Wow, only took a year and a half of your life to prove a point. Bravo. TXHD
Does everyone remember this post? In case anyone is wondering it is #01000. Why don't we take a walk down memory lane. This was when TXHD was going to $1

You have to have a sense of humor for this one. I have had this happen before where you have someone for years talking about the end is near and making over a thousand posts. Then when it finally takes a turn...they are Warren Buffet. Let's face it, is has spent most of it's time in the trips, had a quick run last year, but always in the trips. The question is...what will they do with their lives now?
So next month when everyone is gone and all the past posts are irrelevant...what then?
You've been saying that for years. It took years...what will life be like after this? How to fill the void.
That really isn't saying much. Over a thousand posts for years...every OTC will see it's day.
Sorry to hear that. At one time I had 2k in this, but sold when the notes started rolling. I flipped a couple times, but still at about a $300 loss. I think this company has potential, but I am not touching it until well after the split, if it is still increasing it's revs.
That's not bad. Keeping any investment at $500 or lower isn't a hard hit.
LOL yes. Goes to prove if you follow an OTC for years and post 1,800 messages...something is bound to happen. Most of us left and went to V*STR. I guess this is something to put on a resume...or maybe we should make a plaque. A guest spot on CNBC. Wow for the 7 people that follow this...the reverse split can be the highlight of one's life. Go TXHD LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
I think they were early last time. I believe they have a couple more days.
With the way this has been moving, I don't think we have any flippers. The shareholders want to see this move. Hopefully after this Q .01 will be the new bottom.
We will miss you. Please come back every now and then to say hi.VSTR
Well, they look like they are shaking out the flippers. You cannot trust the volume to get out when you want. I thought it went up a little fast, but I think they have really shaken things up. Will be interested to see if they release the Q in the next week or so.
I have a feeling that is why they have Coreen. As far as a CFO, an analyst background is much different than accounting. However, she has 30 years of analyst experience which is, I am guessing, helpful to them when they are looking at taking an equity stake in these startups. I am also going to assume that they were attracted to her decade at Eaton Vance. Analysts work pretty close to the fund managers. I have a feeling once they get their ducks in a row, they will not have problems finding money managers to show interested. Granted, it would be would have to be an alternative investment as we are a long way from qualifying as a Micro Cap, but I would not be surprised to see some heavy hitters coming to the table...in the long range future, definitely not this year.
Wow, well um yes, here's the link. There is a function when you get there. Hit CTRL F and a box comes up. Then you type the word Rivetz and press enter and it will take you to the section of the 10k that we are talking about. That way you don't have to spend all day reading and doing your DUE DILIGENCE.

Wow, so that was 14 years before online trading when you had to use a broker. Pay broker commissions. And OTC was the way to go? No way to go online. No, I didn't get the run of the 80's and 90's. If I had access to that market I would be retired and own an island. The cumulative return of the DOW from 81 to 99 was over 1,000%. If you couldn't become a multimillionaire trading during the best market performance in the history of this country, you are doing something wrong.
Okay, there is nothing to back up those statements. Not the first rodeo...and how long have you been trading OTC?
http://www.valuesetters.com/partners
That is the experience from a seasoned trader...go to their website. Rivetz is listed as a partner they took an equity stake in.
So with all the shares that were issued to their partners, you don't think there is a clause that prevents a r/s? Not only is it the executives, but the companies that they work with that have shares. They offer shares as part of the equity investment. As per the arrangement, if the companies get bought, those shares go back to the company and can be sent back to the treasury.
Okay, by not doing DD, you are embarrassing yourself. Look at the share structure from the internal executives. A R/S with the current structure would be worse for them and their partners that the 200 shareholders in the public float. Oh, and they just broke out from their 52 week high recently so most of us are sitting on nice gains. My average is .002. Sorry, but this has done well and had the news to back up the future looking better YOY.
Okay, so you have been following this company for a full 2 minutes. That was probably the dumbest statement I have seen on this board.
Look at who owns the shares. The deals with the majority of these companies have involved VSTR shares. The owner has just over 300 million shares. All the new c level executives have been brought on with generous share packages. Between the companies and executives, they have personally over 500 million shares. I do not think they would R/S their own shares that were just issued.
Okay, that makes sense. Yes, Riss was probably the worst thing that they had in their past. I think they got lucky with their investment into Netcapital. I would say that even a blind squirrel finds a nut, but at least now they can filter out the companies through Netcapital that have the best potential. I am also looking at Emoji as well. Hopefully a few good ones will bring in some serious revenue. If their next Q looks good, .014 could hit. Best of luck!
What is your cost basis? This broke the 52 week high a few times now.
If they release it at the same time as last year, we should see it any time next week.
I think this is the calm before the storm. When their report comes out next month, if they are true by what they say, we will never see anything less than .01 again.

Let me know if you need help navigating and I will give you a tutorial. There is also a beginners website that takes you through how to look up SEC filings and what they mean.
VSTR.
Well, if they were priced at .002, that would be 162,250,000 which is much less than what has been traded over the past week.
With the share volume and dollar volume of this past week, I cannot imagine they have any more to dump.
I'm back. I had to jump when it was at .005 because I felt it just went up too fast. However, .002 is ridiculous. Picked up a few hundred thousand. This may need time, but .002 is to stupid low to pass up.
Wow...so, do you think maybe some of those investors my buy VSTR? Yes that was a rhetorical question. That exposes the company to 165,000 investors...yep I have a feeling we should be seeing quite a few new shareholders this year...like 100 times the current.
At this time last year they posted their 10k. Shouldn't we see something soon?
This is what I don't understand. If you have the money to do a share buyback, why don't you use it to pay off the debt? From what I could tell, it is not like they were going to give shares from the OS back to the treasury.
If it is anything like last year, they will do their annual report late February. Last year they had the CE removed after they did their 10K Feb 23 and then the attorney letter.
I know I have mentioned this before, but Coreen Kraysler spent years at Eaton Vance. I am sure many money managers could care less about VSTR, but you never know how many money managers she does know. I have said this before, when big things start to happen, MONEY MANAGERS will be on board quickly. They are in her network. She was with them over a decade as a CFA

Funny, I started buying much more last year when they started putting these executives in place. Now we know why they had to put these reputable executives in place.
EXACTLY! Do you think the NEXT time Manny is on CNBC they will call him a board member of Valuesetters along with the symbol VSTR?
VALUESETTERS MENTIONED ON CNBC
This is what we are going to see very soon. Manny Fernandez has had multiple spots and interview on CNBC. Now that he is on the board, all of his publicity is going to drive NATIONAL and probably GLOBAL publicity to VSTR. The best thing about Manny is the publicity he can bring to VSTR!
It's like by*oc. Once we get past .01 it won't take long to hit .1
I will assume that Manny has a few people in his network that would be more than happy to go long his company stock and hold for a very long time.
