Hi Chaya...just wondering. After we make money with SMME, do you have other companies we can invest in? I;m thinking back to a previous post of yours when you mentioned some of your other ideas. I'm intersted if there are any others available...
:) :) got to love her...She's the best
thank you and you got the day correct
I am going to choose not to respond to you now or in the future.
An Idea....why not hold our FIRST annual meeting "down under". Then we could "possibly" deduct our expenses for the trip as a business expense....
Convinced my wife to let go of some of the cash....added 940 shares...about a 20% increase!!!
Nice...but i'm thinking as high as $15/share.
Sounds like a nice place to visit...
Sounds like a nice place to visit...
The generosity of you shareholders truly is overwhelming and heart touching. Thanks to one and all... Where exactly is the Gold Coast??
Thanks Mate...never been 'downunder'. Would love the visit. Thanks...
Thank you for your offer...We would be happy to join you and yours on your private island... :)
I'm on your side :) :)
Thanks for the re-post. :) And I agree with you as to other CEO's and their posting of information for their stockholders. NONE would do it.
Your devotion to us and SMME is with without equal!! I want you to know how much I do appreciate your time, energy and devotion spent on SMME and responding to posters on this board. Some of it just has to be MADDING!!!
my post was answered so I am deleting it....
Yes you are missing something....The difference between a PC and an IPad....
Thanks for your kind words....Will look forward to your comments when SMME makes us a bunch of money....!!!! :0
Thanks for your suggetion to increase my holdings. Believe me when I say that my wife and I live Paycheck to paycheck and have little extra for investments these days. My portfolio was acquired back when we had funds and ownership of our home was not in jeapordy. Remember how long ago SMME was at $.70??? Today what little we do have extra goes into savings. When one comes so close to losing all at age 61 one becomes very fearful of not having some extra cash available. My hope is that with SMME and other ConstellationAA suggested opportunities my retirement at 65 will be all I hope it to be.
I am envious of your position. :) I am without a doubt certain that you will be able to buy your own island in the months ahead and enjoy the dreams you have.
I, myself, have wondered WHY you gave so many the opportunity to have a comfortable retirement; by having pennies turn into dollars..a lot of dollars.
For this I THANK YOU.
As I have shared a time or two before, SMME is one HUGE step toward my retirement....by parlaying what I make here with one more big score. In truth, I own about 5000 shares and would add to it if finances allow. I've bought in at $.25 and as high as $.70. I've been in for over 3 years but have always believed in the litigation...as proved by court win after court win...and have gotten at least 10 other people into this stock...who will, I believe, be quite grateful that I did...right Missloretta?
I believe in the products and have no questions as to the timetable set out by Chaya.
Given the self-revelation of Chaya and her performance over the years I have been in SMME I would be eager and willing to invest in ANY of her future public or private companies....
Many people don't understand the difference between a penny stock and stocks on the large exchanges. They are two fishes of a different kind. However, even stocks such as Blackberry (RIMM) and others on the large exchanges Apple, Netflix, et al can and do drop 5-15% in one day. Penny stocks are more susseptable to price fluxuations...especially those with a small "float"--few shares available for sale and purchase--because a few dollars can buy a lot of shares and thus move the price of the stock. I hope we are all INVESTORS and not TRADERS in SMME.
When SMME goes from these pennies to dollars I really hope all of us give Chaya a REALLY BIG THANK YOU for sharing with we, the general public, this once in a life-time opportunity to make it rich. I wonder how this gathering would have faired within their personal financial world without this GREAT opportunity...???
Again Chaya, I'm a believer and do thank you for this financial opportunity. I await the arrival of my "ship" with great excitment and anticipation....
Yikes Chaya....you seemed to have awakened a sleeping Giant!!! So many questions; so many responses.
:)
It seems to me that Chaya does not equal Smartmetric. Each and every idea, patent, or product she envisions and develops DOES NOT necessarily become the property of Smartmetric. She would have the right to start a new business for each one. Now there may and could be agreements between each of those companies....but to believe that everything Chaya comes up with is the property of Smartmetric is not true.
Waiting to make money... Probably see you this week.
Is this the Loretta (and Pepe) I got into Smartmetric???? :) Welcome to the "chatter"
Thanks, Chaya, for your response. A lesser person might just have ignored the "chatter". Three cheers for a responsive and investor-concerned CEO
Days....maybe hours away...
Don't forget the "thank you" :)
Yikes...sometimes the obvious seems to miss people.
I'm not comparing SMME to any Blue Chip stock in terms of their performance....only in regards to the chatter on the boards. WE seem to cry out for more information...knowing full well that Chaya is UNABLE to give it out; but WILLING to give it out if she could.
