NV state legislators return to work today to discuss and fix the legal issues surrounding the MMJ market. TRTC will receive 2 Clark County (CC) dispensaries when this is all said and done.

The litigation TRTC recently filed against CC is basically a bargaining tool to be used later. You see folks, attorneys never ask a question they don't already know the answer to and almost never take a case where they don't know the outcome! Virtually ALL civil litigation is settled outside of a courtroom.


My point? TRTC is using legal strategy to acquire their 2 CC dispensaries. Their suit is basically a "hedge" position.



I hang around attorneys all day and I see their legal manipulation. It is rather comical, too!


BadguyVi$ion says 2 CC dispensaries by the end of March.

Amen NoBS1! However, I believe TRTC will have 7 or 8 licenses after the NV state legislators convene in February.

We will get 1 or 2 Clark County dispensaries!

Logically speaking, why would NV state law allow for 18 dispensaries within Clark County BUT then reduce the number to 10 because of political infighting? LOL, not going to happen, people!

The political squabble that has ensued between state and county officials will be resolved due to the fact that both sides are wanting to reward their political cronies. You know, the players that routinely give "gifts" in the form of secret envelopes containing green paper! You think that BS doesn't happen!!!??? LMAO, OK!!



There will be 26 dispensaries in Clark County.

Here is my take on what will happen with Clark County this year. But before I begin we have to first realize that most of our elected officials in this country are lawyers. That in-and-of-itself spells DOOM for legislation to be free from BS. Not to mention the inherent problems that will come with litigation after the laws are passed. See, lawyers love to drag things out so they can get PAID! Quite a system they have built, huh?


Anyhow, with that said here is my explanation.

I know a ton of lawyers on a personal level. I have seen firsthand the backdoor dealings they have together in court to resolve cases.
Those "fighting" lawyers (they're all friends) typically want both sides to be happy with the final disposition they have concocted. That way both "fighting" lawyers can go back to their clients and give them the "good news" regarding their case. Once the clients hear that "good news" they feel great about how much money they just got soaked out of from their lawyer's outrageous fee. See? LOL!

The lawyers are all happy, their clients are happy (again, even though they just got screwed financially), and the Judge is happy because he doesn't have to listen to a long drawn out BS case!
See where I am going with this?

The NV state legislators will provide for 26 dispensary licenses for Clark County.
The state will be happy. Clark County will be happy. The lawyers will be VERY happy with their payday!
Everything I just explained will occur behind the scene. Trust me!

A few words of wisdom for investors who may be somewhat apprehensive about TRTC.

When looking to invest into ANY stock the idea is to do proper due diligence and to realize the potential of what the company may hopefully yield for your investment. To buy low and to sell high, correct?

There are a few things you apprehensive TRTC investors need to know about TRTC for 2015.

TRTC will secure 6 NV licenses in this new emerging industry. They will probably also secure 2 more licenses in Clark County once the NV state legislators meet in February 2015.
TRTC shot up from .06 to a high of $1.42 in March of 2014. This run was brought on by a lot of PR hype at a time when TRTC did not have anything tangible to legitimize that run or price.

TRTC in 2015 is a brand new animal!

Again, we will have 6 licenses with more than likely 2 more on the horizon in CC. Listen to the facts and ignore the conjecture!

Don't be the guy kicking yourself for not realizing the potential of TRTC.

Official NV state licenses have not been granted to anyone yet! That's not Sleek's fault, nor is it his fault that there is litigation in CC. I might add that it is not TRTC's fault as well!

I sort of liken it to Hitler's generals telling him that the Russians are closing in on Berlin, yet Hitler still thinks that his armies are going to drive the Russians back to Moscow! See? Hitler couldn't see the reality of what was happening around him and his Reich.

Once the 10Q "shock" wears off I believe the undeniably positive momentum TRTC has in NV will take over and we will end the day green.

From a pragmatic standpoint where all things are either black or white, yes the 10q has some disappointing numbers. However, with that said this is the reason why I believe us TRTC longs are involved in this endeavor.

TRTC has so far delivered on all of their plans.

Many negative posters kept saying that TRTC would never get any kind of permits in Nevada, and they were wrong. Those same negative posters are constantly redrawing their line-in-the-sand because TRTC keeps shattering their nonstop rhetoric.

To any new potential TRTC investors out there, please do not be swayed by certain negative bloggers who seek to destroy TRTC's potential.

After TRTC is awarded their licenses tomorrow watch how those same negative posters (who, again, said none of what is happening to TRTC would ever come to fruition) continue their assault on TRTC.
