Hmm, I thought kel was moving to China first to father a master race. Probably has the same problem that I do. No one to watch my cats while I'm gone. lol
I have brought a friend onboard the Hemi express. He can't decide now whether to put more into Hemi or head for CTUM land next. Decisions, Decisions.
I must be learning something from you folks as today didn't bother me in the least. Actually I fully believe it when you guys say it shouldn't shot up to fast until most of the story is in. That makes sense even to Jethro.
And no, moneymo, you can't be Allie Mae as that would make us family and then I couldn't chase you around the oil-patch for a little kissy-poo. lol
Same to you dpummel, no offense intended. I'm sure your a good person. But I will remained you once more in all fairness.
The LL attacked me first and that made me extremely angry as all I did was question some factors in open honesty and that is how the LL repaid me so it made me very suspicious indeed. In all fairness it was only certain LL that treated me poorly, not most.
You've got to admit that even if ITKG is a smashing success someday, the management has miss-handled the PR over the years.
I hope you kick azz on ITKG.
And the above complaint should at least in part answer your question about why I continue to come back.
I'm now an investor not a dreamer and if ITKG should come up with the goods I wouldn't hesitate to jump back in but for me the flags far out weigh the promises so far! For the sake of your portfolio I hope I'm wrong. GLTY
And let us not forget that one of the LL physically threatened me. How would that make you feel? Honestly.
And if I ever hear what I believe to be good news about ITKG before you guys do I won't hesitate to post the good news here.
Look at the TEN year chart pal. And thanx for making my point by attacking me personally. 'nough said there.
And your right dpummel, the fundamentals/mentality have NOT changed. That's the problem.
And your also right about the skake-out, or should I say shake-down. lol From $8 to $.27 This kind of shake out has been going on for years.
My friend who bought at $8 years ago sold all his position today as he is also sick and tired of promises not kept. He has a friend close to one of the principles at ITKG and this friend has also been a LL but he doesn't even believe his friend's position anymore.
LOL I think I like your version better kel.
We'll be singing in harmony. (you can be Granny, LMAO, and I'll be Jethro as I always wanted to be a double-not spy. (ie: 007)
LOL, Come listen to my story 'bout a man named Jed. A poor mountaineer, barely kept his family fed. Then one day....
Yo Sputnik, I've been watching the pps go up this morning and, although I haven't watched ever single purchase, most of the trades I've seen have been small. I've also heard of a tactic called "painting the board" which is where a MM or share holder can enter a small order and make the pps look the way they want it to.
ie: A stock I just bailed out of jumped from .30 to .40 on a very small order. That shows a 33% gain a trade the size of a peanut.
Can you comment on the use of such tactics Sputnik?
Oh, and by the way, I not claiming that is happening hear but it is one of the trick that other gurus here at iHUB told me happens regularly.
Was it news of a marketable product that ran the pps up in the first place. NO. It was the promise of a product. Now, I no that this can be good news for a stock/company but it looses strength when the this kind of news keeps coming out over the years but still no product.
Yeah, to bad the promise of product isn't doing the same. Remember, ITKG use to be $8/share along time ago also.
GLTY
Just in case the newbies here think I'm the only one who feels this way about ITKG:
http://quotes.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=itkg
Remember MrPlum, I came back AFTER the pps went down. And it's not the MMs that are minipulating ITKG and it's investors.
Remember all the hate rhetoric directed at me and others when I first joined this board as a newbie. And all I did was express some concern.
Lesson #1: Beware of promoters who protesteth too much when someone challenges their stock that they love.
Lesson #2: You should never fall in love with a stock.
I see some here are still believing Sptnws. The reason I add my two cents is because I believe innocent newbies are being taken advantage of.
I tried to get honest info from IR and they DID NOT deliver which tells me someone here is in close contact with ITKG IR and is working hard to hide the truth about ITKG.
It's my business to read people and situation and ITKG is now a glaring WARNING sign on top of the hill.
So just keep drinkin' the Koolaid if it makes you feel better.
Since I left shares of ITKG in the dumpster my portfolio is up over 500%.
If if you are criticising me for coming back here to post then why don't you criticise the pro-ITKG guys for claiming year after year that ITKG is about to strike gold and it never has yet but they keep coming back with the same old pump.
Crumbs is all you will get from ITKG spt-pump.
Actually your both wrong. Hemi has one ace in the hole and will pop a royal flush when we (turn) the co. over to the big dog!
And the flippers will be drawing dead on the river. lol
Ditto, I will not sell a share for seed until at least $1 if not more. I believe oil will keep going back up. I saw a blurb on TV last night where they talked positively about oil drillers/producers and they showed a big old beam pumping unit as a prop to go with the news segment.
That's the kind of pump I like. lol
I have to disagree on one point of yours daviking1. There is a BUZ here and it sounds just like the TV did when we were kids and all the channels went off the air around midnight and all you here then is fuzz.
I've gained some great real-world experience this week as I bought a stock with low volume and a monster spread and didn't realize my rookie mistake until afterwords.
The volume is so low that I have had to sell my position off in small pieces just to get any action at all and it's working.
Thanx lowman
Good job braden. Enjoy your profits.
If the predicted "PEAK OIL" senario comes to past all materials that need oil to exist will skyrocket. But I don't even care about that.
ITKG has gotten away with TOO much for TOO long.
BTW: I will PM you with the greatest stock I have found since here at iHUB. $7500 6 weeks ago is now $50,000 and I'm only half way there.
Have a great an honest investing day daviking1.
Hi daviking1, The man that first told me about ITKG a long time ago knows people associated with ITKG and he convinced me it was great. He bought ITKG years ago when it was $8
I spoke to him yesterday and now he no longer believes in ITKG either.