2ndly....yes, you should sit back as an investor and let the directors and the officers do their job. One's due dilegence on their investment should be done BEFORE one invests....and that investigation includes those running the company as well as their products, current and future. Those decision makers of SMME have more information about the company than we do and must weigh what impacts and consequences the use of its resources and decisions will have on the company as to its profitability. We cannot manage the company with the little information that we have. TRUST in management is a part of our investment decision.
It is only because SMME is as small as it is that we are even able to "chat" with our CEO. With any Blue Chip stock, your chances of speaking with and getting an answer from the CEO are slim to none. One chance a year, at the annual meeting, may allow one the opportunity to speak with the officers of the Blue Chip company....short of that, don't think so.
To the point one more time: Just sit back and let those in the know do what they are suppose to do. Don't add extra burden to their stressful life. So far they have done an EXCELLENT job.
Thanks for your support....
What I constantly hear on this board is "WE WANT TO KNOW MORE about what is going on in the company regarding the issues and its future."
What I am saying is that Chaya, someone I've never met, am not close to, and who I spoke with during the conference call some months ago, has shared with us WHAT SHE CAN. She has even gone so far as to hint that there is more to say but she is unable to share it with us. If you and others are supportive of her and her leadership then TRUST that she is doing what she thinks is best for all of us investors. YES, she is aware of our desire for more information...... we all want to know more of what is happening...and she will come forth with it when she is able. She has no beneficial reason not to and I see no benefit to any of we investors to constantly 'CRY' for it. I can only imagine that it frustrates Chaya...being unable to share it with us.
I, dear sir, bought thousands of shares in the $.70/share range; have told no less than 11 people about SMME; and receive no fewer than 6 contacts a month asking me about their investment. More in these days leading up to the soon to be released ruling.
The news will be forthcoming when Chaya is able to share it. I,too, remain a believer....just a bit more patient than others....
thanks...I'll watch it.
I wonder....do the boards for GE, Apple, Ford, et al have the same kind of crying going on as we do here? Do their shareholders banter and complain to their respective CEO as do so many on this board for SMME? Does anyone really think Chaya is vacationing somewhere, unconcerned about the "baby" she has given birth to here? I think she has gone above and beyond to inform us as best as she can with the issues and future of our company. I like many have been in this stock for many years. I've gone through the ups and downs. I am eager to have this all come to a close. And it will....very soon. Just imagine what the Visa and Mastercard stockholders are going to say when this all settles out.
Being a shareholder is not being a decision maker. We are investors and thus must allow the directors and officers run the company. The outcome of the long-battled litigation is right around the corner. Just have patience and give those decision makers some space. Trust me when I say they are on our side.
Fido...do tell the other stock so we all can benefit. :) I am doing the same with the same hope with.....SMME.
After reading that I'm surprised you can sleep....:)
Thanks for the comments. I vote infavor of your asscessment... I do agree with you and read the events of the past 3 years the same way....
Seems to me the Court is asking questions regarding the admissibility of certain evidence in the case since they were given to the Court later than the Court required it to be submitted.
I am mearly pointing out an aspect of the litigation not often times mentioned....
And by the way....never before has there been damage claims of $13.4 Billion for patent infrigment....et al.
And more examples can be given for first timers....that is why it is said, "there is a first time for everything....
There are a few variables in this litigation. One we often forget to mention is the INJUNCTION against V/MC from using the patent.
So, though the judge or jury may award SMME with monetary compensatioin, they can also award SMME with the injunction they seek which would STOP V/MC from using the very system which runs their business, vertually shutting them down. IF that happens, $13.4 billion would not be far behind. They would not drag this out for a day because by the time they file their appeal they could lose hundreds of milliions of dollars not to memtion the confidence of their customer base.
That thought was expressed on the conference call some months ago. Chaya said the price either would have to pay....since she owns a majority of the shares...would far exceed $5billion. The card alone would be worth at least twice that to a buyer....and probably a lot more......
SMME has the potential to be a muli-billion dollar company in the next 3-5 years...MID-billion dollar company. SMME will turn the heads of those who do not believe in the "penny stock" companies; this stock is a game changer.........
CORRECTION!!! Under the current IRS laws I think dividends are taxed at a higher rate than Long-term Capitial gains. MAYBE it would be better NOT to declare a dividend and just allow the price of the stock to stay high and we could sell some shares as we need cash......
Re: dividends...There is no rule of thumb. It's up to the Board of Directors. Such a "reward" in addition to the price of the stock would be sweet.
I thought the June 24th date was extended at V/MC request and agreed to by SMME.
That much reading will keep anyone up all night...
