Are you trying to say "We've gone through this before"? Just checking.
'runningwithscissors'--what is PH*T TR*C ?
Big Pharma--might be Big Fights as they try to keep their stuff out there. But maybe they will get smart and try to partner with ELTP or possibly license our ARTs, depending on what NK thinks is best for $$$ELTP$$$. imo.
Couch--in addition to MMs manipulating, do you think there are other nefarious forces out there deliberately trying to hold this down? (Like Big Pharma who have only non-ARTs)???
'heidibrown'--your orders not getting filled probably is due to the company who is handling your trades. I can tell you that Schwab fills orders and very quickly.
MM's working to get it back down.
Think what will happen to the $PPS of $ELTP when we are Fast Tracked!!!
FAST TRACK DESIGNATION--from another board "Checked with regulatory colleagues about the fast track designation...the request should be made by the company and the FDA has 60 days to respond.
Some qualifications:
- A rationale for why this disease condition is serious and life threatening
-Represents a signficant unmet medical need (despite current care) "
THE TAKEAWAY HERE IMO IS THAT WE (AND OUR DOCTORS) SHOULD ALL BE STRONGLY REQUESTING ACTC TO REQUEST THE FDA TO GIVE FAST TRACK DESIGNATION.
'Money4nuttin'--5 Star DD!!! Thank you!
Financial planner/analyst Couch?
aka "Guru" Couch, "Divine Guidance" Couch, "Hero" Couch, etc...
Quote (not from Nasdaq): "why this ran like it did defies logIC"--guess you're new here. Couch specifically said he's been thru it w ELTP at least ten times, and each time the company just keeps moving forward accomplishing their goals.
Naked shorting wash trades by mms. That is the "logic".
$ELTP=Pennies to dollars!
I agree, ELTP going to $1.00. Seems you just put the decimal point one spot to the left of where it belongs.
This is what i mean.
If this board would limit itself to factual information rather than cheerleading (or bashing), it would be much more valuable and the posts a lot more credible.
All else is trivia, gossip, and meaningless drivel. imho.
Did it fill? I hope not. They better make a higher offer!
With Schwab (i don't know about others), if you bring them a cashiers check, or wire $, or sell some other stock, your $ is available immediately. No waiting.
Quote: "Trust me, Kim knows EXACTLY what he is doing. "
I'm not saying he doesn't, but am questioning the basis for your absolute certainty about it.
Having bought more today, would be glad to hear your answer.
Very good. Then we can focus entirely on $ACTC's Great Future!
I'm not the one who made predictions. But if someone is making them, would be nice to hear something a bit more specific!
True, but this is not what most potential investors want to hear. Best just to post $ facts--like the huge stash of patents and successful results, and dramatically improved vision of patients in clinical trials!
Let's all find ways to make FDA granting of BREAKTHROUGH STATUS AND COMPASSIONATE COMMERCIALIZATION a reality asap!
'flyasif' --is it just a matter of making corrections on documents or does the company have to raise $$$ to fix these?
This article at least mentions KBLB, but still gives Amsilk the Big Splash. And includes fibers in their products:
"The protein is purified and made into beads, fibers, films and nonwoven materials, with high tensile strength and selective biodegradability"
'spidersilkguy'--Quote: "It will be another couple of years before this stock reaches its potential".
Could you please say what range pps you are expecting that potential to be?
AT LAST A SPIDER SILK ARTICLE THAT MENTIONS KBLB!!!
http://www.iflscience.com/technology/superhero-strength-spider-silk-coming-market
Thanks for posting it, 'King Bolaba'
Lasers--don't the mms have to cover the naked shorted shares, hence moving the pps up (maybe creating short squeeze)?
NH bought 11,000,000 shares on the open market while he was still vice-pres of Actavis. He stated that ELTP's ADT technology is the best he has ever seen.
'Rebel13' --Couch has specifically said that he would not do it and does not think it is a good idea.
Lasers--How, exactly, do we go about doing this? We should get clear about exactly what needs to be done and make a coordinated plan for all longs to do it.
It doesn't help KBLB or shareholders of KBLB, that's for sure!
Why can't KBLB ever get in on these splashy articles, that's what i want to know?!?!
As usual, everyone is mentioned except for KBLB.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Why????????
What is holding this back?
Maybe he has hired security experts. How do you know he hasn't?
es1--thanks for this excellent info summary!
'igotthemojo'--What makes you think he "knows nothing about security measures"? He's a lawyer and has extreme interests in KBLB. You have no basis for saying what you said.
Quote: "Kraig Labs has, in one step, jumped straight from proteins to fibre production by inserting genes from spiders into silkworms. Prodigious, isn't it?"
Right. But also this:
"Spiber has raised $ 8.1 Million and it plans to open a pilot facility by 2015 that is capable of producing 100 kg of spider silk fiber per month. A single gram of protein is enough to produce fibres 5.6 miles long, says Spiber. KAIST is developing a high-molecular-weight silk stronger than Kevlar."
Until reading this article, i had thought that only KBLB could produce actual fiber in the near future. But this article shows there is serious competition from both Science & Technology (KAIST) and Spiber.
Excerpt from: http://www.crazyengineers.com/threads/spider-silk-set-to-become-commercially-available.73785/
"South Korea’s Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) and Spiber, a Japanese start-up are developing techniques to manufacture spider silk usingE.coli. The humble E.coli has been used in biosynthesis of spider silk since 1995 and is probably the most commercially viable method for mass production of spider silk over other techniques. Although not currently in market, both the organisations hope that theirs is a method that is fit for mass production of silk. Spiber has raised $ 8.1 Million and it plans to open a pilot facility by 2015 that is capable of producing 100 kg of spider silk fiber per month. A single gram of protein is enough to produce fibres 5.6 miles long, says Spiber. KAIST is developing a high-molecular-weight silk stronger than Kevlar."
Thanks Amateur1 and Money4nuttin!
Regarding possible thievery of worms and/or silk: I think it's reasonable to assume that Kim has enough self-interest to have made sure that he and his baby are well-protected.
'Amateur1'--please re-post the link to that Arabic web page. I think many of us would like to check it out. Thank you.
Quote: "Kim, like every CEO in America, deserves to be paid. Would you want that he devote all of the hours he does without a paycheck? Come on. That is not reality. "
Fact is, that is exactly what the CEO of a company that has gone from around .25 to .94 since Feb 18th has done. Paid in shares that aren't even available for cash-in for three years.
Why is this stock only .02--.03 with so much going on?
