They just got a new chairman of the board, too - SEP, I think.
On NOV 16, they sold off their proprietary technology for air bags (along with all the machinery to manufacture them) to a car company (forgot which one).
Maybe they will be using that $$ from the sale to purchase SNRY?
Just messing with ya..
Thanks for the new info on WNRC
That was the point - I thought of that, too.
Another email to the finance department I sent with 'thewaveinvestors.com' email address and I told them how excited I was to be the first one to break the story! LOL
Filings should boost both those companies!
Thanks, DOLLARLAND! I'm still used to your 'maiden name' before you married SMKY! LOL

I just rattled some chains at the corporate office. By the way, this company is so private, that the receptionist thanked me for calling and told me they do not accept any unsolicited calls.
So, I dug around and found the email for the public affairs director, sent him an email with the link to the filing and told him how excited I was that Milliken may be going public....
THAT should certainly get a response.
Oh, BTW, the corporate office is 181 miles away from that particular building! Looks like they may have been trying to hide something from the general public.
We'll see what happens.

Thanks, if .13 to .16 looked inviting - I know that .08 and .09 surely are!

Strong company, good revs, great CEO...
Why the summer/fall slide? I've been watching and waiting for a good green day to see about getting in.
I emailed Mark Lev and asked if Milliken & Co. was one of his clients. He said, "No."
Of course, he MAY be working on it from the SNRY end - and not the Milliken side...
NO ONE just puts a bogus address on a SEC filing! I know they have made errors in the past on their filings - this could have gotten through without them realizing it!
I think I am going to rattle a few chains at Milliken & Co. and we'll see what happens.

Awesome work, MZASIF. Those are great things to hear. I was getting ready to sell Monday since it didn't appear the company was too concerned - now, I've decided to stay with it and let them give it a good try. I'm riding all free shares by now, anyway - so why not?
I'm really pulling for these guys to make it in the face of such strong adversity. I like rooting for the underdog.

Very interesting point of research which I overlooked. I went to contact SNRY today, since I remember the new address on the 10-K was now a SC address, I thought perhaps the phone was too.
It is not. It is still disconnected.
However, it is VERY INTERESTING that the address is for Milliken & Co. Here is their website:
http://www.milliken.com/en-us/Pages/default.aspx
Interesting quote off their website:
From the patent website:

Sorry, I have not been the one taking partial quotes the last few days and throwing them back to YOU. Now, when I am asking what you meant, by one phrase and giving you every opportunity to explain - you want to stop.
Doesn't seem fair to me.
And I will post as I wish and try to get to the bottom of what is looking more and more like a bad situation. I am hoping to find out why.
I don't take it very well when I am lied to - I can handle a lot to rotten things, but I have never gotten used to that. I give PharmStar the benefit of the doubt, and have done so, but now it's time they address some issues here.

If a company sought transparency, they could choose to go to another TA. Olde Monmouth certainly attracts a lot of junk companies.

Hey, CC, you started the whole share count thing...
Do you still own all your shares?
Then, what do you mean by raising share capital? I don't understand.
I AM claiming that the company has sold/is selling those 80M shares. That is the only thing which makes sense. This is one of the questions I will ask today.
We were originally told that those shares were held in certificate form and they would not be interested in selling.
By emails from Tommy Johnson

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62802709&txt2find=certificate
And in the CC from the CEO himself:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62965002&txt2find=certificate
I now think they were lying. And I intend to find out.

So, you're saying the 12M float change to 92M was 80M for the company to raise capital = sell 80M shares?
SPIN 8-K out. Investor presentation. (very compelling)

NO. I DON'T know if HDSN could have been kicked out or not (and you don't know, either) and the actual MM doesn't even matter to me. Someone with 40M shares or more can go through a broker who will use multiple MM's if they so choose. Or they can be affiliated with many MM's themselves and spread out their shares purposely.
Also, I don't understand what you mean by "the filling of raise capital" from May to August.
Thanks.
What a great tool that would be as you manage the board, to have a "PM All MODS" button. This could alleviate the problem with mods who do not have PM capabilities and it could be placed in the management section of that board.

