For a liquidation this is sure taking a long time. Makes me think there might be a lot more here to unfold. Surely a debt ridden shell in liquidation shouldn’t take 10 months. Good things coming. I can feel it.
Looks like shares are safe! Go BIOAQ!!!
Hope you are feeling better sello. Thanks for all your DD here! Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Not selling is right! Hearing shares are safe! Thanks for all the DD done here. Waiting for the other transaction to be revealed here.

I go back to these two posts from my emails from Mr.Terry....
We have a very long history prior to the public company of exceptional performance. For example, I have a twenty year history with the Navy contracting office for refueling and they are confident in my ability to perform. That doesn’t guarantee anything, it just means we won’t lose because of performance.

and......
The Navy contract has been around for nearly 20 years. In fact, when I was running Flight International Inc. in 1998, Omega (the current refueling contractor) came to me to try to sell refueling services to the Navy because my company had the only “commercial air services” contract within all of DoD. Each US Government contract has a series of “contract line items” or “CLNS”. Some contracts have very few CLNS in order to keep the scope of the contact very narrow and some contracts have dozens of CLNS in order to open up the scope of the contract so that additional money can be added when needed for other requirements. The Flight International Commercial Air Services contract had approximately 46 CLNS which is a significant number. Some of those CLNS allowed for other DoD departments, other US Govt agencies, and foreign governments to purchase flight services through our contract. This is why Omega came to me to try to get the Navy on board with the concept of contractors providing refueling services. In 1999 at the Farnborough Air Show in London, I signed the very first refueling contract with Omega for a 25 hour test program. 25 hours became 50 and 50 became a 100 and so on. In 2018, Omega will fly close to 2,000 hours. The reason that I bring all of this up is that most international customers utilize the Navy refueling contract when they require services. International customer are not “obligated” to use the Navy contract, but it is easy from a contracting standpoint. The problem is that Omega only has two certified aircraft so they can only do so much work. So the Navy contract is really the key element. If we win, the Navy will not be limited to two aircraft because we have four. That means the Navy can take more requests from other customers like NATO members for refueling services. If we lose, then we can focus on cargo and NATO refueling outside of the Navy contract or possibly try to work with Omega to provide additional aircraft. Nothing is guaranteed but there are options that we can pursue.

Just thinking out loud here. IF we get the DOD contract, there would be no need for us to be acquired. With that contract we become the leader in the space! We have four planes to their 2, and our planes have greater refueling capacity than Omegas. So in essence, we check all the boxes and the Navy will be able to contract out more business which we should be able to fulfill. If not, we could sub some out to Omega. I think the Navy needs us in this space because of the great shortage of A2A needs. We know Terry has worked on this for three years. Is it possible the Navy approached him (since he has extreme knowledge in this space) and told him we need more tankers in this space? Thinking out loud here, but it does make sense when you piece together the timeframes.
Not selling either until we hit PENNIES!!
In regards to PP’s post, here is Scott Terry’s response. Goes along with what 4020RD was saying.
Of course the airplanes do not currently have an current airworthiness certificate – they have been in storage for 4 years. Each of the aircraft will need to be ferried to a maintenance facility for a heavy inspection ($2M per aircraft) before receiving a current airworthiness certificate. That’s the way airplanes and maintenance work. Of course the Navy knows this. The whole process to return the aircraft to service is laid out in great detail in our proposal to the Navy. The claim that no one is working on the aircraft is wrong. The storage maintenance is being done under contract with the UK firm and has been since we bought them last year. The issue about a CYA is ridiculous. The option has nothing to do with a protest.

