I have never seen a space for "a plan" on IRS form "C"
The only thing I see wrong with your argument is:
1.) Fast and steady beats slow and steady
2.) Some investors want volatility
3.) A good financial advisor can find investments faster than anyone can make money
4.) Not all investors are conservative

-- In-house accounting. Our current outsourcing configuration has resulted in delays for filing our quarterly financials. BRAVADA has completed the interview process and will make these changes for Q3 reporting.
I believe that he states that he is making changes in the accounting firm - nowhere does it state that he will make changes in the time of delivery. A subtle distinction and a good dodge; nonetheless no comittment given here.
Frankly, until next week; no news is good news!
Sorry - my last post was to Hermso not Natural
Surely (I hope you don’t mind my calling you Surely ), looking everything over, I think that that’s the best of results. I’m easy, I’ll take either.
natural born JD.....I'm too busy
for takeovers, innsurections or "hands on" management. That's why I invest - leave the work to others.
I understand. But remember you are looking at the problem through your eyes. Maybe he see it as a way to get people off his back. Maybe he sees investors as just that; people who trusted his business judgment. Suddenly he sees investors as trying to be his Board of Directors.
This is not a defense for him, simply that we should look evenly at both sides of the argument. Remember, his statements not withstanding, he does not have to file anything.
It’s been my experience that most small companies file late or not at all, regardless of the state of the P&L. Small companies are run by entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs abhor what they consider minutia. And most consider reports minutia. It’s the nature of the beast. Get over it and stop whining. If you want a plethora of reports, invest in IBM; maybe small caps are not for you.
It’s tough to remember you are there to drain the swamp when you are fighting off the alligators.
It already blows!!
I would like to say something positive about HEME as moderator; but the more I look, the worser it looks.
I've got 32K / $.0075 @ 9:35 - 22K /.0047 @9:57
Not necessarily illegal.
It depends upon which State you are referring. Some states only require that one of the two parties know (prohibiting wiretaps)about the tape.
Was the phone on speaker, invalidating expectation of privacy?
Was the information disseminated for the purpose of giving stockholder(s) information?
I'm not trying to start an argument here, but leave the legal conclusions to the lawyers and just argue the substantive issues.
PS: my name of LJDJD is actually LJD, J.D.
Probably fly right into the side of a mountain!!
With $52 in the kitty, the had better get a law firm that will take it on contingency.
I am also concerned about the neutral communicator fiasco.
Sorry, I have been following MFLI and AFTC very closely today. I'll do some research this eve and see what I can find.
I am sory you lost money on this. I luckly never bought any, but I know several members of the Yahoo board are planning to bring suit.
It would appear that they have a ligitimate cause of action; but I do not know all the facts.
REPRINT from www.stockfrontrunners.com/It seems like the promotional joy for Healthmed Services Ltd. stock and its investors is coming to an end. That cannot be called unexpected, but the promoters keep sending their alerts.
After the second large promotional jump on Friday, yesterday HEME crashed down by 21.67% on a volume of 20.35 million shares, or eight times the average for the pink sheets stock.
After $10,000 have been paid for HEME's appreciation at the end of September, the next portion of alerts, sent out on Friday, was supposedly for free.
The share price reacted, but the company's attempts to concur the stock market also over countless press releases were not convincing. It looks like HEME's intended future product is a so called neural communicator that will allow disabled individuals send neural signals to remotely control the functions of a computer or mobile equipment.
Two sentences in the company's latest 10-Q have been devoted to that revolutionary technology: "Healthmed is entering into the beta stage of software testing of an application that allows remote access between the Apple iPad and a stationary PC. This software will allow healthcare professionals to be mobile and provide convenience for notes and records".
After traders were not so convinced of the uniqueness of that planned product and of its ability to generate sales as long as it is developed at some time in the future, the company's new management and new IR&PR firm (announced also at the end of September) can now hope that finally some big institutional investors will see some value in their planned new business and will provide them with some cash.
Because, as we previously reported, HEME is in urgent need of it. For the first six months of the year, HEME managed to spend the $8,073 they had and was left at the end of June with $52 in the bank, with which over $300,000 in debts had to be repaid.
Ya know, there is a big difference between "trending down" and taking the "black diamond" trail on a verticle run!
Yah, I screamed on other Boards about selling off because of small B/A incremental drops. But people were scared and were being double teamed by Shorters who were bashing the stock. Myopia at work!
I was looking at the bullpen and the small incremental bid down steps. Hopefully yuo are right.
.0046 still the first squeeze. Same as last month. Took a break and ran the numbers.
Also the run down begins....20K @ .0035
Thanks for the update...have you got a tally on the latest squeeze trigger. . . I'm doing about 6 things right now.
Seems to have resistance lately @ .003; rather see resistance at .3
The run down attempt for the day has started
Yah, yah, Yah....what's an hour between friends?!
I read 1:21 and wrote 2:21
That's what I"ve got (at 2:21)
In the long run, it will probably get better - in the long run - we will all be dead.
Thanks for the information. (and I apologize in advance for anyone who has all this information. It is not my intention to talk down to anyone; but if this helps just one person on this board then it is worth the time). For those who do not have dynamic real time charting, I would suggest that you go to the top of the AFTC page and click on the following:
live charts>select a study>edit>[choose a graph of choice]
This will give you lots of (nearly) up to the minute information.
Based on yesterday’s close the following information is accurate:
Bollinger Bands
AFTC is trading within its Bollinger Bands. This is a normal condition and suggests that the stock is neither overbought nor oversold relative to the recent price action.
MACD
AFTC's MACD is indicating a weak bearish signal. Although the indicator is above the critical level of 0, which implies that the underlying moving averages are bullish, the MACD has crossed below its 9day moving average or signal line. This suggests that positive momentum has begun to slow.
Stochastics
The Stochastic Oscillator is registering a bearish signal as the %K is below the %D. However, the oscillator has dropped below the critical value of 20 and AFTC is now oversold. An oversold condition means that the recent downside momentum is not sustainable.
Having said all that, remember that this is a pinkie and is subject to mood swings and hot flashes. The charts are frequently misleading. Understanding candlesticks is (in my opinion) more important than anything else in trending for day traders.
I would hope, however, that none of us here are day trading or shorting.
I haven't checked lately, but I think the squeeeeeze triger starts around .0046
Hope you're talking about 2010 holidays ?!
read #2654 and #2740 - and everything in between if you have time. It will explain a lot.

