I hope everyone has a nice relaxing holiday weekend.
Amen, very nicely said. They only need one or two things to kick-start the process as far as getting recognition and the share price climbing significantly. we could get any sort of business in South Korea that would be one of the biggest and sustaining issues. They could get a carbon capture project or a try generation project of any significant size. Or they could just complete a couple of projects that have not been announced as completed yet although one of them is complete. They could get a big investor or they could get a new capitalization financing deal that resolves all of their immediate financial concerns. Any one of those would boost the share price over the same valuation is Plug Power. which would mean almost an immediate thousand percent game for any investors.
Good luck with the storm I'll say a prayer for you. No he was not an employee he was a board member only. And definitely not involved in day-to-day operations. Should have been brought a breast on at least a monthly basis of the status of the company and probably was one of the most inquisitive on the board. there may have certainly been a thought of him being a potential leader in the future by the time they decided to release chip. Don't forget some of chips ideas we're good although he was not a good leader and did not research or know enough about what he needed to do to make sure the company did not end up in this situation. In other words he was ignorant they had the wrong person at the helm. Now I believe they have the right person at the helm and the company will not only be fine but they will prosper substantially within the next year. For now all they need to do is prove that they have no problem with funding operations for the next year. Which means all of their immediate debt issues will be resolved. It also means they will have plenty of money to start executing the backlog. Which in turn means they will be profitable in 2020. I'm certain you all recognize some people change their stance on occasion from extremely negative to positive. In the mental health field that would be called bipolar. In the financial Field the way it's happened that would just be considered day trading.
Just Google hydrospider. It's not FCEL
Blasting permission was granted and complete quickly. These units weight tons and need to be prepped, sited then completed, then hooked up etc. You'll see
I concur and hope one thing they implement soon is a policy on updates to investors. I have suggested a monthly news letter many times in emails to Mr. Gelston
Yes, I know the date of the article, and wasn't trying to imply it was new. I was posting because of the efficiency of the past projects and the fact that they have a current project ready to be commissioned.
Market, or Zac's, expecting $16-$17 million, We will top $20, but getting Hercules and NRG paid and staying under 200 million shares is more important. Not gonna be a problem, even at $.32 cents, if they had to, ATM with $23 million only brings it to just under $198 million shares. Far less than plug and Ballard.

And just think they ordered another one that's just waiting for a power purchase agreement.
Ask FuelCellenergy2020. He should know, he's from the company in the future.
That means a decent chunk of revenue added each quarter over the coming years. This is going to be big. I don't like the fact they blame faulty cells on FCEL, but that's really going to be irrelevant. Our product is proven. That's part of the reason for the June 1 year update on the KOSPO project
That's Weak. 650000 shares traded and it's down one penny, really. Lol!!! Wait till we see 20 million plus shares traded then we know where the stocks going.
Still showing the plant commercial almost a year later!! I wonder why?

And fuel cells have made the least amount of penetration or progress. They will be the faster-growing of the other technologies in the few years following.

The most recent quarter that I could find all of the details to. we are going to continue to have an increase in licensing and service because of the increasing amount of age do units and obviously the $10 million licensing agreement with Exxonmobil for Q3.Generation was $1.5 Q1 and $1.9 Q1 2018. Gen will likely be at least $6 million for Q3 due to BP and TS. we did not have either of them for the whole quarter but most of the quarter. so Q4 generation will be even greater. The rest of this post is directly from the q1 2019 earnings report.
Service and license revenues totaled $11.8 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2019 compared to $4.1 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2018. The increase is primarily due to a higher number of scheduled module replacements under the Company’s service agreements in the first quarter of fiscal 2019, as well as the benefit of the long-term service agreement with Korea Southern Power Company (“KOSPO”) in South Korea entered into during fiscal 2018.
Generation revenues totaled $1.5 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2019 compared to $1.9 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2018. Revenue was lower primarily due to the timing of plant maintenance in the first quarter of fiscal 2019 compared with the first quarter of fiscal 2018.
Advanced technologies contract revenues totaled $4.5 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2019 compared to $3.1 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2018. Revenue was higher for the first quarter of fiscal 2019 primarily due to the timing and mix of activity under existing contracts.
Product revenues decreased $29.5 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2019 compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2018. The decrease is primarily a result of the completion of deliveries in fiscal 2018 under a 20 megawatt (MW) order for a utility project owned by KOSPO
Yes everyone has the flame under their butt to be active on a daily basis. We are going to see results over the coming weeks and coming months or fail. I firmly believe the results will show up. I'm certain mr. Few I knew exactly what was going on when he took on this task. And I also firmly believe it would not have taken on this task if you do not believe that it was reasonably possible.
I read them over quickly Max. I did not read every detail I was searching and searching for any updates and when I came across them I checked the dates and mistakenly said they are all completed on September 30th. I did notice after the fact the first one completion date was 2018 and I believe the last two were completion dates in 2020. I'm going to assume based on your comments and your past research that your interpretation is accurate. I'm exhausted right now been working my butt off. If I feel up to it I'm a read it a little bit closer tonight. We do need to see an update ASAP regarding financing for the Groton project. Fifth Third wanted an update by yesterday. I believe we should see a filing with some sort of an update by Monday ironically the day our new CEO takes his seat. I feel pretty good about that one.
Thanks I thought about it but I spent enough time looking for it and needed to get to sleep. We will reap rewards by October but I think sooner.
Click this link to NETL.doe.gov, type in FuelCell energy in search and scroll down. Click on all 6 projects. 5 end September 30, 2019! Coincidence? This is going to be a massive gain between Q3 and Q4. A lot of advanced technology $ coming in between Q3 & Q4 between Exxonmobil and DOE and increased Generation portfolio with BP and TS. Good reading, have fun!