Sure will awe. Reading deeper into it sure seems like we will land it. Truth is they need more people in this space and our timing may just have been perfect. Scott told me numerous times he had been working on this for three years. He is still the go to guy for the DOD contracts and others. Understanding the language the Navy chose points to us getting the new contract. Should be an exciting 30 days. I think your “hunch” to buy will turn out to be a great decision.
Post of the day! Member mark for you sir!! Bitterness is an enemy of the mind, soul, and body!
NOLS ARE VALUABLE!! Shares are safe. Shareholders getting paid!!!
You can feel the short squeeze coming. I see this going to a nickel before long. It’s going to happen.
MM’s clearing up the books for action that occurred during normal trading hours.
I feel good about it too! If they weren’t interested they wouldn’t continue to ask us questions. I like our chances and the longer it drags out the more I like them.
This contract is between Omega and TMPS! They are the only two bidding on this contract. There may not be many people buying right now, but there is no selling either. People are in wait and see mode on whether we get it or not. I happen to like our chances and agree with awe and others in that the easy thing would be to just give it to Omega. That didn’t happen and questions keep getting asked of TMPS and Omega (I assume with Omega) so they seem like they have a legitimate shot at this DOD award.
The DOD did request additional info. All one has to do is email Scott Terry!
Not true at all! More garbage posted by you!
I’m hearing shares are safe! Go Bio! Oh by the way, I’m hearing there were definitely two transactions and the second one will soon be revealed.
Shares are safe!

It’s us and and Omega! No other competition.
Not really sound advice telling people to wait til after April. Contract will be awarded by then and if we get all of part then this stock won’t see .13 again.
If you don’t believe move on! Find one you like and spend positive time and energy on it. We don’t need you here. We are just fine.
Great post CSCS. Hard to deny the facts especially since you BACK THEM UP WITH ACTUAL DOCUMENTS. Go BIOAQ!!!
It sure as hell tells me he knows how to make money. Follow the money. I have never known a smart businessman who ever purposely tried to lose money. They love money. They know where to put their money. Let me repeat.......FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!!!!
Bottom line.......There is more than meets the eye here. 10 months for a liquidation. No way. Another transaction about to be revealed. Go Bioaq!!!
Is JohnnyVegas the former JohnnyLaw? I’m guessing yes. All I know is VRUS is going to be big. Big things happening.
Will you please share the WHOLE DOCUMENT instead of a snippet from it. The way I read the document is that this is part one of a two part transaction. For BIOAQ, it is important to share ALL information instead of bits and pieces. It’s amazing what the WHOLE DOCUMENT says. I’ll sum it up, shareholders will get paid UNLESS someone proves to me that the documents say, “BIOAQ SHARES WILL BE CANCELLED!” I’ve yet to see that this far.
If they knew this there would be no extension. Is this another one of your fantasies? You must have spoken to the queen of England to get that info about Omega buying more planes. You have links to back that up?
Love it TF. Got your PM!! Go VRUS.
Scott
You bet there is. Can’t wait to get paid here. No way this sold for 4.3 million.
So are thinking we get a piece of the pie here?
That is correct LongCa. I wish I was that smart and wealthy. Lol
I correspond with Mr. Terry a few times a week. A lot of dialogue back and forth.
No doubt we get paid here. Can’t wait to see BIOAQ unfold.

PWC’s mind games are disheartening. I don’t believe this company sold for 4.3 million. Has to be more to it. A good friend of mine had a relative who sold a small trucking company for more than 4.3 million. PWC’s actions have been documented in case of foul play; however, I feel there is more to this deal than meets the eye. I certainly understand your frustration, but hang in there. I think a big payday awaits the shareholders. If it was a simple transaction, this would have ended a LONG TIME AGO.
Mr. Terry,
With your resignation does it mean we have no chance at the DOD contract? If they ask for more information, who will be the person who follows up with the DOD? Just curious as people are spinning this as we didn’t win the contract because of what happened to you. Thoughts? Thanks.
Response
Nothing could be farther from the truth. There has been no tanker contract award. I am still the primary POC for the Navy.

Well many shares being gobbled up and I think Abbazabba is onto something here. We shall see. Until then no need to be an ass about it.
Sounds good Debbie. I might recommend Johan employ you for PR purposes. I don’t believe you own many shares here. My head is not buried in the sand. I just choose to use my life for more positive posts as opposed to being negative all the time. Take a step back- no dilution has taken place and the company is one contract away from making headway in this field/ I’ll take my chances. Sell your shares. My buddies and I will gladly buy them and you will buy more if you accomplish your mission here.