Some on this board have a right to read all posts, not just pro-ITKG posters.
I'm am 100% convinced now that ITKG is a lifestyle stock and the final nail came a few weeks ago when I called IR and ask why ITKG is incorp in Neveda. (just a straight honest question, RIGHT?)
Well, apparrently not, as the young man said he would ask the CEO and call me back.
HE NEVER CALLED BACK. This is only the second time I ever called IR and I was very friendly to him both times.
I've had it with pumpers. If this post is deleted I'll will PM all newbies.
Remember this is America. Does the First Amendment ring a bell.
Makes sense. Thanx Toofuzzy
Ok, who let the cat out of the bag?
http://quotes.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=hmgp
Now there's an understatement. Yes vz, someone dump a chit, scare post on the board this morning but I think it will recover alright.
Yeah, that's what I think too, but I thought I would make the offer.
I agree, let's just move on and think positively.
Good job to lowman and others that performed damage control this morning.
Hey lowman, I'm not a NEW buyer anymore but is it OK if I remain inspired? lol
GLTA who held tight this morning.
punk
P.S. For years me and my partner located people and sometimes would do background or criminal checks on people.
If you guys would like me to look into the back ground of this Morales person I would be willing to see what I can do. But if you think it would be better to just move on that's fine too.
If you want me to look into it I will need what ever info on this guy you can give me like full name, any last know addresses, etc. Anything can help. Remember though, no guarantees as sometimes scum bags can be harder to locate especially after they have knowing engaged in bad behavior. Although I could probably call the local bar in Wolf Point or wherever and possibly find out all kinds of stuff on this clown.
Hi all, I'm pretty new to CTUM but got my foot in the door this morning with a partial fill and hopefully will fill in full through out the day.
punk
Good job to those who are double checking info.
I knew there would be days that I would be twisting in the breeze do to some pinkie investment but I knew the risks going in and I for one refuse to let this situation rule my emotion.
I'm long at an average of .0023 and feel just fine until I hear otherwise for sure.
Thanx again for the hard work by lowman and others. And I alone am responsible for my investments.
I for one am waiting to hear the final news. I'm holding and will continue to hold. FWIW
Thanx for the update Al_Kan. Like what Keith said. Good business man he is.
Hey, did he let you drive his army truck. lol
I'm not in any rush and I appreciate your working knowledge of DPDW stevo. Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers here.
My learning over the last year says to watch and question when companies don't meet promised dead-lines.
But I will take your guidance in a positive way and be more than willing to let management catch up with PRs.
TIA
If I try to sell a stock and there is no buyer is the MM required to cover my order if I meet his price?
TIA
That's kind of how I feel too 6digits. To say you plan to release AF and then not at least give some reason why.
The EW deal sound wonderful but from an investor stand point I would still rather see things appear in the order they were promised to.
I'm not worried but if Feb. goes by without some PR or a reason why none is coming then I will start to worry. And nobody here can blame me for that position as it is fair and realistic.
Who knows, maybe my post will be mute sometime this week.
GLTA
I agree Pink, I was only concerned about a shift of power as accumulation by big dogs,(if that is really what is a part of this pps climb) proceeds. But high insider ownership is a real asset to guppies like me with honest insiders. Right? Not just because it shows faith in their own company but with an honest CEO we don't have to worry about behind the scene deals that benefit them and not us!
That was the whole deal behind my question. Can enough "big dog" share buy-ups provide them with leverage over the company at the final bell, but having Keith as a big inside holder is comforting.
Thanx Pink
Thanx Toofuzzy. Your response to my "short" question was just what I thought it was and someone was telling me otherwise and as a newbie I became a little confused but I feel now that I viewed it correctly.
Anyway, I'm still learning from everyone like you. Thanx again.
Great question vt. I believe in lowman's work as well as other. We are lucky to have good people helping us with DD. But it never hurts to ask a question like that if you feel so inclide, I do.
TIA
That sounds like a reasonable response Big. The insider % of o/s really does show the strength of that aspect if the insiders mean what they say.
Thanx for a good response Big. I still believe heavily in Hemi but I just don't want to rollover and think things are fuzzy without asking important questions when they come to mind.
TIA
If there is a big dog oil co. buying into Hemi could this ultimately hold OUR sell-point potential down as they possibly gain more strength in share count (equating into negotiation power) or can OUR float dominance protect us from this?
TIA
P.S. And also, can the April lifting of restrictions on shares play a roll in the above question I asked?)
Does one have to own a given stock to short that given stock?
I was told that Scottrade will not allow you to short a stock unless you own that same stock in your Scottrade account.
TIA
Yeah FICA is a 2-bagger for the IRS, that's for sure. lol But at least I can say I paid into it if the time does come that I can draw SS benefits if anything is left. ?
Thanx Jag
I think you hit it on the nose Jagman.
Although my corp. value is represented by 10,000 shares I assume steps must be taken to become publicly traded. My lawyer, who is now retired, suggested that I check to see if my corp. has any value before I file "articles of dissolution".
And your right, I incorporated to save on taxes and protect assets although once I got use to the corp. mentally I kind of like it.
You know, the revenues come in and the corp. admin (me) would disperse funds to pay for operational expenses and salary to one employee (me). And if any profits remained I would pay it to myself in the form of dividends. If I remember right that's where the tax break comes in as I think dividends are tax at a lower rate than just plain income.
State fee for registration here is $20. And I admit I didn't do much with the "corporate minutes" after the first couple of years. I'm glad I didn't have any legal confrontations. lol
Thanx for the great response Jagman, you pretty much hit my situation right on the nose.
Thanx Meatloaf
