Anyone that has followed this stock for a while could you please tell me if this is the same Gert Chalay (mentioned as the R&D guy in the latest PR) that supposedly fled the United States after being charged with fraud? I googled Gert Chalay and he made scam companies in California, I believe new port or whatever, apparently where SNRS is located. I'm not trying to bash here, since I have a small investment in SNRS, but if this is true how does Chin do business with someone that's been accused of fraud unless Chin is in on it...
And by "bagger" do you mean cents or dollars? I'm fairly new to this so don't know all the lingo.
Who did he sell OTG to?
I'm trying to buy another 1M... not having any luck
That's why you practice outdoors, you could of melted your house : )
Must of lost a lot of money on stocks, still living in an igloo. Join the big boys and build a ice castle or hotel... Geez.
He lives in China, what are they gonna do? Send representatives to China and sue him?
Chin really needs to hire someone to create the website. United Power Solar website is trash, and even worse it's better than the SNRS website. That's just pathetic.
No where in that PR said they reached an "agreement" with RIMM. All it says is that they have someone in direct communication with someone at RIMM. People need to quit talking up this stock, we all have read the PR's (I'd assume, if you are investing in a stock). If not they can be found on Yahoo Finance (or Google, or any site that shows quotes of stocks), type in the stock, and bam you got news. I own shares in this so I'm not bashing it, but it's definitely strange how with all the PR's this is struggling to gain any momentum. Chin is just diluting here, too many shares to make money.
Unlike most people, I dont put a lot of money into a stock unless I know much about it... I only have a whopping 1M shares... haven't made any money, haven't lost any money yet on SNRS... so it's fine with me. All my money is in different stocks, which I've made money off of.
How long do you have to own this stock in order to receive any sort of dividend?
I don't doubt he knows his sh!t, but everyone says do your DD (due diligence, I'm assuming). But all these posts that people are putting in so much "hard work" in "researching" about a company... go to f'ing yahoo... finance... type in your company/ stock and bam you got news... Seriously, people act like OMG where did you get that PR from? Like they got an inside scoop on the company. Simple, its on any site that shows you stock quotes. Geez people get real.
Where does it say that SNRS and Blackberry have an agreement? It doesn't. All the PR says is that they are in contact with Blackberry (RIMM), completely different thing.
It's a new website... Give them some time to get all the kinks out. And they said they were developing products, they never said it was going to be ready as soon as the website is done. They might still be working on it and maybe they thought no one would notice another companies product. Who knows what they are up to.
New to penny stocks, once a stock reaches a penny, does it usually trade in .005 to .01(+ or -) increments? Or does it do this slow .0001 trades?
When is this merger supposed to happen? Any day now or sometime near future?
I'm fairly new to trading stocks, if there is a R/S should you sell your shares before the R/S? I know that the share price goes up, but you lose a lot of shares. Is the shares worth the same overall? Say for example you have 10M shares worth like $5000... then the R/S brings you to like 1000 shares (10,000 to 1) would your 1000 shares still be worth $5000 or more (increase in PPS) or would your shares be worth less?
What if I want a woman to answer? Guys aren't my thing...
On a serious note, I really do hope that this is all legit, I am invested in SNRS and would like to make some cash.
Yeah, he didn't respond to my e-mail either. I basically told him that I realize the website just launched, but why the hell would you have this huge countdown, and then promote some other companies products?? And why would they release PR's saying they are manufacturing products for Apple and others, but their website says they are only distributors. I don't know maybe SNRS has an entity that manufactures and United Power Solar is their distributing entity?? The news they put out sounds good, but its not a major announcement unless the deal is complete. I'm pretty sure shareholders don't want to hear that their major announcements are just "talks" between potential partnerships. Yeah its a big deal, but they make it sound like they are gonna blow us away with "talks."
Well yeah, no sh!t. All I meant was that Blackberry is part of RIM. They aren't two different companies, you said Apple, Blackberry, and RIM like they are all separate companies.
