Then why bother us with your questions? Seems as though you need to ask Eric given the information you seek can't be found on this board right.
I just want to know if Eric can back up his claims/statements:
Got any factual information to confirm your statement, or is this more opinion posted as fact?
Because they are harmful to the environment, humans, and animals.
Because they contain harmful chemicals and pollutants.
The approved for the envoirnment status from the EPA, or any approval from the EPA is not free. The approved for the enviornment is much cheaper than a complete EPA approval though.
My advice would be, if it concerns you the product does sport the approval logo on the lable at this time, then maybe you should use another product until such approval is aquired.
Absolutly, all in due process.
Then why should you care lol???
Why should Lowes care? Or other retailers?
It doesn't seem to bother Lowes or other retailers that it's not on the bottles, but if it will make you happy...I hope they get it too lol.
Haha that seal has no relevance to me. I know the product works to meet my personal needs, and that's all that matters to me. Now if it bothers you so much, maybe you should submitt it.
Good for them, and it might make a difference to me if I were only looking for a rug and carpet stain remover. I know why you're are pushing this, and if you want to do a test feel free to do so, but as for me....i'm fine with the product I use thank you. End of discussion from this end.
My initial reaction is "How would you know if you aren't even willing to do a comparison?"
Additionally, Tech has the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval
I'm really not sure how economical it would be, or cost effective for that matter since they have many other products on their site, and winning colours can do most all of them with one bottle. I also generally dilute mine for most cleaning requirements, even most of the stains I get in my carpet will come out with the diluted product. Given this, I very comfortable with the value I get out of each bottle.
I for one have no need to do any further test comparisons of other products compared to winning colours. I have used it on numerous stains and fabrics from leather to micro-fiber, and on many different household surfaces from carpet to counter-tops. It has preformed remarkably well with no negative impact on any of the surfaces. That's not to say that some other product may do the same for many stains, but I believe the versality of winning colours provides me with a strong stain remover and a general multi-purpose cleaner all in one product.

How one thing leads to another…PART 2
by Eric Lehner
.Follow-up to post of November 3rd:
The outdoor advertising company who found out that they were wasting money ordering new acrylic panels to replace graffiti-vandalized ones organized an in-field “validation day” to test Winning Colours Stain Remover. Our representative was called upon to prove on real world examples (of the advertising company’s choosing) that Winning Colours can restore the expensive sign faces without damaging them, without special equipment, without gloves, and without special training (with the exception of reading the instructions).
Below is the typical result. Panel being removed for replacement, but rescued with Winning Colours. As a result of this verification, the product is going to be brought to the attention of the maintenance team responsible for all the sign faces. This is a company with assets in both Canada and the USA.
.
Why would it bother someone for the CEO of WNBD to keep the shareholders up to date on current developements?
Speaking of only the painting sector...do people in Ohio not have heat in their homes? I live in a much much warmer climate, and we even have heat lol.... or do people in Ohio not paint or remodel the inside of their houses?? It would seem to me that smart construction companies would schedule the inside work for the winter season since some outdoor projects need to be shut down during that time. Just a thought lol.
Haha, end of this discussion. Comparing WNBD's consumable cleaning products to a fast food chain that's been an icon it it's sector for 50 years, or any fast food corporation tells me all I need to know about business knowledge.
PS: the chart actually looks okay, and would have looked great if we would have had a stronger day today...for those who know how to read charts anyway.
BTW, anyone know how many stores that are carrying winning colours that aren't listed on the locator? I know of a couple here around my area. But hey, who cares as long as they only focus on the ones that droped off. People like to overlook the positive growth, and only focus on the negatives.
So are you saying you have never owned shares of WNBD?
Roughly 20 mill per/mo so still reasonable at the currebt PPS.
Approx 31mil shares in the last month and a half.

