They aren't so much questioning as explaining and educating.
You are possibly confusing patents with the Endo Tokes trade mark. Why don't you contact your buddy Jerry and ask him for details of the claimed patent that would verify your assertion?
Well explained but the addressee is bullet proof to logic. You can expect to see endless repeats of the government and big tobacco fantasizing.
Of course the Endo Tokes aren't made of CBD but they do contain it. Maybe tobacco causes some throat cancer but the big concern with it is lung cancer.
I haven't seen what part of the hemp plant is used but I take it is the leaves. The "No Chemicals" slogan is erroneous because there are many natural chemical compounds present and I doubt the long term effects of incinerating them is well established.
Jerry Grisaffi was sued by his previous company RMHB for stock manipulation. He is far from being top notch and squeaky clean. The proof of the pudding is in the cheating.
How another Company (RTON) in a similar line of business as RMHB sees the deleterious impact of COVID-19 on its operations:
Any significant disruption to communications and travel, including travel restrictions and other potential protective quarantine measures against COVID-19 by governmental agencies, may increase the difficulty and could make it impossible for the Company to deliver goods services to its customers. Travel restrictions and protective measures against COVID-19 could cause the Company to incur additional unexpected labor costs and expenses or could restrain the Company's ability to retain the highly skilled personnel the Company needs for its operations. The extent to which COVID-19 impacts the Company's business, sales and results of operations will depend on future developments, which are highly uncertain and cannot be predicted.
We believe the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has negatively affected our corporate operations necessary to prepare and maintain accurate accounting and reporting and could continue to do so in the foreseeable future. The coronavirus has resulted in restrictions, postponements and cancelations and the impact, extent and duration of the government mposed restrictions on travel and public gatherings as well as the overall effect of the COVID-19 virus is currently unknown.
The ongoing circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 virus outbreak magnify the challenges faced from our continuing efforts to introduce and sell our products in a challenging environment and could have an impact on our business and financial results.
Dilution increasing steadily and the next big block of O/S is due shortly. Still a bit early to talk about the next reverse split but that is being held on the back burner.
Removed post on the other board:
Well there goes another week that was a nothingburger. Let me guess - it's going to happen next week. Got to be right there'll be something one of these weeks. Maybe fill in with some more chartist hocus pocus in the meantime?
So how does that work outside your hand wave world? Cigarette smokers casually decide one day to give up their cigarettes and change to Endo Tokes (there's a slim chance they might have heard of them) just like that? Maybe if they take any notice of Government anti-smoking advertising they give up smoking altogether. And after all it says on the Endo Toke packs
Consult your doctor before using product.
No claims are being made that this product is safer than cigarettes
Previously it was China, now it's Mexico. Only the names have been changed to protect the guilty.
Let's get this straight. Big tobacco is sitting peaceably in a restaurant enjoying a steak and minding its own business when Jerry at an adjoining table tries to sneak out without paying his bill and an all in brawl ensues?
How is the scheme going to bulk ship Eagle Spirit water to China because they are running out and all their supplies are polluted?
We can't fit any more on your cart jerryfish, it's already filled to overflowing with horse manure.
My sniffer is working and I smell horse manure.
There is no need to wait, just make something up.
Get real. Big tobacco won't be riding in to save this ragged little bunch of hemp pioneers making a last stand. That only happens in the movies.
Big growth in Outstanding Shares is assured.
Then what is it and what does it have to do with RMHB?
If the Rocket High and California drinks can only be sold bricks-and-mortar (and internet) from farmacias in Mexico those would seem not very popular sales outlets for the cool kids to go to, the demographic that the drinks are largely aimed to as per the Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Since CBD Life already sold CBD products from farmacias it wasn't such a big step for COFEPRIS to extent sales permission to their CBD beverages. Beyond that they are apparently not authorised for selling them widely through general retail outlets?
Posting stuff about Mexico's marijuana laws has nothing to do with it and is beside the point.
The big launch was back on 20 April (4:20 day). Try to keep up.
You think big tobacco could pay $2.63 billion for RTON? I suspect they wouldn't want to buy the company for just one buck. But keep them coming, keep spreading that sunshine.
What of it?
Another post that was too hot to handle on the the other board:
It looks increasingly like the COFEPRIS approval relates only to registered pharmacies so you can forget about OXXO, Wal-Mart Mexico and the rest of the big box street stores.
It would help if RMHB came clean and informed stockholders what exactly are CBD Life's sales outlets.
Not even the now failed grubby little oil explorer that was relentlessly spruiked up for years as having billions and even trillions of barrels of oil beneath its barren scrub acreage just waiting to be pumped out?
