They could advertise based on the particular region of the country the product appears in. It's a great idea and unique enough to garner interest from both customers and businesses.

Absolutely.
-Jazz
MOMO do you mind putting a sticky note for post 80540? Thanks.
-Jazz
Agreed StrikerGR21. My hope is the stock goes up, the company is transparent/communicating, the company grows and and greater awareness occurs. That way everyone wins.
-Jazz
Sweet. It's great to have you onboard MOMO.
-Jazz
As I receive any responses from various questions I send to the company I always post them here. Yes $.10 would be great but like Nwsun, my goals are a lot higher than that. I want to see $.50.
Stock looks great, price is going up. Go go Rocket Ranger!

Would you consider being a moderator on this board MOMO?

Common Greene Concepts Investor’s Questions:
As noted earlier, below are the list of questions I sent the company that I (and I believe all of us) would like to see answers to. The company informed me the other day that they would review them and respond. As stated before my motto is "Transparency nullifies skepticism" and I let the company know that as well.

Q: Why has there been a change in CEO from Karen Howard back to Lenny Greene? Will Ms. Howard still be involved in the company? What about Susan Hewlings? What is Dr. Hewlings involvement?
Q: Could you provide additional information as to why the 1-A SEC Filing was developed, what the current status is and how it can add value to the company? Is there any chance to cancel this filing to avoid dilution?
Q: Now that the inspection has finalized could you post a picture/copy of the inspection approval document the company received on your Twitter page or better yet put it on the company webpage? Are there any other required inspections and if so what are status of those?
Q: When will production begin for the company? I know you cannot say specifically who but are there retail distributors we can expect to hear about in the foreseeable future?
Q: From recent financials, it states that there are several loans coming due or past due to various corporate individuals and entities. What is the current status of those?
Q: A Tweet from a couple of months ago mentioned that there are presently no plans for a R/S. Is that still the case?
Q: When will the gala occur that invites shareholders or other interested parties to see the Greene Concepts bottling plant for themselves?
Q: When will the company webpage be updated to display the most recent changes and information?
Q: When will the North Cove sign to the building be changed to Greene Concepts?
Q: The Synergy Distributor Program was mentioned in the 11/25 press release. Could you please elaborate on the program and how it will add value to the company? Is this something that shareholders can assist the company with? What are the benefits to shareholders/interested parties in doing so?
I just read the attorney letter and yes that is separate from the questions I proposed to the company. Additional correspondence from the company on those questions is needed.
-Jazz
Thanks so much staynafloat.
-Jazz
Could you post the link to the attorney letter for me as I cannot locate it. My initial thought is the attorney letter is separate from the company response to the questions because of the short turn-around time. Also the company responded to me that they would look at them and respond in the near future.
I'll know more once I see the letter myself. Thanks Nwsun.

Here is what I like from today's PR,
"SpinWater™ is just the beginning, since a SpinLabel™ can be used on everything from foods, beverages, bottles, cans and even cups. With the 2015 Smart Labels initiative being adopted by tens of thousands of companies driving the need for more label space over the next 5 to 10 years, we believe SpinLabel Technologies, Inc. is well positioned to become a leader in the labeling space with its unique, patented labeling system.
This is from today's PR regarding Karen Howard....
Karen Howard, who recently stepped down as CEO of Greene Concepts to focus her attention on the growth of business opportunities for Mammoth as its Chief Innovation Officer states, "SpinWater™ is only the beginning for the Mammoth & SpinLabel™ partnership. The rotating label system can be used across various consumer packaged goods industries. By mimicking the "pre-labeled" SpinWater™ model across these various market channels, Mammoth & SpinLabel™ are already discussing expansion possibilities to supply Spin-Capable containers that service industries such as food, beverages, supplements, nutraceuticals and many more. We are excited to be chosen for the partnership and anticipate several additional revenue streams for Mammoth Ventures."

I updated the intro page with today's press release. Also under the section entitled "Company Highlights and Accomplishments", you will find a video link to the SpinWater product.

