"Point is, you never try, you never know."
Agree with that sentiment. Have you ever heard of my tomorrows?
https://mytomorrows.com/en/
Regarding the SeaBees, we(the company I work for) had a Superintendent who was a SeaBee in the Korean War(police action). There was no construction problem that guy couldn't solve. Whoever worked with him walked knowing more by the time a task, or job, was done.
A little history for those interested.

"Getting Kevetrin to the finish line is his life's goal. Don't sweat the details, we will get there."
Sure, I guess. The inventor(s) of K has been put out to pasture(while the other had to sue ctix and who we only hear about annually via his (Aruda) sec filings indicating how many shares he hasn't sold((I believe he(and his wife) are now below reporting requirements)).
I, like you, do not know, but guess their response(s) will be based upon the past.
I have not bought shares, nor will not buy shares, based upon the results of their follow up comments.
"kfc, I do know how to read, thank you.
I was asking for some factual basis for the statement. There is way too much bs served on this board which need to be adressed from time to time.
Sorry you didn't geu it."
I got it, and trust you're not suggesting LR posts are bs. I find his posts to be reasonably stated and justified((backed up(often with links)). When one disagrees he simply asks the person to provide justification if none, or inadequate back up, has been provided.
Thank you for taking little Johnny's hand and walking him across this desolate street.
""Tells me there was no upfront money and he continues to sell shares to support his lifestyle"
You do know insider selling is public information? Can you maybe back up your statements with a link?"
Do you really need your hand held to understand what was said? Here we go, parenthesis added by me.
"Tells me(and all shareholders) there was no upfront money and he(the company) continues to sell shares(to the mfo) to support his lifestyle"
What are the ceo's listed successes, along with complete work history, and (I doubt it would be provided) references? The question is why is it unattainable(not provided-specifically, company by conpany) on their website? There is also ~15years experience missing for AB.
LR(King Arthur), have mercy on the poor chap!:)
"With the Black (Boo) Knight now reduced to a mere stump of a man, he says, "All right, we'll call it a draw." Arthur then summons Patsy and "rides" away, using coconuts to simulate the sound of a horse galloping, leaving the Black Knight's limbless torso screaming threats at him ("Running away, eh? You yellow bastards! Come back here and take what's coming to ya! I'll bite your legs off!")

"Grand Rapids of all places.
Foolishly thought it'd be down Rt 128"
My thoughts as well, though the article below may offer an iota of hope(even though its 14 months old).

"I see Nevada entities blindside shareholders with increases all the time saying they had their own authority to do so. The otc world is like a black hole sometimes.
Only time will tell just what Leo is planning."
Sounds as though you are quite familiar, perhaps even a frequent investor in these types(ipix/ Nevada corps) of companies.
Can you provide examples of firms you've been associated with, or invested in, that reflect how " Nevada entities blindside shareholders with increases all the time saying they had their own authority to do so.", or how you define how "The otc world is like a black hole sometimes.".
Sounds as though you've learned how to play them.
Touche. That movie had many great(funny) lines, and is a good reminder that humor provides a great value to society.

