Here are other POS solutions on the market for eateries....
One thing to say something has been done it is another to actually go and look at what the other solutions exist today. There is also good info on POS solutions and costs. A cost per transaction on top of a subscription fee may need to be more closely evaluated when compared to current solutions and costs.
Also, any business owner will want a bottom line on any solution and may go with a less costly solution even though it does not meet all of their needs.

Thanks for the info and it sounds great, however, after the pump it went tumbling back down after the hype was over. When several websites are sending the hype they are getting paid to do that in some form or other. I hope they succeed.
What gives, oil and gas to insulin drugs????
Company Background
Fero Industries, Inc. (Fero) is a development-stage company. The Company also acts as a referring agent and broker for drilling programs seeking outside participation.
Do we have any ROI projections? Any business will want to see where the value is by purchasing or switching from there current solution to LCRE's.
Have to be some case studies, white papers, something that demonstrates the value in switching. In order to sell the product there has to be cost savings solution with a awesome story behind it that demonstrates a proven value. This needs to be done anyways for LCRE to sell the solution. No business will adopt a different solution without a demonstrated, proven long term value. I have seen the current info about what a POS solution costs and what LCRE could cost. What I would like to see are the numbers that demonstrate why a business would switch to LCRE - everything from soup to nuts. In the industry I work in (DataWherehousing), customer success stories are key in creating and demonstrating a solutions value.
Pros and cons we are all discussing LCRE!
This is exactly what we are doing. Again, there has to be a reason for someone to expend time and energy if they are saying positive or negative things about LCRE. I would prefer all good things, however, we have to take the pro and the con information in order to make informed decisions. LCRE needs to make this happen and everything else will take care of itself. However, if there is any truth in the cons I will share in the loss with the rest of you.
Let's discuss why the stock price is remaining low at the moment and what is keeping it down - I find this extremely important and it is adding credibility (unfortunately) to the cons. Are there company balance sheets and stock sales history available anywhere and I just do not know where this information is? I would rather do more then just "hope" everything is going to be OK. Help me out - what am I missing? I like the concepts involved, however, I do not understand how the proposed business model is sustainable without a substantial sales win against some huge chains.
Thanks!
MIDNIGHTEXPRESS you need to have someone, a friend involved with stocks or financial you trust read through these posts and provide you with a second opinion. The information and details presented to you are accurate and you still continually refute it with no data other then a belief that this CEO is going to do the right thing eventually. The facts say otherwise. These people do know what they are talking about and you should re-examine and dig deeper which will corroborate what they have shared with you.
I read these posts and it is obvious to me you need to step back and re-evaluate. I say this with all sincerity.
TavyCal, this is interesting (and I have seen it posted before like everyone else), however, I would appreciate more detail as these statements could be made about most Penny Stocks.
A lot of these statements are based on speculation and I am certain they are derived from your experiences and observations in these markets and of LCRE. Therefore, I welcome your information - if you could provide more technical details and facts behind these statements I would certainly appreciate it. Your comments have definitely made me look deeper which is a good thing. I agree a big OS/AS are red flags, however, I do know the credit/venture capital markets are difficult to say the least at this time. Anything you can contribute positive or negative is truly appreciated (please be as tactful as possible). If things are on the up and up then it won't matter, if they are not....
Thanks!
All, here is a segment from the T&S for LCRE from last Friday
7/2/2010 - there was systematic selling of LCRE shares at .0003.
I had to manually transfer it as it is a graphic I saved and it won't let me paste it here. What am I missing or not understanding? I really would appreciate understanding this
activity.
Thanks!

First class response from Jim - there has to be some ability to ID where/if stock manipulation is involved. RIVERANDFOLD's 504 assessments appear accurate yet we have Jim indicating there
are no 504 investors selling - has to be a way to get this into the open which would go a long way in restoring confidence.
Anything anyone knows that is not speculation and based on data or facts is appreciated.
Thanks!
Agreed! Thanks!
All, we are heading into a no-bid situation if this continues.
I truly want Lecere to succeed in the short term and the long
term. However, unless we start hearing what's really go on it is difficult to keep investing in something that has a R/S coming which is the kiss of death the majority of the time. I agree when
Jim says that investment/venture capital is scarce in the current economic environments.
I think we all need have answers to the questions which have been
raised recently. Without verifiable answers we are all in for
some difficult times if we remain with LCRE.
I appreciate both good and negative feedback for a stock which
is why I am here. I just wish the negative's would be more
technical in their explanations and back them up with facts.
The one reason I was watching the T&S from my Scottrade account
last Friday for LCRE was to see what was actually happening.
I would still appreciate an explanation for the shares being
sold last Friday, although it may never come.
I hope there is some good news or an explanation which will
help with all this.
Thanks for everyone's input into this board.
All, it would be great if Jim can respond to what we are seeing and discovering and get his perspective on it, facts do not lie and the actions and activities being observed are not consistent with what we are expecting. There is nothing on the CEO Blog yet.
Two main questions I have are as follows:
1. Did Jim and company sell stock on Friday and if so how much was sold to cover expenses?
2. Did any of the contracted advertisers sell stock on Friday and if so how much?
I am not attempting to bash anyone or anything. I observed systematic large blocks of Lecere stock being sold throughout Friday and I am trying to understand what is/was behind it.
Thanks!
I do not understand the Spanish connection to any of this due to the fact that more then 100M shares were sold today and if the "Spanish Team" were doing this what would they have to gain by dumping there shares at .0003 in the hopes that it will make the stock go lower? They are dumping $30K+ of shares in order to accomplish what? Please help me to understand what is trying
to be accomplished by the Spanish. Please include a link to some knowledge that will clarify the strategy being attempted.
My previous inquiry about the ending bid being at .0004 for 10K
(= $4.00) shares was not the Spanish as the person who did
this responded to me and explained themselves. Help me
understand this please. Thanks!
Watching the transactions today it appeared to me
that large chunks of stock were being sold, a couple
at 10M, a couple at 9M, 5M, etc. I had saved the info,
however, it did not save from my attachment to my
hotmail draft from work. I will post it next week if
there is any interest. With this volume of stock
being sold and not held it would appear we are going
to see .0002's again if it continues. The majority
of stock was being sold at .0003. My question is what
is the source of all these chunks of stock being sold
from? Advertisers? Lecere? I would appreciate
any insights. I am invested in Lecere and have
a stake in all of this just like everyone else.
Thanks!
All,
Some additional details from Jim that need to be added.
Thanks Jim!

All,
I have a question - I noticed as I was watching the stock
today that the last transaction was for 10,000 (yes, ten
thousand shares) at .0004 which is what brought the stock
up from .0003. This equates to $4.00 plus whatever fees
are required to transact. This concerns me. Any thoughts?