12/3/2019 Press Release
SpinLabel Technologies, Inc. and Mammoth Ventures, Inc. A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Greene Concepts Inc. Announces Manufacturing Agreement
Newsfile Corp.
Newsfile Corp
Marion, North Carolina--(Newsfile Corp. - December 3, 2019) - Greene Concepts Inc. (OTC Pink: INKW), (greeneconcepts.com) ("Greene Concepts" or the "Company") announced that SpinLabel Technologies, Inc. of Boca Raton, Florida is proud to announce a manufacturing agreement with Mammoth Ventures Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Greene Concepts Inc. SpinLabel Technologies, Inc. has a patented dual label system made up of both an inner and outer label. The rotating label system used to make SpinWater™ bottles.
Greene Concepts Inc. through it's subsidiary Mammoth Ventures Inc. owns a bottled water manufacturing facility that has agreed to install labeling equipment necessary to produce SpinWater™ bottles. This partnership will allow Mammoth Ventures to provide a SpinWater™ bottling solution to service the southeast, mid-atlantic and northeast private labeled water market. SpinLabel is expecting SpinWater™ production at the Mammoth bottled water facility to reach a minimum of 250,000 cases per year within 2 years.
In addition to offering complete SpinWater™ product within these areas, Mammoth and SpinLabel™ are also discussing the opportunity to pre-label SpinWater™ bottles to supply various water filling facilities around the globe. Supplying SpinWater™ empty bottles to regional water facilities who would then fill, cap and fulfill to their local customers enables Mammouth to expand its sales potential globally. This supply chain engineering between SpinLabel™, Mammoth and the regional bottling facility reduces overall logistic costs and increases profit margins at each tier.
"SpinLabel™ is a unique, innovative labeling technology that utilizes a stationary inner label and a rotating outer label that has a see-through window revealing the contents of the inner label thereby providing up to 90% more label space. A SpinWater™ private-label customer has the ability to offset the cost of customized water by utilizing the inner label space to sell advertising. The revenue generated by ad sales not only offsets the cost of manufacturing but also allows for free distribution of the private-branded water. What was once a convenience cost to a customized water customer, is now a revenue generating profit tool. The advertiser benefits from the unique and engaging way to get their message in customers hands, while also capturing valuable customer information"
"SpinWater™ turns a commodity, like bottled water, into a powerful marketing, advertising and data collection tool. Leveraging scannable QR codes, and text responders within the ads SpinWater™ provides a simple solution for a complex problem by delivering advertisements directly to the target user. SpinWater™ invites the customers to interact with the label using their mobile phone which then generates both data collection and foot traffic to the advertiser. "SpinWater™ bypasses the usual advertising chaos and noise by delivering an advertiser message directly to potential customers," says Alan Shugarman, President & CEO of SpinLabel Technologies, Inc.
Shugarman says, "SpinWater™ is just the beginning, since a SpinLabel™ can be used on everything from foods, beverages, bottles, cans and even cups. With the 2015 Smart Labels initiative being adopted by tens of thousands of companies driving the need for more label space over the next 5 to 10 years, we believe SpinLabel Technologies, Inc. is well positioned to become a leader in the labeling space with its unique, patented labeling system. SpinLabel™ is very excited to be partnering with Mammoth for manufacturing SpinWater™ starting in January 2020."
Nwsun I agree with you about transparency. I have mentioned the following phrase on this board many times "transparency nullifies skepticism." With that in mind, I sent the following questions to the company yesterday and encouraged them to review and post responses to them publicly. I received a response thanking me for the questions and that they would be reviewed and addressed.
Responses to these questions will greatly help all of us who have put our faith and money into Greene Concepts. It will probably take a little time for the company to appropriately answer each of them but I believe they will in due time. More to come.

