We are in the land of PSPW,
The more things change, they more they remain the same...
Shareholders are always the last to know,
Beautiful day here,
Time to go out and play with the dirt and all those green things
Enjoy the northern NY day
It is a lonely job, that of the Sergeant at Arms of PSPW, but he remains at his post,
Ah, that meeting, in the far off Grecian (former) paradise,
I believe they used the "Cone of Silence",
(Picked it up wholesale from CHAOS I hear),
Thus, no word as of yet....
The dividend shares never entered into my calculations here, I held because I thought the company GTGP, would increase invalue. Trying to determine the value of dividends of a yet to be determined offshoot was too nebulus for me to figure into any calculations, I just thought GTGP was on the right path,
I still do not count on anything from the dividends, that will be Christmas morning for me if and when it happens, I am focusing on the future value of GTGP.
Merry Christmas :)
It would be disappointing if there wasn't anything announced Monday, expectations are high,
But I remember what Dickens said about Great Expectations.
If there is no news, those who are late to the party may get a bargain, if they choose to.
I think you got it all covered there
:)
oh baby, 2012, we hit 2 big winners and the Mayans want to take it all away from us, lol
:)
Roll them 7's,
We had a Dog sighting here earlier
BeJesus Mary and Joseph, if it isn't the defender of weak and downtrodden,
Welcome, hop aboard, and don't forget Sweet Polly Purebread!
I am sure 7Doubler is around here somewhere.
Day to day drama! PSPW has had enough drama in the last year to be a three act Shakespearan play!!
Day to day drama! PSPW has had enough drama in the last year to be a three act Shakespearan play!!
TD Ameritrade makes you call your trades in, otherwise I would have had a much larger stash, although picked up quite a bit in the last couple of days. Just had to make the phone call
I hate DRAMA!!!
:)
GTGP gets there first, PSPW has too many moving parts that need to be aligned, but it is still a monster waiting to be unleashed
Timing is everything :)
However I do not keep a ready supply of cash for immediate investing as you do,
Am cleaning out the sofa cushions as we speak,
Underneath the car seats is next up
I give them till June for some positive price action, and am giving them more than enough time, I definitely hope to be proven wrong and they move faster than I expect
I don't see much for April
the partners should be preparing their plan to investors within a week or two
Lately nothing they release has been moving the needle
Oh well, actually had volume today, 50k, but it seemed to be shares unloaded to catch another rising star.
I already have a position there, and will not sell these off at these prices.
I think by June we should be moving North, hell WAKL is already back, global warming is back, now lets get this back on track.
I think June is a fair time frame to get this moving, correct?
Had a very difficult time focusing at work today,
Friday is not far off, can't wait
Ok, let's get a little more specific,
Authorized for 300 million shares, say 100 million shares outstanding
Want to raise 75 million in cash.
Cheapest price possible is what, .375
Which is where we are now, more or less.
Also remember, 80 % of those 100 million shares are held by insiders, the original Seawind Falak owners.
If we get diluted, they get diluted also.
Am feeling a little better today than before, the prospects of making some decent money here is good, but if they actually create the company they are proposing there will be a tempation to hold a large number of shares for as long term investment.
Hopefully this will all unfold within 2 months, meanwhile the rollercoaster ride continues.....
The time for words is long past,
Action is what is called for now!
That being said ,
I am starting to feel a bit more secure here, although my financial advisors have said they will try to declare me mentally incompetent and take control of my finances if I choose to buy more shares, lol, I am a bit over weighted here.
They are going to issue new shares for the purpose of raising funds, being that we the reckless riverboat gamblers own approximately only 20 % of the OS bodes well, we are just along for the ride. If they can convince legitimate investors with large bankrolls to buy shares, and undoubtably must provide them a more transparent view of the company that we have not seen , I will just wait with bated breath.
The offering will be for raising USD 75M in a placement to selected investors. The company management are currently working with its financial advisors to define the placement terms.
Technical and legal due diligences are in progress.
The company is in preparation of the documents required to replace the current owners in the project financing contracts with debt providing banks.
3Power is looking at several opportunities in the USA market to acquire licenses and operational renewable energy power plants specifically in Wind + Waste & Biomass Energy.