Blackberry and RIM is the same company.
Halbroke, so if EYSM were to say they got bought out by Microsoft or Google, realistically where do you see the immediate PPS at? Does it instantly become a .50, $1, $5 stock? Or is it a slow build up to one of those?
Tincup, I just got in this company cuz at triple 0's its dirt cheap. But some of the sh!t they do is kind of sketchy. Don't get me wrong I really hope they are legit or turning over a new leaf cuz i want to make money like everyone else.
I sent him an email when the site came up saying that he's been basically promoting another companies product, glad he changed it (removed "Mophie", even though its the same f'ing product) but under their "Featured Product" link it's the Mooncharge by Frostfire. I realize that on their website they claim to be a distributor only, but their PR's say they are manufacturing products (for Apple). I hope they do well because I'm invested in them, but it's kinda sketchy.

Doesn't look like we're getting the MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT today... probably gonna release it tomorrow near close to build up anticipation for Monday's open.
I just came across this company, just curious about where you guys this stock will trade at. You guys think this is a cents level or $1+ stock?
You can find most of the news on Yahoo or Google Finance... just type in the name of the company to get quotes and news.
Why is this company/ stock trading at less than half a penny? A company that specializes in Oil/ Diamonds/ Gold or whatever it is, shouldn't they trade a little higher? Is this a relatively new company that hasn't made any money or new management? I'm new at this so I'm still learning about all this. If anyone could help me out.
So if this stock skyrockets to $.50+, you think this stock is strong enough to maintain its price or continue to increase, hopefully, or does it drop down to single digits like DMGM and SAEI did?
What PPS do you guys see for this stock? Trade at cents level or $1+?
So where do you guys see this stock trading at if the MAJOR announcement is that they are gonna get bought out? Or that they are working with Mophie to sell these chargers? Cents level or $1?
I'm just gonna wait another 15 minutes, just in case my time is off and doesn't match up with the time SNRS intended for the site to launch... If I don't see a legitimate site tonight, I'm out of here.
WTF? My computer just says "Countdown Complete" Check back soon... Wasn't it supposed to launch when the clock hit 0? Does anyone else have this problem?
Is this a $1+ stock? Or you guys think it'll just trade cents level? I'm new at this, so I'm trying to learn.

iPhone 4 Solar Charger Update
News, Novothink, Surge, iPhone | Monday October 11 2010 11:37 am | Comments (21) Tags: iPhone, News, Novothink, Surge
Unfortunately we’re experiencing a delay on our iPhone 4 Solar Charger and the product will not be available until January 2011. However, we are excited to let everyone know that the Surge Solar Charger for iPad is currently in the works for a 2011 release.
They were talking about the Solar charger in 2009/ early 2010 that they had a product, but I guess it hasn't been out yet, maybe SNRS has jumped in at the right time, or developed one that works (hopefully).
I don't know if the "original" picture of the Iphone charger was copied or not, either way SNRS is pricing the "same" solar charger $20 more... Frostfire has theirs for $49.95 according to the site (who knows if it is Apple certified or not)
I really hope Chin isn't duping us... I can see the countdown hits 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes, and 0 seconds and then a picture of a big middle finger and Ashton Kutcher saying we all got punked, and another time investors get screwed over.
Well where do you see this stock at? I'm new at this and I've seen on many boards that people trust your opinion, so figured I'd ask you.
Blue, where do you see this stock's PPS? Barchart.com says this is a strong sell.
This product could very well be a hot commodity, most people with smart phones use their phone a lot whether it be talking, surfing the internet, doing business, etc. battery life is a major concern. Most people in big cities use some form of public transportation to get to and from work, I do, a solar charger would be a good investment IMO. Kinda hard to charge your phone without any outlets on a bus/ train. I haven't seen the product so I don't know how bulky it is... but people can use it at the beach, gym, hiking, etc... Just my thought.