Hey Nwsun. Back when the company was involved in ink sales they had the founder's program in which I brought 5 full units ($5,000). Additionally around that timeframe (2012) I asked everyone here on this board to write out what questions they would like the company to answer. Over the course of a couple of months I gathered everyone's questions and sent them to the company. The company answered them here:http://inkwayusa.com/faqs.htm. I pressed the company on the FAQs at the time because neither shareholders or founder's (I was both), were receiving much public information on the company. Also I was always emailing the company different ideas that they could use and I often captured notations I heard at the time during their conference calls and posted them here on this board. That is how the company came to know who I was. It's been a rough ride and my hope is that all of us will see this PPS rise when it is all said and done. I hope this is helpful. I recently sent various marketing ideas and general questions to the company that I am awaiting answers on. I've encouraged the company to have transparency and post answers to questions online publicly for all to see. My goal as a moderator has been for transparency to shareholders all along. I know I have a lot of posts but if you look at my posts from 2012 - 2014, you will see a common theme of encouraging the company to be as transparent as possible and have often challenged them to do more communication with shareholders.
I hope this is helpful.
-Jazz
Anytime bshuab.
-Jazz
Hi everyone. I updated the intro section of this page with Lenny Greene's picture as the new CEO (once again) and have removed Karen Howard's information from the page. I was away for the past week on vacation and did not have computer access to make the updates here based on last week's news.
-Jazz
Yes I'm still here and just picked up some more today.
-Jazz
Yep me too.
-Jazz
Just waiting on news about retail deals and distribution partners.
-Jazz
What I hope the company really expounds on is that secret sauce that separates it from other water manufacturers. Reminding everyone of the region that the water comes from is a great start.
-Jazz
The march to sustained success is a slow one but once contracts are announced along with distributors and retail stores, things absolutely change.
-Jazz
I like that the company included the following in their PR...
The Company would also like to acknowledge and extend thanks to the shareholders that have provided encouragement and support as the Company worked to reopen the Marion facility.

You do realize that once you "politely" asked that the pictures be removed, they were removed. They were up less than a day. Why keep bringing this up? Also I've mentioned multiple times on this board that I want the stock to go up. See the following posts:

Agreed that stock news via PRs (your trading account) is most appropriate but it is nice to receive information via Tweets too.
-Jazz
I am hoping this is the pulling back of the rubberband before releasing it action of the company. Their Monday PR could really launch things into orbit real fast like you say.
-Jazz
They did say in the Tweet "Exciting news being written up for distribution. Stay tuned early on Monday!" If they were going to push it back another week I believe the tone of the Tweet would have been different.
My hope is that there are no more delays to official launch.
-Jazz
The journey has been a long one indeed. Monday has been stamped. They may be hoping to finalize with the suppliers before the upcoming PR on Monday. Not sure. It would have been nice to see a short message like "Inspection passed, news to follow". Sounds like they are going to release more than a Tweet on Monday for sure.
I agree with you that actions and not words is what is needed.
-Jazz
If the company Tweeted that exciting news is happening on Monday, that all points to the fact that they have passed the inspection. Now they are writing up a PR not only stating that they have passed but also what it means in terms of distribution and contacts. If the inspection passed at mid-day and they let all of their distribution partners know and complete the paperwork signatures by Friday afternoon, that would allow for a wide highway on Monday so business can truly begin. My guess is that is what will be PR'd on Monday.
We shall see. Either way this is looking extremely positive. I believe all of our patience is about to pay off beginning next week. Go INKW!
-Jazz
Here is what will happen on Friday (one of three things):
1. The company releases a PR (at a minimum a tweet), that the inspection is over, they have passed and then releases news about contracts and product distribution either the same day or within the next week. It is possible that we just get a tweet on the inspection passing and the PR comes out later.
2. A company notice gets released that for whatever reason the inspection still has not completed (this would be bad for morale unless there is a really good reason for it because we were told the end of this week is when the inspector returns. If the inspector has to carry the inspection into the following Monday or Tuesday I am fine with that).
3. We hear no news from the company about the inspection. That would not be good because everyone was told that the inspection would occur by the end of the week (this week).
Those are the three options. One of them WILL occur tomorrow (Friday). The question is which one? I am hoping for option #1.
Tomorrow the game changes one way or the other.
-Jazz
That would definitely make me smile. :)
-Jazz
Hi Seventeen. Just wanted to give you a blast from the past from the LFBG days. I hope you are well.
-Jazz
Words from the company...
-Jazz
The company was referring to this Friday (11/8) at the latest for inspection finalization. The Nov. 1 Tweet was from last Friday.
-Jazz
I agree with you 100% nwsun.
-Jazz
The company said the inspector will be there by the end of the week. We may not hear something until late Friday or Monday.
-Jazz
