Post is pasted. I like the "super huge" he uses for the project. I won't say it, but I'll let the boss say it.
New project upcoming. CCI's or GRCUs. Guess we will find out after the 11th. Either way, the residuals should benefit us, IMO
New FB post by Calkin about 20 mins ago. Get in or get to kicking yourself. He seems confident to me.
Even a roundabout shout out to GRCU in front of the politico and media can go a long way for GRCU. Will he do it? Makes sense.
Very, very true. Look at NITE hiding those shares on the ASK. 660k burst with 10k still showing and it doesn't budge...LOL
What is the big news I've missed? When has the company come out with anything that speaks about the BOD or bad news about GRCUs progress? I'd like to see it and read it from GRCU. People who claim to know it or are listening to others who think they know GRCUs operations, don't know anything but the same speculation we know about the company. Facts continue to show that GRCU is making progress. Can we cross a bad news bridge if it comes or shall we fear what we really don't know?
I agree. The rumors of a BOD break up and dissent are just that, rumors. Or more probably, stories passed along. The only people who have inside information on the BOD of GRCU is the Board Members. And even if board members go, upgrades and turn over happen on boards. To say implosion without direct evidence is disingenuous. GRCU will thrive or not on their merits. People here will keep falling as they give in to the fear.
Insider info with the BOD falling apart, hence the silence?? Not speculation? Don't buy that one, but we shall see. All will come clear eventually. GL.
That was your EOW GRCU prediction, was it not? Barring a major PR, big mishit. Don't think we will see the PR, but would like to see a new product.
I thought I saw them flash .0095 on the ask right before the bell. Thirty seconds earlier with a quick .0095 hit and there'd be little talk and little doubt about today's action. I wouldn't be surprised in the least with a push back into trip nines and a settle somewhere around there EOW.
I'm sure for every positive advancement GRCU makes they'll be someone, somewhere who pulls out those red flags. All part of the balance. The difference is knowing what the company is doing and seeing it actually happen with tangible products and viable and attainable agenda items. GRCU has all of that. I'm sure they'll be plenty of other red flags we can dig up from the past, but it just doesn't seem that GRCU or it's board of directors wish to cooperate with the past. If we can't find those caution signs, I'm sure someone here will gladly keep us informed.
I don't think you're a basher Pat and it doesn't matter to me if you flip GRCU or hold. What I'd like to know is what you consider to be GRCU steady growth? Are you speaking about steady PPS or steady Company growth? If you're referring to PPS growth, it's not going to materialize until their is company growth. If you're referring to company growth, I think there are many signs pointing toward slow progress. I don't think we will realize a full measure of success until GRCU has a larger product base, tangible revenues and are within the mainstream talk in the MMJ sector. That of course, takes plenty of time. Not seven short months of existence. I wondering though, what glaring mistakes has Calkin made and what should he admit to?
Agreed. Nothing nefarious about it. Gave me the opportunity to lock more at .0079. Stronger hands. I'm going nowhere.
I hear you loud and clear and I'm not down on your frustrations with GRCU, nor am I calling you out. I'm nobody to judge how you feel. This stinks, no doubt and I cannot or will not try to figure it out. I'd like to hear from GRCU. We won't. They've proved they will do that when they are prepared with a material event. I feel like a broken record now. We are still so early in the process of all of these developing companies, ours included. It's going to take time and there'll be some tough stretches. Hang tough
Nice present for those who ate up the sevens. It ran away from me real quick and I was hitting the ask. No fill whatsoever.
The CEO has zero to do with the psychology of an individual or group of investors. Zero. More then likely, he can care less about the daily fluctuations of the PPS. He has greater ambitions, IMO
Many shareholders are probably folks who suffer from conditions and have an interest in CBD products, the MMJ movement and legalization process in general. I for one have fibromyalgia in my neck from an early life accident and don't look to GRCU products to just ,"try" them. I'm looking for pain relief where I've found none from more conventional medicines. Fairly logical and reasonable rationale.
Don, I won't make any grand predictions, but I will stick with the thought I have about where Calkin wants GRCU. I don't think he wants his company remaining in the OTC long term. Based upon his agenda with the legislature, his testing for legitimacy and his continued product roll-out this supports my thought. Where that puts the PPS in 15 and beyond I can't even guess. If he succeeds fully, could it be an IPO someday? Beats me.
That's the type of balance that's needed here comp. Don't be afraid to look into the negatives while still giving the positives a good hard look as well. I think many will see with the facts presented that the scales tip harder to the north then the south.
I don't think discussing and breaking down the positives of the company and allowing new investors to consider the facts is pumping GRCU. It's the HUGE things coming and .50 EOY nonsense that does more damage then good that is the true pump. I don't subscribe to that garbage. I also believe Rico Suave will bring another twist to GRCU, just as I believe CCI in front of the media will bring a residual effect to GRCU. I also believe we have a long, long way to go before we can honestly realize a sustained higher PPS and as we've all stated ad infinitum, patience and holding is the key with this developing firm.
I'll keep saying it over and over again Pier. The political pressure and softening on MMJ, CBD and the like is a wild card that can bring legitimate companies to the forefront. The positioning of CCI into the political spotlight will have a residual effect on the public entity, if Calkin uses the same strategies and approaches with GRCU that he used to make Green Dot and CCI successful, I'd say we stand a much better chance at success then your average OTC MMJ ticker. Again, simply my opinion based upon the tangible facts we've seen and the trend that is developing,
Good points Break. Unfortunately TDA has GRCU as a non-marginble ticker. I have to wait the normal three day clear which will be Wednesday. Otherwise, I find anything under .01 to be a gift and would be comfortable adding.