There are some contributors to this mb board who appreciate neither, perspective and/or humor.
The exchange between you and MG reminds of the scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. You remind me of King Arthur while MG reminds of the persistent Black Knight.
From wiki:
In the film, King Arthur (Graham Chapman), accompanied by his trusty squire Patsy (Terry Gilliam), is travelling through a forest when he enters a clearing and observes a fight taking place between a Black Knight (John Cleese) and a Green one (also played by Gilliam) by a bridge over a small stream. As he watches, the Black Knight defeats the Green one by throwing his sword straight through the eye slit of the Green Knight's great helm (during Arthur's battle with the Black Knight, the Green Knight's body can be seen in a ditch beside the area).
Arthur then congratulates the Black Knight and offers him a place at his court at the Round Table, but the Black Knight only stands still, holding his sword vertically, and makes no response until Arthur moves to cross the bridge. The Black Knight moves slightly to block Arthur and declares "None shall pass". King Arthur, in a conciliatory manner, asserts his right to cross, but the Black Knight says Arthur will die. Arthur orders the Black Knight to move but he says, "I move for no man". Reluctantly, King Arthur fights the Black Knight and, after a short battle, the Knight's left arm is severed, which squirts out copious amounts of blood.
Even at this, the Knight refuses to stand aside, insisting "Tis but a scratch" and that he has "had worse", and fights on while holding his sword with his other arm. Next, his right arm is cut off, but the Knight still does not concede. As the Knight is literally disarmed, Arthur assumes the fight is over and kneels to pray. The Black Knight interrupts Arthur's prayer of thanks by kicking him in the side of the head and accusing him of cowardice. When Arthur points out the Black Knight's injuries, the Knight insists, "It's just a flesh wound." In response to the continued kicks and insults, Arthur chops off the Black Knight's right leg. At this point, the Knight still will not admit defeat, saying, "Right, I’ll do you for that", and attempts to ram his body into Arthur's by hopping on his left leg. Arthur is annoyed at the Black Knight's persistence and sarcastically asks the Black Knight if he is going to bleed on him to win. The Black Knight replies by saying "I'm invincible!" to which Arthur retorts "You're a loony." With an air of resignation, Arthur finally cuts off the left leg as well and sheathes his sword. With the Black Knight now reduced to a mere stump of a man, he says, "All right, we'll call it a draw." Arthur then summons Patsy and "rides" away, using coconuts to simulate the sound of a horse galloping, leaving the Black Knight's limbless torso screaming threats at him ("Running away, eh? You yellow bastards! Come back here and take what's coming to ya! I'll bite your legs off!").
I suspect today's buyers are yesterdays shorter's. This will follow the historical wave path of stink bids(new lows) and low hanging fruit (lower highs) till it's grounded.
"As we've witnessed with the AS deal even after a term sheet is announced finalizing takes a few months to finally complete. Hopefully another deal soon to be announced."
I believe the AS agreement includes a few deadlines(prepare and submit/turn around) for each party(ipix and A.S). 30 days here, 90 days there,180 days here,.... it takes time....AND MONEY(in this case, alot of wasted money). The office is so big it takes weeks to find a stamp.

Ipix management does not, quite evidently, practice nor understand, the concept.
Williamsc,
Thank you for the reply.
My question was/is,what is/(are) his(the company's) accuracy of past statements made, in other words, how many pr's have come true?
I believe he/they hide behind the guise of forward looking statements.
Again, easy math. Review any prior pr and see what rings true today based upon past company statements/declarations/pr's/filings, but forget not to read the forward looking statement clause preceding or following said accompanying statement.
Easy math.
"Under the terms of the License Agreement, Alfasigma will make an initial payment to the Company and will make additional payments of up to $24.0 million to the Company based upon the achievement of certain milestones, including a $1.0 million payment due following commencement of the first phase III clinical trial of Brilacidin for UP/UPS and an additional $1.0 million payment upon the filing of a marketing approval application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the European Medicines Agency. In addition, Alfasigma will pay a royalty to the Company equal to six percent of net sales of Brilacidin for UP/UPS, subject to adjustment as provided in the License Agreement."
Are investors' to infer that the above (forward looking) statements are guarantees? Because they/he said it, will it come true? What's his(LE) accuracy when his pr's are prefaced or followed by the forward looking statements clause?
Easy math.
"A pill for more regular delivery and cash for a trial are being worked on at this time. Kevetrin is by far the most exciting compound IPIX is working on."
They reinvent the wheel with the end of each "successful trial".If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Art's supposedly in MI. Is LE in Beverly, or Florida? Maybe Ireland? who is, perhaps how many are, staffing the ~ 12k to 14K square foot Beverly office? Effective management in your eyes?
"But yet we are still here and you keep coming back. This little OTC recently penned a multimillion dollar deal with a multibillion dollar BP."
What are the exact figures(with link please)? Thanks.
You da man, love your timing.
""I believe Dr. B is from there so I am assuming they have additional meetings in the area."
Do you believe that they have scheduled additional meetings in the Grand Rapids area or is that something that you know to be the case?
I imagine I'm not the only one who would like to know the answers.""
Good question. Is wild indicating that AB is stationed there as a consultant, or temporarily there as a ipix employee from Beverly(my guess, he's never been identified as a consultant.)?

