Thank you. I want to reload but I have no idea if I should at this price or if I should wait it out...
Can you explain what that means?
What a dead day. It would be nice to see a end of day run up to wipe out some of these losses.
I don't know if/when I should reload
We need some real action!
Where did you hear this from?
I'd assume so but who knows at what time. Could be AH.
No you're correct. Motions are due. I misread your message initially.
Sorry I misread what you said. It's still early!
What are you basing this statement off of?
I'm really curious to see how trading is going to be on Monday
It's standard for a party to file an opposition to a motion. Vringo will file their reply and there will be a court ruling on it. I don't think this is a surprise.
I'm confused as to why nothing was filed like we expected.
Will these things actually be posted to pacer?
Is someone monitoring pacer?
If they are willing to share that information, why won't vringo issue a press release.
Is there any reason to believe Google will NOT file an appeal. Shareholders have to be taking that into account. I don't think it will be shocking news if they do. I wonder if the stock price would tumble if/when Google announces they will appeal.
What is google reporting on?
It looks like another down day based on PM.
I'm disappointed as well. This stock should be holding around $4+ while we wait for the remaining post trial motions. Though I try to stay focused on the big picture, it's hard to watch this thing go up to high 3's then back down to mid (and possibly soon low) 3's. I shouldn't be losing money on this one.
I can't imagine this stock dropping much further. Though the news hasn't been pouring in daily, it's all good news.
I really hope you're right!
I find it odd. Can it be a bug in the AMEX stock exchange system? Multiple brokerage services are showing the same thing so it's not a bug in a particular brokerage system. I can only hope it's not a bug, and it's real / payday. But I'm not holding my breath.
I figured it was just buggy but I had to ask. I'm not trying to be a "pumper" or anything.
Why is the ask price $9.37?
There's no way this could happen to us, right? The judge reaffirmed everything on Wednesday, right?
I'm trying! I'm long and need this to start moving.
Dreams are fake. So lets hope the reality is what we have all been waiting for.
We can only be saying this will take off at some undetermined time for so long. I've been long on Vringo this entire time, so this is frustrating. It seems to be that the judge just issued orders on all key issues left. Pacer now says the case was terminated on 11/20/12. Why would there be later motions after the judge makes this order?
PACER DOCUMENT 801 is the last order. This case is done.
U.S. District Court

Cause: 35:271 Patent Infringement

Date Terminated: 11/20/2012
Jury Demand: Both
Nature of Suit: 830 Patent
Jurisdiction: Federal Question
The termination date is 11/20/12...
Has there been any additional PACER postings?
I agree. I would hope for a future damages order as well today. Is someone still watching pacer?
Yeah I guess. Even with the low volume on this stock, there seems to always be some PM & AH trading. Who knows.
I'm curious as to why there's no PM trading...
Is the market closed Thursday & Friday?
Has anyone checked PACER today?
At the end of the day, it is about money. Vringo has a high risk business model. Monetizing patents can be very expensive. Also, its luck may not be the same against other companies in future lawsuits. If Vringo got a $10/share buyout offer, I'd hope they'd take it.
Don't think he's saying there's a specific international court for parent law. I'm sure he means lawsuits venued in international courts...
Has anyone checked Pacer this morning? Maybe there's something there?
This lull is so annoying.
