You get my mark for this one Stuck. Bottom line, after weeding thru the jibber jabber on PPS, etc. etc., this is where it's at.
My problem is, I can't figure the game plan if we don't get the verification. It will be a quik trip to the exits for some.
IMO
No implication that's an EPGL quote, btw.
Yes sir, that's been happening for months. There were several last week at right around 500k each. Each bid was 10 pts. lower. Panic set in and they got their bids filled. I think the lowest they got was .033 and their 500k bid at .032 never got filled.
Your volume charts should show all that if your resolution is set right, right?
EPGL
OMG, better check wingdings...

ASK getting hammered. NITE holding with 10k blocks.

PWC is custodian for AJW at this point. If that were to happen, they would satisfy the Liquidation with a deal and acquire the shares themselves, imo.
There has to be a deal for lump sum at some point, as the shares have anti-dilution restrictions to hinder the recovery of the money.
IMO
Furthermore, the original debt of $10million the old EPGL business owed to AJW funds was exchanged for shares in new EPGL in the restructure. At that time, there was no chance of PWC recovering anything. Things have changed, now there may be.
IMO, the $10 million is still the goal for PWC to exit EPGL in interest of the AJW liquidation. EPGL owes nothing more to AJW creditors and PWC is not obligated to anything more from EPGL.
TGIF
As long as you are speculating, maybe PWC needs to accept an offer for EPGL shares in order to fund the lawsuit against the AJW auditors. That's where the real money is at and PWC is not liquidating AJW assets and trying to recover money for free.
IMO
EPGL
Pretty sure you already knew about AJW liquidation proceeding updates happening every 6 months before anyone mentioned it here.
The liquidators have already given all the bad news. There's only good news left, imo.
You must have been searching NIR keyword. :)
Well then, a guy like you would know better than to ask questions of board members you have no way knowing the intentions of, such as you!
No one knows more than what they are trying to tell you now. You know that, so why are you pressing?
EOM :)
Some foreigners here are a little off on there use of English sometimes. Can't say that Americans are any good at conveying what they mean these days either, including me.
All said and done, it's an AJW liquidation update for AJW shareholders and creditors, of which, PWC is managing a large block (2.25 billion shares) of EPGL stock since the restructure in July 2012. Interesting enough to dig deeper?
EPGL
Read the Ibox and stickies to get yourself current. Boardmembers put a lot of effort into compiling the chain of events since restructure.
EPGL
AJW fund auditors for NIR have a $25million lawsuit brought against them by PWC liquidation as well.
EPGL
It's going to go way beyond just monitoring glucose in tears. Keep reading. Keep in mind, it's the platform the sensors integrate to and are controlled by that's the key here.
EPGL
There has been progress in the liquidation of the AJW funds beneficial to AJW investors.
EPGL
AJW investors need to hear something good for once.
EPGL
Ironic EPGL tweeted about the 29th the day after the letter was penned by Stockhoe. :)
EPGL
Dr. Markus was on the payroll at UC Irvine for at least 2012-2013. Although, his income for 2013 dropped considerably, I'm guessing it has a lot to do with EPGL. :)
W
I read it. Works on Mechanical movement to cause electrostatic charge. Not even close to EPGL.
Would you want a clunky jalopy prototype used and abused by everyone else, on your website?
That/those pic(s) have/has been around pre EPGL.
Prolly gonna be a new one soon...:)
EPGL
I would consider that pic and others well used by all those claiming to have prototyped a smart lense. It would be in EPGL's best interest to disassociate from it and eventually post a pic of one that is really going to work. Their vision of the lense is now shown in the new pic claiming their tech will be in the smartest lense on the website.
My opinion

E-trade gives you free features and calls you to see if you need investment advice (pfft), if you maintain an overall acct. balance over...ahhh some number. :)
EPGL
Just the way the orders are stacked, imo.
Some will flip this on a daily basis, just to accumulate shares for the cost of the trades. Net investment zero or small.
EPGL
Well, it appears that Google filed a bunch of patents and can't follow through, as seen by the exit of Parviz. They are now taking steps to follow thru (Novartis). But, we know Novartis is not leading the tech needed to power MEMS.
You can speculate further from there.
EPGL
Things are heating up fast around here huh? Yesterdays action and the rhetoric with it tells me we're getting close!
EPGL
Climbing the boards again, #31 most read.
EPGL
Those bids at .032 are futile at this point, imo.
Oooh, maybe eat my words...
EPGL
Helps to have L2. It seemed to be a clear effort to get some big bids filled and it happened.
Takes balls, money and the right trading tools, imo.
EPGL!
I think we've had some seudo-long ball shrinkage today that got some bids filled by some new fish of the larger variety that's been around lately.
There, close around open.
EPGL
Those big bids aren't from flippers and they're having a good day!
$45k+ in those bids today.
EPGL
Playing it safe guarantees mediocrity.
I'm pretty sure someone famous once said that or do we all just realize that as we get older?
W
Perhaps you have underestimated the impact the technology may have in the MEMS marketplace and have not yet realized the potential growth of MEMS devices in all sectors, especially health.
Keep readin' Doc, keeps the brain healthy anyway...and good luck.

Good background reading on David T. Markus PHD and the people he's been associated with, whilst you wait....

Still hangin' on Most read boards at #36. You can bet peeps are watching closely.
EPGL
Yes, I'll expect them to do that for any conference call they may have, once they begin to file.
