Treaty Updates News on Tennessee and Belize Oil and Gas Leases and Drilling Activities
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - 06/18/10) - Treaty Energy Corporation (OTC.BB:TECO - News), a growth-oriented energy company in the oil and gas industry, today announced updates related to its oil and gas leases and drilling activities in Pickett County Tennessee and the country of Belize.
Treaty Energy has purchased the HERBERT Q. GROCE lease, a 44.5 acre property located adjacent to the BYRON HILL #1 lease on which the ROBIN MOODY #1 well was successfully drilled last week producing a "gusher".
The ROBIN MOODY #1 well, the subject of Treaty Energy's June 10th news release, is currently in the completion stage with the "completion rig" starting work on Monday, June 14th. Treaty Energy expects to be able to announce the initial production rate from this well sometime during the next 7 to 10 days.
Treaty Energy's second well, THE JOSEPH SCHWALLIE #1, located about 400 feet from the ROBIN MOODY #1 well, is currently being permitted, bonded, and prepared for re-entry. The Company expects re-entry to occur in approximately two weeks. Funding is secured and in place for this well to be drilled and completed.
Additionally, Treaty Energy is pleased to announce that it has secured funding to re-enter a shut in well on the recently purchased GROCE lease. This will be Treaty Energy's third well in Tennessee. Applications for permits and bonds will immediately follow those of the SCHWALLIE well and re-entry of the GORCE well is scheduled directly behind re-entry of the SCHWALLIE well. Assuming the GORCE well hits oil it will go to completion immediately following completion of the SCHWALLIE well.
In other news, the Treaty Energy team is preparing to return to Belize to take final soil samples to finalize selection of its first onshore well site. Treaty Energy will be taking soil samples over a 300 square mile area, and based on the results the company will determine the most suitable site for success, and then arrange for necessary drilling permits.
Andrew Reid, Chairman and CEO of Treaty Energy, stated, "I am very pleased with the progress we have been able to make in Tennessee and look for further growth there in the short term. I am also very excited about our prospects in Belize, as we move closer to drilling. I feel that this concession has the potential for major hydrocarbon development."

Treaty Energy Hits Oil on Its First Well on the Tennessee Oil and Gas Leases
HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire)
06/10/10
Treaty Energy Corporation (OTCBB: TECO), a growth-oriented energy company in the oil and gas industry, today announced that it is now in production of oil in Pickett County, Tennessee, on its first well drilled on a prolific oil field contained by its TN leases.
TECO's first attempt to drill on its TN leases is considered to be a major success. The Company announced the acquisition of five oil and gas leases in Pickett County TN on April 13, 2010. The leases encompass 246 acres and included two shut in wells, the first of which was re-entered on Tuesday, June 8th, with these most positive results. The Company indicates that there is a second "shut in" well that will likely be penetrated soon. These leases will accommodate up to 25 drilling sites.
Gerard Danos, COO of Treaty Energy Corporation, was on site in Pickett County, and stated, "What an exciting day. We were tremendously successful in reopening our first well on one of our Tennessee leases. Our drilling crew utilized the air rotary method, and the well started producing a heavy flow of oil at 900 ft. and continued the high output to a depth of 1875 ft."
Mr. Danos added, "This well produced 30+ barrels in just three hours due to natural back pressure. Once we realized the amount of oil the well was producing, we immediately began negotiations and reached an agreement on a 45 acre lease adjacent to this tract."
Pictures of activities at the TN drilling site can be viewed at the following link: www.treatyenergy.com/flashsite/pickett.html
Andrew Reid, Chairman and CEO of Treaty Energy, stated, "Our drilling success in Tennessee is a strong step forward for Treaty Energy. We are steadily moving ahead on all of our oil and gas projects, which include leases in Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and the biggest of all, our Joint Venture project in Belize with Princess Petroleum, Inc. We look to a very bright future for all of our stakeholders."

Current Production
Pennsylvania & West Virginia: Treaty recently purchased 3 Oil Wells located in Venango County, Pennsylvania and10 Gas Wells located in Tyler County, West Virginia. In addition to the ten gas wells TECO would like to pursue the “farm out” options on about 100 drill sites in West Virginia. Current production for the 3 Oil Wells is around 4-5 BOPD, and 2000 MCF of Gas a Month.
Drilling & Exploration Opportunities
Tennessee: In April 2010 Treaty Purchased 8 Leases in Picket County Tn. Treaty is going to reopen one well , in the next week or so. This well has been shut-in for over 10 years but produced 5-10 BOPD prior to being closed. If successful Treaty has 1 additional Well to be re-opened. Treaty has on these leases the ability to ad up to 40 more new wells.
Kansas: The Kansas purchase includes over 6,000 acres and 57 Leases. The leases contain 540 Producing Wells, and 200 Injector Wells. Current production as of May 1st is 130 BOPD. In this location almost all Wells produce from sandstones in the Marmaton and Cherokee formations. With an aggressive work-over plan, and a moderate drilling program, Treaty should be able to grow production noticeably in Kansas in just 6-9 months. We are currently looking for financing to finalize the deal.
Belize: Treaty has completed, as part of its due diligence, a satellite survey of the entire 2,000,000 acre concession. Satellite imaging coupled with specific scientific technology and experienced engineering analysis can identify areas containing hydrocarbon deposits. Based on initial findings, Treaty is targeting a 10,000 acre area in the south central part of Belize to place its first well. This site is located off the southern highway which provides quick access to ports in Punta Gorda and Belize City. This project has enormous potential for the future of Treaty
Currently there is one company, Belize Natural Energy Ltd. (BNE), actively exploring its onshore concession. BNE started exploration in 2005 and as of May 2009 it is producing an average of 5000 barrels of high grade crude oil per day (API 40.8 Sulphur 0.89%) out of ten wells that they have drilled.

