Just have to wait for open to see what support there is, GLTA!
I have been in a couple of stocks that this has happened to just not to this degree, It's getting harder to keep this depressed We can see that from today's action after every trade...
If we get some buying pressure And I believe we will soon, I would like to see the monkey with the 100 share cork try to put it back in the bottle.
Lets see what happens A/H, these guy's are keeping it down for a reason.
258 boardmarks..Up from last week...
I always see who posts negative after these sells..It's a very short list. GLTA!
100 share purchases will offset the the sells, but I Think the MM's will tire of this soon enough.
Yes the 100 share bandit is with us today, hopefully the MM's get tired of this soon.
That's the way I see it as well, Starfest Direct looks to be a spin off with it's own share structure, anyone else see it that way?
Did you hear anything from those that went to the open house about the Call center in the building? Or is it at another location now?
will increase to over 2,000 by the end of the first quarter of 2010.

On August 1, 2010, the Company entered into a ten (10) year Sublease Agreement and leased its new studio and production facilities located at 13300 Branch View Lane in Dallas, TX. Concurrently, the Company executed and issued to the Lessor a convertible promissory note in the amount of $272,396 in order to cover the first six (6) months of rent, the security deposit, and to allow for a budget for leasehold improvements. The convertible promissory note is made payable six months from the date of issue and bearing an interest rate of 10% per annum. On or before the maturity date, upon written notice to the Company, the Lessor may elect to convert the principal amount of this Note into Common shares at a conversion price determined and pursuant to the average trading volume of the Company’s shares at the time of conversion.
Looking at the last week starting the 24th we saw T trades of 121mil,21mil and yesterday of 180 mil plus the volume of that day of 340mil at least 300mil I say is also Dilution, 650 mil roughly added to the SS this week. < again RUFF
lets say an average of .00035, that's again ruff 227,500.00 for the week. The 10Q said there was a convertible note to the landlord for 272,000. and some change..
My point is, The MM's know when there is A convertible note presented And at what Discount It was offered 20.30.50%, they line up at where they will pick up shares..So they Manipulate the chart and the buying pressure Accordingly IE 100 200 300 5000 share trades after a buy then just wait for feeding time
Again this is my thought..And I could be wrong, But if I'm not the Landloard will have his money In a week or two And Arts has six months rent Paid plus Improvement capital to build it out.
I am going to stay long on this, when Dilution is over this is going to bounce hard.
LOL Tarzan! "watch out for that tree"
Anybody getting filled?
Allo Arry! Did my message about waiting this out Upset your time frame for a buy in? If you don't own any shares and are not going to purchase any? why are you here?..
They just want our shares, Go to the movie's or fishing< thats where I am going....they would not want them if they thought this was a POS.
Less than 3 min
I checked yesterday and there was 14 down trades of 100 or 200 shares ..some brokers charge 4.95 a trade or less, 70.00 bucks to change the momo on a chart...not bad if your staging your buy in or out.
Now that guy can crank out some art!..LOL...A few year's back I purchased a painting from a guy that did that with spray paint and his fingers,Better than some of the oils I have..Amazing to watch.
Just have to wait it out, I'm going fishing..later
It's not the MM's, Its someone manipulating the chart, they can get the MA's to cross downward and force the PPS down..that is why they hit after a buy..keep forcing it down...lots of folks want those 3's and they will do anything to get them.
Anybody read the News?
Hice, I hope you get your money back with a profit!...GLTUA!
Ok, Then why would you reduce the number of sq ft and ask why the down size?
I think we know what side of the fence you land on....Thanks!
And they are in a prime location...
I think it's dilution, The landlord want's his rent...500 mil to go..
421 Mil in volume, I am sure it said 296 at close.
Same one that hit's the bid after an ask sale.
Ok, I'll go back to Oprah.
What News? It did not hit my feed?
Concerning the 100 and 200 share trade's, that is for chart manipulation pure and simple, It breaks down to the moving averages at the different time levels, Most used is the 5,10,15 minute chart's when someone is trying to keep the price in a certain range!
If you watch the l2 and compare with your chart in the intraday settings you will see what is going on.
GLTA!
10X7 bids are stacking nicely.
I thought it was .0002?
127 share sale said it all..
9x7 bid is building

Hope this helps!
If they are under a NDA, I can respect that, But there seems to be some confusion on this subject...can we at least clear that up?
