I hope they use the old trailer in place of the new one, cause the new trailer is confusing. The old one just looks good.
I will have a trailer that looks good rather than a trailer which is confusing and makes movie goers doubt about the movie theme.
MTV movie awards is this sunday, we might just see Chace and 50 cent on the stage.
I remember reading in one of the PR's that MTV awards will be used to get some exposure.
I agree.

Chace Crawford Gets Into The NYC Drug Scene In Our EXCLUSIVE Reveal Of 'Twelve' Trailer
Posted 1 hr ago by Jean Bentley in Crush Exclusive!, Movies, Videos
"Gossip Girl" fans looking to take the Nate-less edge off their summer should direct their attention immediately to MTV's exclusive new trailer for Chace Crawford's new movie, "Twelve."
We already knew this from April's teaser trailer, but Chace departs from a privileged world of rich kids on the Upper East Side to... another privileged world of rich kids on the Upper East Side. But this time, he gets himself into a LOT more trouble. Grandfather wouldn't approve.
Instead of playing mind games with their classmates to make their fun, the kids in "Twelve" turn to Chace's White Mike (ha!), a drug dealer who supplies them with whatever they need — except the mysterious new drug, Twelve. That's handled by 50 Cent.
White Mike is also one of the bored rich kids, and tricks his girlfriend, played by Emma Roberts, into thinking that he's working for his father. But when his cousin, Charlie (Jeremy Allen White), is murdered by 50 Cent (fine, we know he's not actually playing himself, but they never say his name in the trailer so it's more fun this way), his two worlds collide.
Scandalous! But not in "Gossip Girl"'s fun, witty way. "Twelve" looks pretty serious. In fact, with the dramatic voiceover in the beginning of the trailer, it might even take itself too seriously. Either way, we're intrigued. And Emily Meade looks like she will be a revelation as one of the Twelve-addicted teens.

EXCLUSIVE: 'Twelve' Trailer Features Guns, Drugs And Chace Crawford
Posted 53 minutes ago by Adam Rosenberg in Trailers
"Twelve" is one of the movies that I was really disappointed about missing when I didn't attend this year's Sundance Film Festival. Directed by Joel Schumacher and adapted from the book by Nick McDonell, "Twelve" follows White Mike (Chace Crawford), a 17-year-old "philosophical drug dealer" who comes from a wealthy family. The story follows Mike as he takes off from his senior year at high school to focus on his business, and on trying to find a balance between his two lives.
I dig the feel of the movie that I get from the below trailer, which premieres today exclusively on MTV. You've got a great cast here too, including Emma Roberts, 50 Cent and Rory Culkin. "Twelve" arrives in theaters on July 30, 2010.
Only thing I find odd is that it says July 30, as the release date which I think is a mistake, as I tried to find more info but everywhere it said July 2
IMO We should get it somewhere after lunch, cause in the morning there are always people who wanna dump there shares and move on, so let them regret the decision when the news hits in the afternoon and we are in 5's
Good Morning,
I have the same feeling.
Little Rock Film Festival is also starting today and two of the movies in the category "Spotlight" are Hannover House's Racing Dream and Happythankyoumoreplease.

Thanks Guys for the nice paintball job.
Who wants to be a painter for the day and paintball us above 50dma
Actually, he is Racing After His Dreams!!
I doubt eric will tell yahoo finance before he tells us about the confirmed merger.
Just Sayin
it all depends on who is making the offer, if eric makes the offer to the company to be merged with them than we will see very little premium on the book/asset value and if the company by themselves approach eric to be merged with them than eric can ask for a higher premium.
Its all about who needs who. IMO
Wouldn't the typical transaction be the acquiring company paying TDGI shareholders a premium?
I think its a good thing, but I will let the explanation for the other members, so that I dont make a rookie mistake.

Target Board Evaluates Merger and Venture Opportunities
Date : 05/26/2010 @ 4:43PMs
The Board of Directors for Target Development Group, Inc. (Pinksheets: TDGI) (Other: www.HannoverHouse.com), announced today that they are reviewing and analyzing opportunities that will be designed to expedite the company’s planned move onto the Bulletin Board or American Stock Exchange, including the possibility of an asset sale structure and stock swap with an existing, fully-compliant Bulletin Board listed entity. The intention of such a move would be to provide enhanced value and liquidity for the existing Target shareholders as well as create a corporate structure better suited to accommodate and support the rapidly growing Hannover House entertainment division.
Hannover House, the publishing and media division of Target, has acquired six films for theatrical release in 2010, in addition to thirty titles slated for DVD and Blu-Ray release. The company anticipates rapid revenue growth over the next 24 months and feels that a move to the Bulletin Board or American Stock Exchanges would benefit the company and shareholders.
“There are a variety of paths available that could help the company mature into the next level of activity,” said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of both Hannover House and Target Development Group, Inc. “We are working with the auditors to determine the value of TDGI assets as we move towards fully compliant status with S.E.C. requirements. We are also reviewing merger or corporate acquisition opportunities. The goal is to identify and pursue the best course of action to deliver the greatest overall return for our shareholders.”
Upcoming theatrical releases for Hannover House include Joel Schumacher’s acclaimed drama, “TWELVE” starring Chace Crawford, Emma Roberts and Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, and the Sundance Film Festival Audience Award Winner, “HappyThankYouMorePlease.” Hannover’s current theatrical release of “Racing Dreams” will be prominently featured over the Memorial Day weekend as a radio advertising sponsor of the Indianapolis 500 Race.