Yes, I noticed that. This time is the calm before the storm.

I'm really not trying to be a downer, but something doesn't seem right here with PHAR. It just isn't passing the eye test anymore.
This is no longer consolidation, but setting new lows over and over. At least all through SEP & OCT we bounced back and forth over .01 - now we are nearly 50% down from where we were less than a month ago.
A rumor was floating around earlier that someone was shorting the stock from May to August. I never found confirmation of that. Then I was told a rumor in early SEP (through a PM) that a big seller was getting out - but I continually see the pps being (what looks like) intentionally driven down. I'll tell you the truth, it's troubling to me. The pps just is not reacting to ANY of the DD or PR's like it should at all.
On the other side, low floaters can be easily manipulated, too. And 92M is still a low float on the OTC.
I think we deserve to find out what is happening from the company. I plan to call tomorrow.

Rough week so far for much of the stocks in the penny market.
Good thing about many Wave pikcs is that one can have mid/long term holds which offer opportunities to take profits which enables one do endure the quiet periods.

Sorry, been busy with work most of the day and away from my cpu.
Sure, post what you wish - we will always delete paid IR guys coming here and wanting us to do their work for them - but this is a good forum for sharing ideas, info & DD on any stocks.
Always welcome for new ideas.

I would imagine the company would try to make the same deal that it made with the other individuals - depending on funding would depend on salary.
Usually share compensation is a large part as well, and I always think that's a good incentive for managers to get their company going. Most 144 shares are restricted for a while, too.
Yes, I don't know how much more difficult their financial position may get, but you would think they could draw from their financing - unless perhaps they have a clause in the contract which stipulated their funds were to be used for material and labor to be spent in China ONLY - and no funding for any US operations whatsoever. If I were the investor, I would want a clause like that in any OTCBB company since so many companies use funds for salaries FIRST and then running the company later.
Obviously we don't really know because they have not necessarily disclosed that information - just a thought.
All The Best
Sorry, JOHNPLAYER, I've been away from my computer most of the day with work. I think we will always have misunderstandings because we are coming from two different ways of thinking - but it is OK since we are both long on PHAR.
Not trying to nitpick, so I am speaking in generalities and not everything I say following applies to you - or even to PHAR, but to IHub in general:
1. If anyone is going to buy or sell based on what I do or what I recommend, they are not very wise. I will definitely recommend that someone examine a stock, but not whether to buy or sell. On most any stock board, the one doing the yelling (encouraging others to buy) is usually doing the selling.
2. I do not post all that I think, but I will post what I think - since this is a forum for DD/opinion/idea exchange. If it scares someone, if someone believes I am lying, if someone disagrees, if someone doesn't appreciate it - so be it. I don't intentionaly intend to wound or hurt others, but I appreciate honesty and integrity much more than I do deceit and flattery.
3. I find stock-specific boards which only will talk in terms of hype, positive attitudes, and insincere platitudes personally repugnant and insulting to an adult intellect. Some of the best DD we have done here on PHAR came from negative posts or checking to see if a basher was correct. It actually strengthened us here to re-examine what we actually were holding.
4. A chart is simply an aid which may draw/repel buyers. SURE, if I had my choice between a bad chart and a good one, I would take the good one most of the time. However, a chart which shows a stable bottom is VERY appealing to traders/investors.
All The Best and Go PHAR
Tidal Wave BCCI news out today.
Launching national BCCI card program. It's been trading very strong lately.

