why are there only 783 videos now that they've launched? there were almost 3000 before.
that's a very good idea!
anyone involved with graphic design or web design would say the same thing. the website looks like it was designed in 2002 or thereabouts. those icons are just clip art and they look terrible. i think this is a good business plan or i wouldn't have bought into it, but more needs to be done. go google "music video editing website"...nothing. we're no where to be found. i hope this improves, but right now, i'm disappointed.
the problem is, we were all expecting more in the way of a redesigned website. a new look, search engine optimization, these are the things that say, "yes, we're set to make a mark on the world wide web". instead we have the same old website. i'm not bashing, just very disappointed. it's going to be up to investor's to pump this site on the social networks. the dibiases' have underwhelmed again. i hope we can close at .0008
i'm with you Bex, but at the same time they have come through with quite a bit. i've been in the a long time too and i'm beginning to think something might come of this.
it showed up on google 15 minutes delayed. then it disappeared there too. i should have done a print screen.
if you were sold fake shares you will be reimbursed, i'm sure. if nothing else you'd have a great lawsuit.
when you stop to consider that 40mil shares were shorted, someone is trying to keep this from climbing to fast. i like the steady progress myself. .002 by the end of the week would be great.
i just figured it was lost money and tried not to think about it anymore. i also always thought if the Dibiase bros ever got their act together this thing could come back. back when they first hired Britto i thought that was a turning point. getting somebody on board that knows what they're doing is smart. anyway, GLTA!
i hear ya. i'm in at .0042. hope we get there. glad to see it movin again.
i've always felt that the fact that wexford owns a majority of neph is a good thing. these guys aren't in it to just double their money. on the one hand they're notorious for keeping their cards close to their chest, but too, with this financing now on the table that may be just what the doctor ordered. remember it's still 50/50 that this financing is actually a play to thwart a hostile takeover, and if that's true you can rest assured that wexford is doing this because they know neph's technology is worth a whole lot more than what the average shareholder would probably be willing to settle for at this stage in the game. right now, i'm feeling more optimistic about neph than i have in a while.
the answer is, we don't know yet. this still has to be approved. there will be a vote by the shareholders of record as of Oct 15th. then, if approved, the financing plan will take place. i'm assuming sometime before Feb 11th.
also, neph has NEVER been listed on pinksheets. it use to be listed on the AMEX.
you've just demonstrated to everyone your complete ignorance on this matter. you obviously haven't read the S-1. there will actually be a reduction in the total number of shares of neph in the market. get your facts straight before you go shooting you mouth off.
you don't understand. only owners of real shares can buy at .02. no shares will be sold on the open market at .02 because they automatically become adjusted with a reverse splite to 20X the .02 price. in other words, the next day they'll cost a minimum of .40. i think this will also screw up the shorts in this stock. i have a theory that the last day before this thing goes into effect there's going to be a whole lot of covering and the price might just climb back quite a bit. we'll just have to wait and see.
the stock never trades at .02. only owners of real shares can buy at .02, then there's a 20-1 reverse split. the next trading day it trades at whatever that amount is. not .02.
dianne, the trade off here, as i'm reading this is that wexford is taking their pps from .70 down to .15(or so). it would appear they're taking their risk down quite a bit too. it is a good deal for common shareholders if the news from the fda is good. unfortunately, we don't know what happened at that meeting, and they do. on the other hand, that's what happens when you dillute. i'm thinking this might cause the pps to climb a bit, since you have to own shares in order to buy more at .02.
it's a legal thing. i believe it's standard procedure in these meetings. both parties need to be absolutely clear on what was said for legal purposes.
Dianne if you go to the yahoo message board, one of the posts states that they spoke with Kochanski, the CFO yesterday. he goes on to say that nephros and the fda are still in the process of exchanging notes and agreeing on exactly what was discussed at the meeting. this is apparently standard procedure after such a meeting. expect a pr sometime in mid october.
well, it's worked
has anyone checked to see what the os is?
so much for news pushing this thing up.
how many people actually listened to that podcast? my guess is a couple hundred.
this is, at least, what we're hoping is the case. nobody knows for sure what's going on.
has anyone called to find out what the os is?
has anyone called to find out what the OS is?
it is weird though. i'm still hopin' to get out, if nothing else. i was thinking about sticking around a bit if it kept climbing, but it is entirely possible the OS just increased by 50%.
neph will be a profitable company within 1 year's time due to the Ameriwater deal alone. DSU filters run a little over $300 a piece. every dialysis machine in the country utilizing reverse osmosis will be mandated to use DSUs. those kinds of sales add up. they don't need that much money to stay afloat. in my opinion they really only need about 2 mil to get over this hump. this is a nail biter, but all is definitely not lost.
yeah but, when it moves the way it did today on no news, and then massive dumping of shares, from who knows where, ya gotta wonder if this isn't just some shell pump & dump with nothing going on but a printing press. we need to hear from these people, and soon.
that this was nothing but a pump and dump and the pump would happen so fast, you wouldn't be able to get out. her posts are on this message board from a week or two ago.
i'm afraid it was just like casandra predicted.
that's what i'm thinking
if you hold to what casandra was saying, this was a big dump day...hmmm. the price action now isn't looking so good. i wonder what the OS is now.
they keep dropping the price on 5000 shares. someone's playing with us.
i agree. i think everyone on this board is hoping for the best here. it would be sweet to come out ahead on this thing after so many months of nothing. GLTA
at least that's what they're telling us as of right now. you'll have to excuse me if there's still a hint of skepticism. this is the pink sheets after all.
without news, this whole climb has been kind of a mystery. there's really no justification for it. i'm just interpreting it as a good indication that with news we're poised to move up further.
thank you for your work gaboolu. i'll be sticking around for a while in mmuh. i've been stuck in it for months and i have a feeling it's going to rise a bit. maybe not just in the short term but over the next month or so. what we've seen so far is an increase without news. .0015 is the next big resistance.
thank you. i got stuck in it months ago and am averaged down pretty nicely. hoping for a little more upward movement to get out. it's been moving up on no news, and light volume. i'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
take a look at MMUH. it's starting to climb. just wondering what others think of it.