Henrik wrote an article today within hours after the 8K announcing the new CEO. He's obviously being paid by somebody and he must be being paid enough that he's not worried about looking like a complete idiot. He stated in the article he sees no way they are going to avoid bankruptcy. That's not only on intelligent but completely insane and anybody with a brain can figure that out!
That's odd do you own B shares? Because three other people that do stated they got their dividends.
Okay I have a good question, not to mock you or anyone else claiming that they are selling shares at a certain price or unloading a lot of shares at a certain time, however I have to ask how is it you come to the conclusion they're selling a lot of shares at $0.38? I've seen many people claiming that they have been selling shares at different times only to find out that they are only at 126 million shares or just under actually! And relatively speaking 126 million shares is not a lot. I don't think they need the cash that much right now and they're waiting to sell shares when the price goes up to 70 or 80 cents, if not higher. I don't know if they will disclose outstanding shares even by the conference call. With all the money they are paying out recently Whith B dividends and upfront money's to mr. Few, getting Hercules down to 5.7 million, I don't think cash is an urgent issue this month. If and I would expect they are, they have a couple of good news releases coming before the end of August, I believe we can get 70 to 80 cents no problem. Seems to me like they are setting up for a big earnings in conference call in early September.
Note the first part (in Asia)!
We recently discussed our relaunch of our sub-megawatt solution in Europe, and this is expected to be part of a broader effort to re-engage the international markets, including Asia and Europe. We also plan to continue to develop fuel cell technology for major advanced technology initiatives, especially in the area of carbon capture, collaborating with third parties on funded programs. We also intend to instill a culture based around lean principles, focus on operational effectiveness, maintain our focus on fiscal discipline, and continue to work to optimize our capital structure. Lastly, we plan to make FuelCell Energy a vibrant place to work, one where our team members can take pride in what they accomplish and grow professionally. Collectively, these will build the foundation of a stronger, more successful FuelCell Energy going forward.”
I think 720% is rather low over the next 12 months. I'm thinking we see that by the end of October easily.
Here is March, much less Revenue, much greater cash on hand. Seems to me they need more $ quickly.

Read the entire article. The growing support and momentum is why my pps targets are so high. When I post my opinion of pps, that is not necessarily when I think it will end up after the rise. It where I think it will hit before it pulls back and settles in at a more reasonable valuation.

Historically they release earnings and have conference call sometime between the 5th and 12th. And they usually announce about 2 weeks ahead of time when earnings in conference call will be. If in fact it is the fourth and they announce that 2 weeks ahead I would definitely be optimistic. Putting it off until the 11th could indicate they were waiting another week for something else to happen. I guess we'll find out this coming week. If in fact it is the Ford I'm pretty sure we will hear something this week. We may even hear something this week if it's the 11th.
Well this is the first that I've heard it's on the 4th. I would expect after earnings it is higher than what it is before earnings. Conference call should be very upbeat especially if they finalize anything with NRG or Hercules or Tulare or triangle Street. I don't think anyone has earnings expectations over 20 million. None of the analysts anyway. Someone else on here had some good figures that I agree with and I am looking at somewhere between 20 and 23 million dollars. of course part of that is related to the 10 million dollar licensing agreement with ExxonMobil but it's still greater than anyone is expecting right now as far as the professionals that's what the market is going to respond to. I'm hoping we challenge the $0.80 resistance level. With good enough news we should be well over a dollar. But there are so many different things that can happen between now and then. The dollar is triangle Street has an official sale or power purchase agreement worked out and Tulare is completed. That should result in NRG and Hercules being paid in full.
Even though you didn't finish, we get the idea, and I agree. We just needed a more experienced intelligent leader. If we had gotten Huron involved by January, we may not have needed the RS, but at the very least wouldn't have traced back below $1 after the split.

You have said some things making very little sense if any. But this tops it all. If they were getting bought out for anything under $1 billion, it would have already happened. No way anyone is getting this for less than $2 billion and that's highly unlikely!