These four are coming up in June,
Albania to start privatisation of four hydropower plants in June 2012.
The Albanian government will call an international tender for the privatisation of four hydropower plants in June, local news portal albeu.com reported, citing a statement of economy minister Nasip Naco. The plants are Bistrica 1 and 2, Ulza and Skopeti. The authorities have invited strategic investors with minimum capital of EUR 25mn to take part in the sale. The combined output of the four plants stood at 406 million KWh in 2010, accounting for 5.5% of the country's total energy production. The plants have been spun off from state-owned power utility KESH prior to the opening of the sales procedure
But this probably has to be completed before any new projects are bid on:
should not be a concern ..that has to be worded in that way as to not lock in the current potential investors untill the legal agreement have been finished up.And as far as the PPS i would hope that as soon as the funds become liquid to us PPS will increase do to the net worth of the company.WQhat you are missing here is that this is all in place only thing thats not is the finall agreement and the distribution of the letter shares to be allocated for said investors..ZD
I must confess, that little diddy was written by
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow,
little did he know that he was writing about
a fledgling little energy enteprise named
PSPW
holy cow, you have a double espresso this morning?
your fingers are flying all over that keyboard :)
I dare say, PSPW is the girl with the curl,
There was a little girl who had a little curl...
Right in the middle of her forehead; when she was good, she was very, very good...
And when she was bad she was horrid
Wasn't it in the newsletter?
Bah, just minor details :)
I seem to remember the dock held a 10 bagger last fall,
much like PSPW returns last May
Well, I do expect to be getting reports from the dock, pre dawn with a minnow should yield extraordinary results,
Much like PSPW in May :)
The Sergeant of Arms, only one still at his post.
Keep the Bourd steady,
I do say we are entering another month in the Dead Sea
So we must hope for extraordinary!
Over the last year Albania has been selling off hydropower plants, those in existence and some RFP's for new.
I couldn't find anything further on the frame agreement previously PR'd by PSPW.
Cold and damp today, thought I would forage around and the new projects to be bid on was all I could find.
Hopefully by mid June this malaise will be forgotten, and we will be planning travel routes to Virginia for July 4th.
:)
You could only hope.............

Dammit!
When are they going to turn the power on?
These things always move slower than expected ,
I am sticking with my original guess,
That being said, nice PR's and info by the end of April,
contract later
Governments subsidize economic activity , in our case Europe has / had massive subsidies for green energies, can they still sustain that. Germany has goten out of solar, but I don'yt believe we had much in Germany anyway. Solar is a better fit for Greece and Italy anyway, but they still require government subsidies.
Exxon makes 2 cents a gallon for gas...maybe,
How much does NY State make for each gallon of gasoline sold?
Hell of lot more than that
Solyndra
Ouch! .32 .35
Cheapies, ...if anyone wants them....
You certainly didn't bring that back with you.I guess the share price and the weather are too much to ask of any 1 man!
So you had better produce on the share price, lol.
Hmmm, trout might be biting early this year off the dock...
I should certainly hope so, not that I think the 2 of you took the pps south with you.
Safe trip back as well, with or without PSPW :)
I am pleased with the direction this is going, and have come to realize that these things take time , to receive the confirmations that we need from the company will be done at their timetable, not ours.
Another thing I am impressed with is that the company is not coming out with fluff projections or promises, their PR's are usually strict factual data. No pumping or promises of skittles or unicorns here, the company is not pumping the stock. I think that is a smart move, at this point. From all that I have read about Jim on this Board is that he has a solid reputation, He has made no promises that he hasn't or could not meet.
There is a lot of horses here ahead of the cart. Let it play itself out , step by step. There is great potential, but the path from a pinkie sheet to a multi dollar stock is one not travelled often, with many carcasses of companies and investors laid bare.
Be patient and let it unfold, like the blossoms of a early spring.
Enjoy it.
A very competitative field. You think Jim is the only one who saw environmental concerns on the horizon , and the amount of potential work to do? I think not, which is why it is best to be the first out of the starting gate.
There are probably more than just this one, so lets get the move on here.