Nice. That will for sure increase sales.
Bought a small position today.
Just called T/A, the A/S is still 500 million and O/S is 227,036,620. She didnt give me any float figures.
I was wondering how much time will it take to get the new SS in order.
Also anyone know when are the financials are expected.
Thanks.
They freaking keep uping the ask.
Hoping to get some shares under 2 cents. fingers crossed.
Nice.
I like this part the most

You mean CEO Eric Parkinson ;)
VNDM has been sitting at .054 for couple of weeks. Once some buying pressure comes in, I wouldn't be surprised ask goes up like crazy cause IMO I dont think any of these MM's at ask are holding more than million shares.
I also just saw that. Fans gonna be a bit disappointed when they will find out.
Dont know but for some reason on the website of Hannover House it says Theatrical release July 16, 2010
http://www.hannoverhouse.com/category/the-wild-hunt/
They are also showing happythankyoumoreplease during the little rock film festival
http://www.littlerockfilmfestival.org/2010/05/4th-annual-little-rock-film-festival-program/
Looks like MM's are running out of shares. Ask is moving up with less than 50k shares.
Ryan,
When I saw the sheet my focus went straight to Super Size me, they opened at 41 theaters and went on to 230. Racing Dreams as of today will open at 33 theaters and because of the storyline and nascar interest we will be close to 200 theaters in no time.
The Rock himself as a producer(in a way spokesperson) of the movie will bring couple of million once he start doing some promotion work. He has a big following and combining WWE with Nascar is just cool in so many ways.
Also this is a inspirational movie, I agree with you that racing dreams has way better story line than some dude eating burgers and fries for a month. Racing Dreams has a bigger chance of inspiring kids to follow there dreams than some dude telling them to stop eating mac.

Hannover House which is the releasing label for Truman Press, Inc. The company is an entertainment media distributor, specializing in the manufacture and release of pre-recorded movies and programs onto DVD and Blu-Ray video devices, Video-On-Demand, and the publication of literary and non-fiction books. Hannover owns or controls a significant library of film, video, television and literary properties.
Article on the Variety website about Indie films and Cannes 2010
Witness the sudden arrival of Hannover House, the book publisher and homevid distribber that was an active buyer at Sundance, picking up buzz title "Happythankyou-moreplease" and "Twelve." It has also picked up Canadian pic "The Wild Hunt," which had screened at Sundance.
We would love to get some mid-level films at Cannes," says Hannover CEO Erik Parkinson, who isn't daunted by the droves who left the indie sector. "We think there's sales growth in favor of mid-level films. If we're acquiring for the right price and controlling our P&A expenditures, we can run a profitable business."
In a sign that the times aren't changing that much, Parkinson isn't sold on digital delivery systems. "Thus far, it's only 5% of what we've done on traditional DVD," he says.
And if the theatrical business turns out not to be all its cracked up to be, says Parkinson, "we'll just go back to our core business."
I wanted to write almost the same thing. We should email Eric with the suggestions and he should the ask company he has hired to do the film promotion take care of it.
I think Eric also understands that Oprah or Ellen are a big influence.

I am a amateur chart reader and IMO if the history repeats itself we are ready for a bounce, PPS always bounced from 50DMA, which is currently .0439.
I dont think we will see 3's anymore, if somehow we do, I am selling all of my other holdings to buy another boat load.
I am not sure if this has been posted here before. A very good article about TDGI.
Target Development Group Inc. (TDGI) – Stock Review
Target Development Group is a real estate development company who acquired Hannover House (a film producer and distributor) in December 2009. Since then, the stock has risen steadily. Usually, OTC penny stocks are like roller coaster. It’s almost more of money exchanging hands than a real investment. However, TDGI has been stable since the company completed the reverse merger and froze a number of shares.
They own theatrical/distribution rights for several movies being released this year. Two of the most notable are “Racing Dreams” and “HappyThankYouMorePlease”. (To view the whole film list, check out Hannover House on IMDB.)
Racing Dreams is a compelling documentary about three young kids trying to make it up the ranks of junior racing divisions in goal of becoming NASCAR drivers. It has been screened at several film festivals including the acclaimed Tribeca Film Festival and has received a lot of attention and solid reviews. NASCAR is a multibillion dollar industry and their fans spend money. According to Wikipedia, it’s estimated that NASCAR fans spend approximately 3 billion dollars a year on annual licensed products. With a budget nowhere near 3 billion, I believe this low budget documentary is going to hit home.
HappyThankYouMorePlease was produced by Josh Radnor from the successful television series “How I Met Your Mother”. It expected to be a big player for Hannover House. It was selected as the opening feature at the prestigious New York Gen Art Film Festival. Josh Radnor, Malin Ackerman, and Kate Mara are all part of the cast which also adds to the excitement of this release. I believe this film has the right script, producer, and cast to be able to be successful. We can expect to see the first theatrical releases in August.
TDGI is a pure entertainment play. Even though the company is involved in real estate investment, the true value of this stock is in the film division. I have been very impressed with the CEO’s (Eric Parkinson), ability to release information and keep shareholders up to date with what is going on. I am confident that this year will be a great year for TDGI. They are on the right track to becoming a big player in the independent film industry.
I have purchased a number of shares of TDGI at 0.042. I will continue to post updates with how the stock is performing and if any major news is released. If you are interested in TDGI, I have supplied several links below that will assist with your research. Also, any highlighted words in this article are links to valuable related resources.

The 3 guys were also working on the same side.
There were 3 guys working on the PBR and I guess they thought it would be best to shut it off temporarily.