Yep, that's the problem when trading with emotion. Every CC I listen to or every time I have emailed or talked to the CEO on the phone, I want to take out a second mortgage and buy all the remaining shares.
And it is NOT for the usual penny stock reasons because Howard Phykitt is a slick, salesman-type. He just seems so very genuine and open.
All The Best
Any of us here would be happy to hear anything you find out.
I want to go into every trade with my eyes wide open and actually want to know information - good or bad - about that company. I trade on facts and the more DD and knowledge, the better.
I feel for you, I remember how tight money was when I was in college and I learned all kinds of interesting facts. I could cook the best grilled cheese sandwiches on my iron!
Seriously, most tax benefits will be this year when losses offset any gains. I'm no financial advisor, but if you're going to sell in 2012, you might break even end of JAN or into FEB you may even have a little profit.
Think about it and do what your head tells you, not your emotions - those are usually the best decisions with finances.
All The Best
If you're selling for tax reasons, I cut my losses around end of year for that.
No problem, friend. Everyone has a right to buy/sell as they see fit. Perhaps if you are honest, you are not really and 'investor' as much as you are a 'trader.' I know I am a trader in pennies and don't really invest in them.
I only examine my investments quarterly and daily pps fluctuations don't bother me at all. The stocks I trade, however, I watch day-to-day, like this one.
I, too, am down and not very happy about it; so I empathize with you.
The whole point of my first post was in response to you claiming you will file a complaint with the SEC. Rational people don't do that unless they uncover some kind of suspicious behavior with the company, the TA or a broker.
All The Best
I probably cannot answer that question well enough to your satisfaction without sounding smug or conceited - and I really am not. Every person has to do what is best for THEM and what fits THEIR trading/investing plans.
For ME, SMKY already HAS turned in the right direction. That's because I was very fortunate to get my largest position around the .06's back early in the summer. I bought more later around the .20's which I will sell to make may entire initial profit back at a particular price some date in the future. Because of my timing - this was the very first penny stock I had moved into my 401K to hold for 3-5 years. Now, the only trade I will make in the future will be to sell the shares I bought in the .20's.
Small floaters react very easily to pressure from either way. Looking at the chart, I think the main reason for the downturn was a large holder selling. I certainly know it wasn't any problem with the company. That's the downside of being in a low-float stock. We all know the upside is just the opposite.
Because of the decision I have already made - I will only re-examine my situation in this stock quarterly, like I do with all of my other investments. I have moved from monitoring SMKY daily to scanning posts for information to stay current.
Since my target has been pushed down to YEARS, I don't mind WHEN SMKY will turn the corner. I still target to be in the dollars when I choose to sell in a few years. While usually a trader, I have changed my forecast in SMKY to being an investor. And to me, those two positions are completely different.
Many people say they invest in pennies, when actually they should be honest with themselves and say they trade them. An investor will look at the long-term goal, not day-to-day pps fluctuations.
Sorry if I sidestepped your question. I would anticipate a strong pps by the end of Q1 2012, for sure. We could get a good bump by EOY, depending on CYSCO.
All The Best
I would think your complaint would make interesting reading:
"I found this stock in a company that has been publicly trading for months now. Here are all the problems with it:
1. They have actual patents pending for their technology.
2. They just received a trademark for their premier product.
3. They purchased a big building to manufacture their product.
4. The CEO just reduced 1/2 of all the shares to this company.
5. A distribution contract has already been signed for this product.
6. Their Phase 1 Funding is nearing completion.
7. They have assembled a medical advisory board with people of amazing credentials.
8. They have not produced their product yet and are a couple months behind their first targeted date for that product - but still 2x faster than any other pharma company in their timeline.
I think it is a piece of crap company because I've lost money on their stock so far."
I think that complaint would certainly make it around the offices for a good laugh.
Many of us are around, still, but I am so confident in SMKY I don't think I need to 'babysit' the stock. I changed my philosophy from trading it to investing in it a while back. I watch my investments, but I don't 'manage' them. I have to concentrate and work on my trading regularly.

Thanks, BRUCE, do you know WHY only 2M on float with 350M issued and outstanding?

That post reminds me of a note which my wife received from a parent (she is a school teacher) where the parent said, "I looked under his bed and wa-la, there it was."
My wife kept the note.
