. That’s why you see them advertising. They are building an awesome clinic.

We will see several more offices open this year, watch!

Exactly right. The narrative has been that this is a share selling scam and the principals are all off island hopping. If these last few filing don’t prove the exact opposite, I cannot help anyone understand that.

The notes that have come out this year are the same as last year, funds needed to run the company and move forward. The CEO has taken shares in lieu of cash proving he is not in it to fleece investors of cash, and that he knows the shares are worth more than the cash.

In this most recent filing we see they needed quick cash for something and the CEO used his own cash. Clearly he knows it was necessary and that he will be paid back.

The company is working off of patents and trademarks and is 100% not a scam. Will it survive and thrive, or will it not be viable? That is the only question. Looking at the patents and the doctors and scientists behind it, and knowing they successfully commercialized Medistem, you know where my money is at. I have time to let it play out.

Kevin. IMO, TW took shares in lieu of salary, and now loaned $50k back to the company. Pretty clear to me a) he knows those shares are worth more, and b) he will get his $50k back.

It also tells me they needed cash, more than they could get traditionally, for something big ;)