Sorry about that. In all honesty though, I don't usually stick around longer then six months in the majority of my penny plays. November will be going on nine months. I'm staying for one reason. The man running the company has proven to be successful in a few private endevours, one being a private company in CCI. I simply cannot fathom the man getting into this public company for any other reason then to succeed. I don't just believe Calkin wants to succeed at a modicum of success either. I think he is relishing the possibility of being in front of the legislature. I think he wants to lead the movement of CBD/MMJ from the OTC to the Main Street market. That's not a pump, that's just my personal opinion of how far I think he wants to take this. It's why I'm sticking around 2-3 years. I want to see if he can pull it off. I want to see what he plans for the share structure. I'm curious as to how he's going to iron out the wrinkles in his customer service and speed of delivery. I'd like to be around for an attempted up list. I'd love to see GRCU mentioned on a main stream media outlet. Perhaps his ultimate goal is to bring his public company to the floor of the exchange? Again, that's just my wish and thought based upon what I see him rolling out and all of the signs pointing to continued political capitulation on marijuana. If we were to choose a handful of guys and gals to lead the charge and we spread their resumes out, how many would pass on the opportunity to have this guy leading the charge? That's why I'm still here and still quietly adding.
I agree abomb. However, with the lead into a fairly big deal of a political intro to CCI, for which GRCU will benefit in some way, they'll be a lot of buying too, IMO
Sunny you did call for that penny test this week and Rick has his algorithm around them same. You both may be right.
They need to shape up that customer service. Big potential for sure, but excuses will only last so long. Nobody, you included should have to wait almost a month. I hope people are as patient with the PPS.
That's a warrior. You have every right to drink the Kool aid or be critical. Two years is definitely a long.
I think you should send that in to them and tell them to run with it. GRCU.
To each his own. Capital losses for me should GRCU fail, which I don't think they will. That's not to say I won't sell part of my position when strong gains are recognized, but putting GRCU shares into the drawer and locking it up for several years is painless. I'm glad I used the same philosophy with SIR* which was in the pennies in 09. It made me quite comfortable 5 years later.
Excellent!! I'm long for good.
I wouldn't call .012 much higher when I'm looking for long term targets outside of the OTC realm we are used to. .012 would be terrific. Not too sure we'll test it, if so, great. If not, just another day closer for me.
Nope, not crazy. Level-headed and watching the trend. I'm not flipping for hundreds. I'm long for hundreds of thousands or higher. Realistically, test a penny EOW. IF you're quantifying much higher as .012 or so, outside shot. Of course news trumps all. Anything falls today or midweek could be higher. We'll see.
I'll take the quiet rise over the noisy descent every day. Nice move so far. We may test that penny sunny was predicting, later this week.
Who would you be referring to and why would it be remotely relevant who he surrounds himself with? Do you think it will halt progress?
Rook, you're correct. Most do crash back down. We did and ours was a hype filled, promisesof grandeur before we had all the facts. Now we have concrete, visible facts. So why aren't we flying yet? Products coming in, sites opening up, and now speaking in front of the legislature with the private firm. longy said it earlier. These things take time and in an OTC market where scams outweigh gems, most are cautious or hesitant to jump in. Several of us are all-in with GRCU because things aren't your normal OTC here. I like our set-up and chances.
As am I sand. Transferred last week. I agree with philips assessment. We can still see some terrific entries here with more sideways action to gain an even stronger base and support. The 11th won't be the major spark for us, but it is a big deal. Once Calkin delves into the political landscape, which I always thought he would with CCI and regulation/education, GRCU stands to benefit as the ancillary public entity. Even if not mentioned directly, which it already was, investors will logically look for someone at the forefront of the movement and why not take a look at his public company? Logical progression. It just makes sense,
You're right, it does take longer. In the OTC longer usually means lack of interest, at least in my personal experience over the same twenty years. Perhaps that lack of interest is leading to the low volume. It seems like a reasonable stretch. The rampant selling seems to have dried up, for the most part, and the sideways action shows a new base. Many are waiting. The company has remained PR silent since the 16th, and lots of folks like PRs. I think constant PRs they stink personally. GRCU simply cannot be looked at as your normal OTC ticker. They're unusual. Normal PRs do more damage in the OTC, with the sell the news nonesense. I like GRCUs no nonesense, action before words, style.
Why worry about dilution? When has GRCU diluted? Was there a specific event or something you noticed that proves GRCU is diluting or plans on doing so? The fact is there is no obvious evidence or trends within the trading day, on LII or any other aspect of GRCU that can lead one to believe that dilution is or will be taking place.
If you mean that Calkin and the BOD will sell their vested shares into the market, those shares will run out quite quickly and would be meaningless and limited $$$ for them. The more obvious view that most see right now is that GRCU has not diluted, has no plans to dilute and has additional plans to introduce new products.
My best advice for someone who is concerned or worried is not to waste money on GRCU and find a different OTC ticker. We'll be happy to hold the shares for you
There really isn't a negative spin you can put on the news or pilot on the legislature. Ancillary things about the company can be pointed out and broken down n a negative manner, but head fakes and misdirection just don't hold water with what is going to happen. It's all relevant. Name one other penny in the hemp/MMJ/CBD business that is about to do what Calkin is. Your answer will be zero. Today's news is big, no matter how cut it.
I had been saying for months not to under estimate the one thing that can drive GRCU to new highs and that was the political landscape. Now, Robert Calkin has take the next step and thrust CCI into the political spotlight. I do not think it will be too long until GRCU is in some way tied into a role. The set-up is too glaring to be ignored. Product roll-outs, marketing connections, and now knocking on the door of the US Government. A master plan is forming here, IMO.