Go to and enter AFTC
on the OTC website AFTC is listed with a Caveat Emptor and a Stop sign. They are to be removed by Nov 22? and Dec 22?
more detail in next message
I'm ceratinly not dismissing the CE and
I think that Jim should have addressed this sooner than he did. But I am willing to wait (patiently and quietly) until the appointed time at which the CE and Stop should be removed. If they are not, I shall be more vocal than you have ever ben.
By your logic
or lack thereof; GM, BAC, FNMM and FMCC are scams. What someone will pay (subjective) and what something is worth (technical) do not necessarily have anything to do with each other. But you already knew that!
General Motors is a scam because they took everyone's money and went belly up.
Ford is a scam because it went from $10 to $2 and everyone sold at a loss. Then the big boys bought it back and it is now $16. WHAT A SCAM!!!
These aren't scams, these are circumstances.
AFTC is fighting shorters and trying to keep ahead of other "green" competetion.
But you already know all of this. How's about some statistical analysis to back up your statements.
PS: Cisco has had its ups and downs.
"Yah, but they make up in volume." ?
RE: Don Brown Bus contract from July
The July contract is for 25 units at $750,000. or $30,000. per unit. Their website quotes conversion costs at $99,000 per unit, which would be $2,475,000. for 25 units.
Can anyone reconcile the discrepancy?

The claim on the website from September is that HEME was going to launch Virtual Vantage. To date I have seen nothing.
If anyone has any tangible evidence good or bad I would love to hear it. So far the only news I have in all negative.
Looks like mulliganshouse7 warned everybody about this last month.
Everyone better read this
Ezra Smith of C Jones consulting been trying to contact HEME for the last month. They will not return his call's and he also stated that they are no longer involved with HEME.
Neural Communicator by TFZR of Serbia took home 2nd place at MS Imagine Cup in 2010. But - and this is a big "BUT" ... TFZR is a group of college kids, not an American corporation called HEME.
My bet (and I think it's a good one) is HEME has nothing to do with Neural Communicator other than they phished around for an idea to make their scam company seem legit and came up with this.
Otherwise, why wouldn't they proudly proclaim where NC came from and how they obtained its rights, etc. Nope, instead, they issue a vague PR saying HEME took 2nd place at Imagine Cup. The h*ll they did! Team TFZR of Serbia won 2nd place.
Also, stinks hugely of scam. Multiple company address (California, Nevada, Arizona), Phoenix address is not a business address but a house owned by 2 women that went into foreclosure. No one answers phone EVER at listed company telephone number (just VM), no press releases since scandal, nothing substantial in ANY WAY to back up their claim that they are who they say they are. PR news releases issued prior to arrests were obviously written by someone without much education. Certainly they were not constructed by someone trained in financial business writing affairs.
And now ... it's all quiet on the western front.
I wouldn't place ANY credibility on HEME's claim of having Neural Communicator. I certainly give them a ZERO on truthfulness of winning 2nd place in the 2010 MS Imagine Cup.
Skeptics are good – dreamers are good. Usually, neither are 100% correct, and somewhere in the middle is the truth.
Let’s all think like dreamers and reason like skeptics. We should all come out of this the better for it.
