Are you ready to rumble? Let's get back to business tomorrow. Two weeks to film and photos. Come on Guyer, let's have some news, por favor!
GO CGFI
567 and anyone else in the path of Sandy, know that we have you in our thoughts and prayers. Take care and be safe.
AK
End of the month and someone has a house payment due? The last couple of days have been curious, I agree.
GO CGFI
Maybe Guyer wants the pps to go up so that it takes less shares to finish converting financing? IDK
GO CGFI
Notice that there's no effective date?
We don't know what Guyer's up to. That's fact #1.
GO CGFI
You know it Grizz. Stay safe on the preserve and we'll stay in touch.
GO CGFI
Yep. 6,000 shares of more manipulation at .25. You must be right, Throbber!
GO CGFI
Yeah, you should complain to the SEC. I mean, if you're a shareholder, you just saw a 51% increase. Definitely worth complaining about. Priceless!
GO CGFIA
Guess we better keep out eyes peeled: M1984049

GO CGFI
Hi Akula! Maybe. A fact: a higher pps requires less shares in conversion of financing to shares.
GO CGFI
Is it possible that the "private financing" requested the a/s increase in order to protect their interest in upcoming events?
Perhaps being a "private investor" allows for some knowledge regarding assays and negotiations relative to other mines in the area?
I don't know, just thinking out loud.
GO CGFIA
Yes sir. Looking good! At least some of us know how that buying at the ask thing works. Should make bidsitters happy knowing that someone else will do it for them.
GO CGFI
Let's test it out, Bob!
GO CGFI
Buy low and sell high. lol

You should be a spy novelist, shamby! Fun reading.

Patience is a virtue, and yes it is wearing thin across the shareholding crew. The lack of information from management has caused most of us to increase our intake of grog. Thank God our purveyor of fine goods (MT) is back aboard to dispense swill. Dang, missed you fellow!
The bottom line is that until Guyer gives us something to sink our teeth into, the pps will not go up. Should we not hear squat from the man three weeks from now, at least I hope to bring a pictorial escapade through the promised land for those willing to hang in there.
I'm not the heaviest investor here, but I'm heavy enough, and willing to fly from Alaska and make the trip out to Colorado to check on my investment. My wife just said "Why are we going to Silverton?". My answer was "To check an investment that I and thousands of other believing shareholders thought warranted an investment, whether small or large".
If Guyer won't tell us, at least we'll know once and for all if there's life in our investment. It would be alot easier if management would be more forthcoming, but that doesn't seem to suit me and most of those posting here on the board.
So, I head into no-man's land. Good luck to us all and see ya in about three weeks.....
AK
Thanks, Shy. That was an interesting listen.
GO CGIA
Thanks Optimiss. Sure looking forward to it! And, visiting the museum, of course!
AK
Gonna bring a camera and my wife's new IPad for the video if she'll quit playing games on it long enough. lol
Getting anxious for the trip. About 3,000 miles in 3 weeks, so should be a hoot! After 36 years in Alaska, it's time for a roadie, visit the grand canyon, go up in the gateway arch, see the folks, kids and grandkids, catch a Coyotes game, and lay in the sunshine of AZ for a week.
Planning on doing Denver, Colo Spgs, Silverton, Durango and Rocky Ford for CO stops. That'll cover 2 sons, 4 grandkids, a few friends and the trip out to the mill with Optimiss I hope. Should be around the 16th-18th in Silverton, I'm guessing.
I'll have to see if I can get the room that Guyer usually stays in when he's there. Maybe I can "channel" him and figure out what he's not telling us?
Have a great Saturday.
AK
Thanks, oia. Been here almost as long as I've been there. I've made money on one of them. I'm sure you can discern which one. Yep, the one with a product that's going to kick some buttola!

