Hey 2k is 2k. This is a solid company to grow that with. Are you talking $2k or 2,000 shares?

We couldn't go as low as .0075 without news... so with all of this news there isn't a chance in the world. Where do all these bashers always come from? Why does one always poke in? It is like they just wait for a stock to become popular and go after it... why? Don't these children have school in the morning?

We still have about 2 million in volume without any exposure. With this news we should see a nice spike in volume that should increase until we hit these acquisitions and then it should go through the roof. I'm expecting volume of 8-10 million tomorrow at least with volume of 50-100 million once we get to these acquisitions... which is why it is important to buy your shares now!

I need to get text alerts about news for my stocks... that's pretty awesome. I get them for Kirklands for some reason... not sure why... I would never buy stock in that. God I hate that place! ;0

Just imagine next year... there will be 40 locations by the end of this year! Anyone that rides AMSZ from now to then is going to have a substantial chunk of money! I'm definitely in it until .25-.50. I could handle having a net worth of half a million dollars... I'm down with that!

For those of you in for the quick gain... no brainer! But I'd suggest holding for the even longer gain. But definitely an easy 6 bagger with potential of hitting 10.

I would suggest if you are looking to buy in that you look at the L2 and just start your bid at .0125 . I'm sure we'll gap to this tomorrow anyway. The MMs have a false ask below that with only 5,000 shares. Most likely you will only obtain small lots upwards of .015-.019. The stock is going to rally hard so just jump your ask from the start, get in, and you'll be happy that you did. This thing is going to EASILY ride up to .05-.08 due to this news and the more important acquisitions that are happening the end of this week and next week. Stock is VERY undervalued so anytime is a good time to get in.

Agreed! If the volume is high this thing will explode. Looks like we have 45 million shares available due to CEO holdings and secured shares. I have 1 million of those, another person in here has 1.3 million, and I'm sure there are many other millions already taken up... this stock is pretty oversold and it is going to put a hurt on the MMs tomorrow! We have so much power in our position right now! Lets rally this and make the MMs choke on it!

That's something I would put on my wall... and after I make my money on this stock a year from now when I finally get out... if I do... I'll make sure I have it commissioned.

If you look at these numbers... oooh man... this thing could really take off. There aren't a lot of shares to go around. I'm just happy I have a million... now just 79 million more and I'll be making decisions... but first I have to get the CEO off of part of his 62% share. ;0

I would expect mostly high numbers after the acquisitions. This isn't something you should buy tomorrow and flip tomorrow. This is something you should buy tomorrow and hold for the acquisitions. If we get enough people to do that the stock could soar to insane levels because there aren't a lot of available shares. 127 million. Which I believe the CEO owns 80 million of. That's not a lot at all..

I'm not sure if it will make it all the way back to the 52 week high tomorrow... but I would say that is WELL within reason by the end of next week as the acquisitions take place. Those are what will truly determine how high it will go. This news is huge for a company like this but those... wow... they will more than double the size of the company over night.

I am thinking that if we break .015 (which we should), then we should see .02 if it breaks .02 then we'll see .03. It is a somewhat different situation because normally you are working off a rise due to PR not a rise due to PR with two LARGER PRs expected in the next couple days. This one really could go MUCH higher. Not to mention the float is pretty much gone so MMs could be forced into a squeeze.

I'm not really sure what will happen tomorrow. It depends on who is buying into the stock. If we get solid investors that hold the stock then it will keep jumping. The key is that we DO NOT SELL until it hits AT LEAST .05-.10. This is critical! If we knock down the number of available shares then the stock is going to leap up in price. We all know it is going to jump again once the small acquisition happens and tons more when the large one happens and that is all coming in the next 10 days. This is a great stock to grab, ride it up tomorrow for solid gains and hold it for future gains.

This is what I'm looking forward to the most! MMs have been pissing me off lately so this should be fun watching them eat it big time tomorrow... the float is small anyway but now that it is virtually wiped out... they are going to have to cover big time! ;0

So much lined up all at once too! I didn't expect this PR tonight. I knew something was coming but I thought it would be the acquisitions so this is just a bonus prior to those coming.

Wow... looks like we are below the 20, 50, and 200 day moving average... this stock is WAY too low... great buy price for everyone looking to pick up shares or more shares for those already in. I'm going to attempt to buy another 500,000 - 1,000,000 tomorrow to get ready for the runup through the week. ;0

I think .02 is definitely well within reason. With the float pretty much wiped out, we'll have to see the how bad the short position is in the morning. If the short is high a quick runup could force them to buy. It could be all the ingredients for a huge jump early. Since the stock is so undervalued the price should also hold... and then there will be another jump going into each of the two acquisitions.