Since your premise is faulty that the big tobacco companies are terrified by the appearance of Endo Tokes on the scene the rest of your post regarding their intervention is flight of fancy. They are no real alternative to smoking tobacco cigarettes. When the government says to stop smoking they aren't adding but smoking hemp cigarettes is ok. Stop smoking means just that.
So it's back to "Trying to sell products via local stores is a very slow start and requires lots of funding to capture enough retail outlets to make it worth while + need funding to produce the supply."
Trying to advertise hemp Endo Tokes (apart from through social media) is particularly difficult. It's unlikely that big box would take them on let alone push them. Maybe they can find spots in smoke shops and some small corner-type stores. Maybe a bit of interest in weed smoking districts, some word of mouth here and there, all small stuff.
Why is it always anti-tobacco with you and never pro-CBD which is what they are supposed to be about and be their big selling point? Same goes for CBD drinks - the true believer shareholders can only ever rattle on about how wonderful they taste and are silent about what the benefits are they experience from the CBD (or imagine they do).
Let's not forget either:

Maybe the FDA and not DEA. Same effect in principle.
A vanished response to Adi's #64069
Not on US soil if the DEA has a say in it. They haven't ticked off on CBD yet because they aren't satisfied there aren't any harmful side effects (quite apart from whether CBD does any real good and it isn't just a commercial con).
Stick to the facts ronnie, fluff factoids aren't any use.
A vanished response to Adi's #64067
You needn't worry how to hurricane -proof hemp crops because
a. it's not possible to protect outdoor crops from hurricanes
b. Puerto Rico won't be handing out any free money to a suspect outfit like RMHB
c. RMHB is already a proven failure in the hemp growing business with its 2016 plan to grow industrial hemp on the 157-acre land parcel (plus two additional parcels totalling 80 acres) of the Comanche Poafbybitty Family having sunk without trace.
Those were the institutional investors who were going to pile in after the reverse split that wasn't going to happen. Yeah, I wonder what happened to them.
It's always good to see an expert at work.
fka stands for (f) formerly (k) known (a) as EEGC. That means EEGC is finished as a tradeable company and it is kaput*
kaput*
adjective informal
broken and useless; no longer working or effective
A response to #64006 on the other board:
Shares issued in purchasing the Raw Pharma bottling plant were 27 million. That was back in May. There is also $1.75 million cash payment owing.
The great bulk of the increase in the Outstanding Shares count from approx. 95 million immediately post reverse split to the present 284,451,184 has been through the GHS toxic financing deal which is keeping them afloat.
The latest Outstanding Shares count has been noted here several times since May but for some reason the information has been considered undesirable and removed from the board.
A glorious beatup is going on elsewhere about the faithful being able to retire on the strength of the Mexico drinks.
The health risks of smoking cigarettes has been warned about for decades by medical authorities but still people smoke. No government or doctor is ever going caution against smoking cigarettes and advise instead changing to another form of smoking which also carries risks. The message is to give up smoking altogether fullstop. The government is prepared to take a hit to revenue on the chin, and why not since being the government they can make it up in other ways. Tobacco to hemp is not in their calculation.
If RTON (and other hemp pre-roll hopefuls) can't establish a market for Endo Tokes without counting on replacing tobacco then they are going nowhere. Obsessing over a possible buy out by an alarmed big tobacco company is absurd. How to promote hemp fags in their own right - which includes the somewhat questionable CBD story - is what it needs to be about.
What makes you think a tobacco smoker who has an "addition" would simply change over to hemp smokes and wave goodbye to his tobacco "addition"?
Don't forget either the warnings that are on the Endo Tokes packet:
Consult your doctor before using product.
No claims are being made that this product is safer than cigarettes.
An informative post that was apparently too uncomfortable for the other board to handle:
The e-mail reply jcr53 received from CBD Life does not name 7-Eleven. With the mention of the delivery outfit Rappi it is not clear whether Nutrisa and Go Mart are selling the drinks in over-the-counter stores or are just internet sales points.
The puntas de venta advertised by CBD Life are all online ordering.
RMHB has never come out with a clear and unambiguous statement that Rocket High and California are being sold over the counter in numerous stores throughout Mexico. Or would it be too commercially sensitive to disclose that (LOL)?
Bad call. That is a cigar Jerry Grisaffi has in his mouth and he is therefore showing support for the tobacco industry.
RTON of course, not RMHB
RMHB itself states this disclaimer on the packet:
Consult your doctor before using product.
No claims are being made that this product is safer than cigarettes.
It comes straight from the horse's mouth and it couldn't be any clearer.
There's no buy out coming for this nothingburger. They'll have to try to sell their product and make money in the market place like any honest company does.