WNBD: Transfer Agent Update
by Eric Lehner
.Posted at http://www.winningbrandscorporation.com/investors.htm
.
Read the instructions, and follow them.
Not sure what can be done about it, but I sure the legal department of WNBD will be looking into it. Sure would be bad to lose money on the stock, then have to pay damages or legal fees as well lol.
I'll never understand some people lol. When people don't have the ability to admitt fault or bad decission making, they look for others to blame for their mistakes. Often that blame turns into anger or hatred, and begins to consume their lives. Life is too short to carry that chip around, but they can't seem to let it go, and have an enjoyable life.
The motives are quite obvious, and it's one thing to post bogus videos, but to delete or dis-allow comments on the posted videos proves a blatent attempt to decieve the public.
You are correct TH, it's one thing to dislike the company or the CEO, but to post misleading videos on a product that does what it's advertised to do, and helps rid the enviornment of toxic cleaners is a down right disgrace to the worlds eco system.
That's what I find odd lol. I have introduced the product to many friends and family who absolutly love the product. Many of these introductions came by way of a disaster/mess that happened when I was present, and some of them were old stains they couldn't remove. Of this number of people I've shown the product too only a couple of them even know it's a public traded company, so they have no reason to use or brag about the product if they didn't like it.
Why are you removing/blocking comments on your winning colours videos?
No kidding lol, I'm sure her husband would prefer to go himself another shirt, possibly in another country. I also just tried the product on ketchup and mustard since that were the two readily available, and either her video is a fraud, or she doesn't know how to use the product. Both of my stains came completely out...the ketchup was easy, but the mustard was a little more difficult.
You mean it may not be trading on this exchange (Pink Sheet) in 2 years? That sounds great if they are going to move to AMEX lol. Before anyone gets crazy about pumping I am just kidding with that response, but it's just as logical as your as your opinion given they just starting to penetrate the US.
Then what are your reason for posting about WNBD on a daily basis?
Are you talking about that attempted 5k share paint job, so it wouldn't close at the high of the day?
What do you think the response would be from anyone posting on this or any other board if this reccomendation was made to them?
Hey folks, the company is trying very hard to make it to the self-sustaining phase, but it looks like it's going to take longer than anticipated. The plan is going to be for all of ya'll to work for free until the company is profitable, and furthermore you will be working 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week. LOL I could see those suggesting that for Eric would be in agreement right lol?
I tend to agree with you Wadi, and from my orders getting jumped, watching some crazy movement on L2 ut certainly appears that way. That doesn't mean it's being manipulated for a bad thing in the long run lol. As you know there are many reasons for manipulation, and I believe this is for an accumulation process. When they get their bellies full, and a catalyst occurs it will be off to the races.
Many transfer agents charge clients for excessive inquiries, and some charege for any inquiries at all. Eric updates O/S A/S and float on a regular basis. Naturally it raises issues with many, but most pink sheet companies have the T/A gagged and never update shareholders. I feel if there would be an additional charge for their services that money can be better spent elsewhere.
There business plan is fairly simple, and could have been approached from a couple of different ways, but self-sufficiency is the near term goal. To accomplish this the plan was to accumulate 5,000 points of sale (retail locations) then push for sell-through volume. Even if they met their sell-through goal, but didn't have the required retail locations we would still be where we are today, so their approach was to aquire the locations first.
They now have accomplished the first part of that goal, and are working on ways to complete the second part. Also adding additional locations along the way. JMO
Where do I rate this one? Below is a post that I made a while back, and as I stated earlier I expect growth to contiue with realistic measures as I review my position from time to time. I like the odds here, and have a timeline for success on realistic conditions. These are some of the developements I highlight in my DD, and keep a check on them and others. I believe progress will continue, and pick up pace in the US in the near future.

General Update On Progress
Before I entered WNBD over 2.5 years ago I did extensive due diligence, and continue it weekly/daily as the needs arise. I just wanted to highlight some of the progress which has taken place since I enterd WNBD, excluding specific retail locations.
1) Retail locations location have grown to over 5,000 (increasing at a much more rapid pace in the last 12 months)
2) Orgil on board (seems to recently be picking up steam)
3) New phone systems
4) Implementation of the EDI order processing system
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=39648245&txt2find= style='background-color:yellow;'>EDI
5) Lancaster Distribution ( servicing 15,000 retail locations)
6) Wine Ladies endorsement
7) Melissa Maker endorsement (Clean My Space)
8) Small sponsership of Extreme Makeover
9) Local advertising in trade magazines, local TV stations, Radio advertisments, billboards, (mostly in Canada)
10) Addition of Steve Fantus (Key Account Manager)
11) Addition of Daniela Relja (International Sales Manager)
12) Addition od Jay Udell DSD systems (problems with roll-out being worked on)
13) DRTV (still a work in progress)
14) ERCM meetings last week (large opportunity with results unknown at this time)
15) Trackmoist being used at Fled Entertainment events
16) Trackmoist being noticed around the motorsports industry
17) International locations that have recieved or are currently have retail locations...Australia, New Zealand, Italy, South Korea, Denmark, Germany, India, Mexico, Caribbean, Ireland, South Africa, China.
18) Early international exploration or developements currently occuring....Belgium, Brazil, Chilie, France, Ghana. Japan, Norway, Portugal, Taiwan, Netherlands, United Kingdom.
19) USA penetration into over 1,000 retail locations (and growing)
20) Product listings in Grocery Chains, Pharmacy locations, and Convience Stores.
The list could go on and on, but this is why I am confident in the future of WNBD. I feel the capital that has been raised has been put to great use when compared to growth. Now that the milestone of points of sale has bee achieved, it's time to push for sell-through at these current locations to get the company into a self sustaining entity. Once this is accomplished they can continue to grow at a faster pace.
Congrats on your success, and for having your second best year this year. According to your post, you just achieved your second best year after 28 years in business, but expect a company attempting to brand a product to become successful in 4-5 years in this tough economy? Just wondering
Correct, as long as your time line coinsides with mine. I have started and sold two businesses (not public companies) but I understand the metrics of how things progress in the real world setting, as opposed to the markets idea of timelines.
In the CEO blog LB
Enjoyed the dialog when it had a purpose, but if you don't like the answers from the board, don't like the answers from the CEO, there's not much more that can be discussed for practical purposes. End of discussion