Hasn't been down for two days? Or did we breakeven the day before last? I think it is two days straight of downs... and then followed by news... with a 52 week high of .10 that was achieved with MORE SHARES... we now have less shares, more company, and soon to be a double sized company... great chance for a huge bounce!

This might not be a bad idea! I've been going crazy watching my 3-4 bagger that ended today. I'm ready for a new one! But it is crazy because I stay up late and wake up even earlier... not really sure when I sleep or why it hasn't affected me yet.

And the larger they become the bigger they are going to grow. Economy of scale is a BIG thing. They will be able to buy products cheaper, obtain better talent, and grow faster as they have a greater pool of money to pull from.

It definitely could but with 20 different appointments at the same time, that is HUGE for a medical spa. I think they know what is set to happen in that area. I'm ready to see this thing really take off! It is going to be one hell of a ride and I think the President is going to be very happy himself... he does own like 80 million shares! ;0

Hahaha... well everything that happens here is going to get things that much closer. The company is growing quickly, but they are doing it very intelligently to make sure they cover their bases. They are communicating with their lawyers every step of the way to make sure each step is well planned. These acquisitions are going to be monumental!

And if he doesn't start charging, I have a grill that can fix that... the stock should be pretty bullish though so I don't foresee that being an issue! ;0

AMSZ is going to explode over the next week. They just released news of new revenues projected of $1 million with a reduction of operating expenses of $100,000 through the opening of their 14th medical spa location. This was announced on the closing bell!

The company is also set to announce the acquisition of another company with 3 locations in TN at the end of this week or early next week.

In ADDITION to all of this, they are going to be acquiring a second company that could potentially double their current number of locations. They are finalizing the details with their lawyers tomorrow and news on that should be coming out either this week or next.

The stock is currently WAY undervalued with revenue projections of $10 million for 2010 with PROFITS of $2 million. They also expect to have 40 locations by the end of the year. This company is growing, the management is solid, and is a VERY solid contender to be an 8-10 bagger within a month with 5-6 in the next 5-7 days.

The stock should shoot up for some solid gains tomorrow due to the most recent news that came after the bell but the biggest are going to come as the acquisition information is released. Regardless, this stock is prime to leap! Check out the number of outstanding shares compared to the $10 million in projected revenue in 2010 and you'll see it should be priced around $.08 currently but it is at .009. Great opportunity to get in on the ground of a 10 bagger.

Solid choice for a flagship location. Coral Gables is big money! I don't blame them and that is a HUGE operation if they can have 20 appointments at a time. The big thing is that they are going to have a PLASTIC SURGEON on staff. I think this is a solid idea with the possibility that they could add one to every location... who knows... but that's big money right there.

It is because I live in Florida that I like this company so much. I hear about them all the time on the radio when I do business in Orlando. I won a spa package from a charity raffle and ended up visiting one of their locations a while back and it was a nice place. I think once you visit it you'll be even more convinced about how solid this one is. I just wish everyone could take the time to check it out.

This is a really big deal! How many shares does the President have again? Isn't it something like 80,000 shares? That doesn't leave a lot in play... good stuff when you are trying to smash shorters!

Once that ask is jumped this thing will explode. We already know the ask is .0125 to get past the currently super low MM asks. It will just take one buy of 30,000 shares at .0125 to shoot this up to .0135 if I am correct. I'll have to look at the L2 again. Regardless... I'm thinking the MMs might just cover early so that they don't risk a major jump. They tried to get out of their positions today but I doubt they were able to. Should be interesting!

Agreed! This is the question of the century... this company is ridiculously undervalued IMO at current levels. The next weeks worth of solid news is only going to bring them where they SHOULD be already. I believe the price will normalize much higher than most stocks because of that.

Here is what they have lining up:

- 2 Pending acquisition deals that could more than double their current number of locations.

- Revenues projections growing by 500% this year alone. Profits of $2 million for 2010.

- New location and headquarters to open end of next month. This will reduce operating expenses $100k.

- The addition of plastic surgery to one location with the possibility of others in the future.

- etc etc etc

I would love to see .03 on this current run, that would be a gain of 300+%. I'm thinking .02 tomorrow with a run up to .06 by the end of next week and a capper of .02 for a total of .08 by the time the final acquisition goes through. The float is gone so that should eliminate the shorts right out front.