Just looked again, sp= .12 so the percentage loss should be increased accordingly. I'll send as is.
"We have had this same BS in trading irregularities DAILY for the last number of years.
Not a one time, one day discount broker problem."
I don't anyone who'll argue against your two sentences. I'll only ask why the bs in trading irregularities, and not when, but will, it reverse? It does not appear as though it will.
If history is any guide, you'll have ample opportunity to add at much lower prices than exist today. No doubt you, and those who possess a like attitude, will/are majority shareholders by now.
If AB lives in Michigan, and erhlich lives in Florida, who occupies the office? At what average annual additional cost does their remote status cost the company? Is AB a consultant to the company? Galera is 10 months in to their phase 3 OM study. Ipix and Galera finished their 2b's in close proximity to one another.
Do you believe that guy?
"Lol really question me I do this for a living rsls is just one of the companies that jump from nine cents to five dollars into weeks now don’t get me wrong after that one day it went back down to 9 cents".
Wow, you're right...not. A quick check of the charts indicates rsls(Reshape Lifesciences) was trading in the 8,114,000 per share range in August, 2012. But, they had a 1:15 rs in January, 2016(that 8.114M becomes a mere $540,933/sh). Then they had a 1:70 rs in December, 2016 bringing the equivalent sp to $7728/sh. Then, in June 2018 they had another 1:15 rs bringing the equivalent sp to $515/sh. Then in November of 2018 they had their last rs of 1:140 bringing the equivalent sp to $3.67. They sit currently sit at $0.077.
Please, put out where and when they went form nine cents to five dollars. I can see $5 to 9 cents but not the other way around.
"I seen a lot of companies from 9 cents to 5 bucks within two weeks on otc"
Really, please name all the companies you've seen that have gone from 9 cents to 5 bucks within two weeks on otc.
What is the correlation between the article you noted and ipix?
"Did you knock on the door? Or did you only be around the entrance listening to voices?"
Fair question. Just listened for a bit and observed for a while. Did not knock(I've spoken to them at the office in the past). They have a "ringer" clearly labeled outside the entrance which instructs visitor's to ring it(big arrow on the door pointing to the left toward the button). Also have a mail slot at he bottom of the frosted door(can't see in).
Send your questions, I'll drop them off. Done with my times of speaking with them.
Sorry, yes, 9/19/19 per today's sec
filing(https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355250/000147793219004731/ipix_def14a.htm).
Appears their accounting firm as of the last 10k(9/11/18) was BAKER TILLY VIRCHOW KRAUSE, LLP out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, so the reason for MI appears not associated with their accountant(perhaps they changed since 9/18?).
I got my stink bid in at .0000000001 based upon that logic.
Do you plan to attend on 9/4?
"He should probably invest in several of those life-like celebrity cardboard standups to place in the office. That way, if MAKO reappears and goes snooping around, he/she will be able to report that the office was filled with big-time investors."
I was recently at Cummings Center(this month), Beverly, MA. Things have changed since the MAKO days. The main door is frosted, as well as the only adjacent interior window, blinds cover the exterior windows along the sidewalk...you can't see in. Waited around a while, no ingress or egress through the door(it did not open). Did hear a voice but was unsure from which location it came. If anyone does visit, do yourself a favor and find yourself a parking spot along East Drive of the Cummings Center. The entrances are well marked, look for the 150 entrance off of East Drive. It's(Cummings Beverly) monstrous.
Michigan, why there? Is that where their accountants are based out of? Is Dr. B is now based out of MI(Ann Arbor?)? Why Michigan(https://health.usnews.com/doctors/arthur-bertolino-75954)?
They are not recruiting as there are no new trials listed for ipix on the clinicaltrials site. Why even suggest it for crying out load. Do a little dd(unless they are recruiting in another unnamed location in a foreign country).
It's Dr.Elliot Ehrlich to we minions. He received a doctorate in physical therapy as noted in past sec filings of a company he was once ceo of. He also stuck his neck out for that company, loaning a substantial sum of money to keep company operations going, at a certain interest rate. A young whippa snapper- imagine having the ability to be able to offer loan services at such a young age, selfless.
The apple....
"He owns more than 20 MILLION shares. If you owned millions of shares and someone whined about you not buying more, I'm sure you'd laugh in their face."
I know he possesses a lot of shares. I also know he's never opened his own wallet to buy any of them as best I can find. He probably does laugh to himself when he thinks about shareholder "misfortune".
How is LE in a perfect position to soil his shorts?