Dear Mr. Guyer:
In a few weeks, I'm going to stop by Silverton and get the lay of the land. Maybe I can provide some information to your shareholders that, as of yet, you have been reticent to provide relative to progress at the mill property. I remain hopeful that the necessary activities are occuring in order to clear the conditions of the permit in order to get to operational status with the POW Mill.
Months have passed since the "preliminary" assays. Months have passed since you've been given conditional approval of the permit. Months have gone by with no informational releases from management as to the status of the company that we are invested in.
No filings, no correspondence with DRMS, no PR to your shareholders. Bogus IMO. Certainly there is something you can say. We're waiting and waiting, but nothing from the orchestrator. How does the song end?
AK
Still holding all long here. Don't post often, but read it all everyday. Time is short, my friends. Stay thirsty!
GO HLNT
No problem buying with Sharebuilder today.
GO CGFI
Hook me up with a solar powered cam. I'll attach it to the security fencing and we can have it up and running! lol
GO CGFIA
Mid-40's and sunny in Silverton. Wonder how the work's going at the mill?
GO CGFIA
Until then, I'm adding when I can and hoping for the best.
Obviously not, or there wouldn't be bid sitters at 21 thinking, "Gee, if I keep trying to buy as cheap as possible, maybe someday, someone else will buy at the ask and I'll get rich"
Geesh
Has everyone figured out how to make the pps go UP?
GO CGFIA
Thanks for sharing your newbie frustration. What have you lost? 10 bucks? Give the rest of us a break, ok? But, thanks for dropping in every few months to share your wisdom.
Tired of hearing shinola. Or is it just shit?
GO CGFI
Thoughts:
Under the share structure that existed after the reverse split, there wasn't but maybe 1/2 million dollars worth of shares available to Guyer. I believe that in order to pay off what was left of mill debt, and finish all of the conditions relative to the permit approval, there was not enough available to accomplish what he needed to do.
Did I like the r/s? NO! Was it necessary, I guess so. Maisel Excavation doesn't work for free. Ferguson doesn't work for free. The tailings ponds reclamation needed to be accomplished. The 500 ft. pipeline needed to be accomplished. Hell, there's still a clearspan facility to purchase and assemble. Many EPF's (Environmental Protection Facility) had to be finalized and reported to DRMS prior to any importation and milling could commence. In fact, DRMS said that any changes would have to be instituted through either a new application or additional amendments to the existing AM-03 conditional permit approval.
So where are we today? Pissed off, yeah! Didn't want to see another billion shares added to the authorized. However, they haven't even been authorized to this point. In fact if you read the pre-14c, they can't for 21 days from the date of record, which was the 15th, today. They may or may not authorize the shares. We don't know, cause Guyer won't give us any information.
My point, if I have one, is that I guess Guyer isn't done orchestrating the final stanza of this concert. Damn, I'm hoping for a John Phillips Souza moment. With fireworks, please. Maybe he's buying up some of those 23 mines in the area with the $3 billion in value. I don't know, but at this point, I've got to wait and see.
AK
ROFLMAO! Thanks Sergey.
GO CGFI
Thanks nagoya1. I had time to add it. You can see it in my previous post now.
GLTU and GO CGFIA
Dear Mr. Guyer: Could we have a final assay report soon? Thanks.
Dear Mr. Guyer: Have you ordered the clearspan structure yet?
Dear Mr. Guyer: Where are we at relative to checking off the conditions of the permit approval?
Dear Mr. Guyer: When do you expect Mr. Ferguson will flip the switch on the mill?
Dear Mr. Guyer: Is there room somewhere on the property to store chrome harley parts? Sem1 is getting tired of keeping them in his living room. And his girlfriend tripped over some exhaust pipes the other day and is mad at Sem1. You must know how seriously this is affecting their relationship.
Dear Mr. Guyer: MT hasn't mixed up a new batch of grog in weeks. The crew is restless and the thought of having to go ashore in search of coconuts to supplement the beverage choices aboard has tensions higher than normal on deck. I won't even mention what's happening below deck. Ugly..................
Dear Mr. Guyer: The Grizz is pissed off! Please don't let him go into hibernation in a bad mood. You know how he is when he wakes up!
Dear Mr. Guyer: CGFI is #2 on the IHUB Breakout Boards list. Anything you'd like to share with your shareholders? Fack surprises, keep your shareholders in the loop...
Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide.
Sincerely,
AK
All I can say is "WTF is Guyer up to!"
53 degrees and mostly sunny in Silverton. Great day for a trip out to the mill?
GO CGFIA
Hey Grizz! I hope your contact is right. If the chill is really lifted, it should get us more noticed. I'm really wondering if the symbol change to CGFI is a precursor to another move up in the markets. I guess tomorrow will tell.
Take care my friend and GO CGFI!!!
AK
I guess the part of the question I left off would be:
Does the NSCC eligible security status effectively remove the purported "chill"?
TIA
GO CGFI
Welcome to the new and improved CGFI, everyone!

AK
Hey td, thanks for the link. Is NSCC eligibility similar to DTCC?