Tennessee: Treaty is going to reopen one well in Tennessee, as a part of our recent lease purchase of 246 acres there, in the next 7-10 days. This well has been shut-in for over 10 years but produced 5-10 BOPD prior to being closed. We expect to see 100-300 Barrels come from the reopening and then 3-5 BOPD once stabilized.
Kansas: Once the financing is completed on this project Treaty will have 540 Producing Wells, with an estimated 150 BOPD, and 200 Injector wells. We believe there is tremendous growth potential here on 3 fronts. An aggressive work over plan should increase production by 15%-25%. An aggressive water flooding program should also produce similar results. Third we have the opportunity to add 600 new Wells.
Analysis of the Reserve Report will show that the estimated value to Treaty Energy is quite substantial. The “PROBABLE RESERVES” of $15,886,000 (a deeply discounted number), when added to the “SUMMARY OF PROVED RESERVES” - Future Net Cash Flow of $43,133,360, brings the potential estimated cash flow value to $58,999,360. It should also be noted that this Report was based on a starting point of 110 barrels per day, but production has recently been increased to approximately 150 barrels per day.
Belize: Treaty has completed, as part of its due diligence, a satellite survey of the entire 2,000,000 acre concession. Satellite imaging coupled with specific scientific technology and experienced engineering analysis can identify areas containing hydrocarbon deposits. Headquarters in • Houston Texas, Treaty Energy is actively engaged in the process of adding substantial oil and gas properties to its assets and will keep its shareholders informed of progress via news releases from time to time.
The Company’s ag• gressive acquisition program is intended to move the Company into continually stronger production, with initial lease projects in Louisiana, Tennessee and Kansas, and then beyond when acquisition opportunities meet the criteria of the Treaty business plan and are cohesive with the other projects and employee talents.
Treaty Energy • searches for properties that are evaluated and believed to have proven undeveloped reserves at the time of acquisition. These would be economically exciting to Treaty Energy, but not likely to be strategic to major exploration-oriented oil and gas companies. Such a strategy will provide Treaty Energy with the assets to develop and produce without the staggering risk, cost and time involved in traditional exploration.

1. Treaty Energy’s Kansas-based properties include 57 Oil and Gas leases covering 7,788 acres, with 481 active producing wells. Oil production from these fields is considered “sweet” and thus brings premium prices in the market.
2. Based on the recently “Reserve Report” the summary of all proved reserves projected to produce cumulative future cash flow of $43.1 Million through 2014, based on a starting point for the Report of 110 barrels per day, with KS leases producing over 1,000 barrels per day by December 2011.
3. Present value of the 57 Kansas leases, at the 110 barrels per day level, have a “Present Worth Profile” at a 10% discount rate of about $23 million to Treaty Energy.
4. Treaty Energy’s Tennessee lease includes 4 wells at present, with estimated production of 40 barrels per day, of which the Company has a 70% working interest. The TN leases have potential for drilling more than 200 additional wells.
5. While there are 481 active producing wells on the Kansas leases, and 4 wells on the Tennessee lease, the planned drilling program is projected to add new wells on a scheduled basis, to exceed 1,150 active wells by December of 2014.
6. Treaty Energy announced Joint Venture with Princess Petroleum Limited on April 22nd to develop 2 million acre Oil and Gas property in Belize. Satellite imaging coupled with scientific and engineering analysis has identified 10,000 acre area for 1st well. Oil and Gas reserves are projected to be very significant. Go to: www.treatyenergy.com for more information.
7. INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
Long-lived stable growth of proven production Oil & Gas leases.
Low-risk, lower-cost drilling opportunities via focusing on shallow projects.
High percentage of proven undeveloped reserves to harvest for profit.
Kansas and Tennessee Assets contain over a 1,000 drilling opportunities and ample undeveloped acreage, which will allow Treaty to offset portfolio decline rates, increase production levels, and expand the asset base. Belize projections are premature, but expected to be in the 10’s of thousands of barrels of Oil per day.

Investment CONSIDERATIONS
