Well, somebody has enjoyed the news and MP is taking off.
I'm a newer investor. But I guess I was completely wrong.
I thought that it almost being April, and having a 1st profitable quarter that they could just use the profits for everything.
But it appears they need more money for something. Maybe 1st quarter will be at a loss. That was my thought process.
This has got me very confused.
Does frost own 50 percent with anti-dilution rights?
Yearly report is due march 30.
90 days from year end.
They may file a late filing
They aren't outsourcing.
Probably better margins if they did but FDA legality concerns
Actually they have grown very popular. What I'm getting at is this.
What is a company worth if revenue is 300 million with net profit of 25 million vs.
150 million with 10 million loss
.possibly MP 2013 numbers.
Also what is a company worth that changed the O/S 4x the amount in 6 months
IMO the need for 6 million dollars might give a hint of still not being profitable.
Also the O/S i think will be a lot higher than people think.
Recently they gave about 20k shares away for a dilution pump.
I couldn't tell you a good estimate pps it will drop to. Not an expert
I just want to say best of luck to everyone here.
I am hoping to reinvest sometime between the yearly report and the 1st quarter report.

You're thinking of the float, which is shares that can be traded today.
Here is the real problem though. Big investors like to hold for a year. However in one year, this company may dump their shares along with all those other recent restricted share transactions.
Sometimes this is just too scary for a bigger long term investor.
the best way to get the best margins is to own your own facility.
They need to buyout another company or something to do this.
SKUL brought in almost 300 million in Revenue, and 25 million in net income. The company is currently valued at 150 Million.
SKUL did not dilute one bit over the last year.
NOW for MP.
Extreme dilution over the last year. They are losing money and have already tripled the amount of shares this year. MP just has too many problems to have such a high stock value. Also, look at today's issuing of another 700,000 shares. Is it really just this amount. NO, anti dilution rights. So that pharaceutical guy will be given another 350k. IF the insiders have anti dilution... today's increase could be up to 1.5 million increase in the A/S
So my predictions include a pps drop at least to the $8.
Good is priced in.
Bad is not priced in yet.
My history with MP is that the losses will be more than expected.
Here is the key. They haven't built or purchased a factory to produce their products. Instead they spent money on a gym. Margins are crap right now.
Well, Forbes leaked info giving us information concerning quarter 4 revenues. The yearly revenue increased 300% to 78 million dollars.
This is already priced in, just the good news. The bad is not priced in yet. I think we shall see about a 16 million dollar yearly loss.
With such a loss, the outstanding shares will more possibly double.
Ok, thanks. you have done a great job selling at these recent high share prices.
I sold too early, mostly out of fear of the report.
I'm still trying to become a better trader.
What are your thoughts on these 1% increase days?. PPS is slowly climbing.
JLTG, are you trying to liquidate your position before the yearly report comes out? Or do you think the revenue 300% increase will be big enough to offset losses. ?
Is the report still do by March 30?
They paid 41 pump campaign companies so they can dilute.
Insiders bill, jeff, and Joel own over 100 million shares. Insiders may be calling it quits.
I wonder what news they will put out tomorrow and dilute like mad.
I'm not in this, but it's very interesting. Sadly, most people who invested on Monday then lost 40 % of there money already.
http://stockpromoters.com/News-Letters.aspx?symbol=FITX
FITX has spent over $950,000 on paid pump and dump campaigns.
FITX is paying 42 sites for a Wednesday pump. Very fun to watch. May go up big again and crash hard.
Sell if u don't want to lose any more.
Tomorrow will be another blood bath.
A couple months ago they weren't.
Pink limited it was.
Can change rather quickly
FITX is PINK CURRENT:
Current as in, CURRENTLY SCREWING PEOPLE
This isn't a pink sheet because they've been following rules lol.
Well there u have it. So sell now and get in at.008 on Monday
Yes I'm out. And i don't invest in companies that the sec may shut down tomorrow. Although i have lol.
I made some mistakes when first investing. I know there are tons of newbies grabbing shares and will lose 50 percent in a week. I just feel bad for those. Bill hates me lol. I called him out.
A company doesn't pay 31 email alert promotion companies just for fun.
That is the real key here.
Also there is a reason they are in the pinks. U should only expect dishonesty down here.
IMO A/S increased to 1.1 billion
Filing for a split was to trick people.
And it worked. I've spoke to CEO and x CEO multiple times. They are very deceptive.
Believe what u want though. They're playing everyone here.
Remember the gnc vendor pr lol.
I posted that 2 months prior.
They had that number for a long time before they used it to pump and dump
Haha. .08 by eod Thursday
Not the ones they paid the 31 companies with
FITX is a dilution machine. Printing out shares.
they paid 31 different companies so they can dump more shares. FITX is broke.
Have u taken a position in eltp yet
so epic was buying those shares?
Can someone help me understand the form 4 just filled
Ok, thank you. This should be interesting to watch this week if a solid report comes out. The low volume is super scary though.
Pumps and dumps
Fitx paid 21 different pump companies. Dilution city.
Excited to watch how hard this falls
what is the fully diluted share count?
What city are u in?
Nice, is this the final patent necessary to begin production? Or are there more patents necessary?
Perhaps nobody really knows. :)
Sweet thank you. Is this a pretty important patent? Sorry for my lack of understanding in the pharma companies.
I understand this is related to the abuse resistant future products. Is this the only 2 bead patent?
