There is a time and season for all things and SVFC must in the end do what is in the best interest of the shareholders.
That is absolutely correct and that is where patience is required on the part of longs. I truly believe and agree with what you wrote. This is an investment for me and will, IMO, pay off handsomely. A day like today is just another day to add a few more shares if one is able to. Selling on a day like today, IMO, is just plain foolish. GLTA SVFC$$$$
Almost like stealing IMO!!! SVFC$$$$
Took my own advice and added another 425,000 @ .0029 giving me a total of about 15M. SVFC is on sale! SVFC$$$$
shivas38, how the hell am I supposed to know? These things will happen when they happen! The company is aware of the late 10-Q and will announce a CFO when they are ready. That's just the way it is! SVFC$$$$
Good post shish. You knocked it out of the park with your summation. For each of the reasons you stated I am holding on to my shares and adding on dips. BTW, your Dad was correct. Common sense tells me not to sell one single share! SVFC$$$$
Feeling good about SVFC$$$$ Happy Father's Day to longs and shorts! Spending the afternoon watching the US Open with my 87 year old dad. My kids are grown and I am a grandfather as well. Life goes by fast! All dad's and mom's enjoy the day with loved ones!
No BBW, this is what you wrote:
THIS IS WHAT STEVEN VICTOR HAS DONE USING PUBLIC COMPANY FUNDS FOR PERSONAL/PRIVATE PRACTICE GAINS
You wrote this with no factual evidence to support it. The links you supplied did NOT implement Dr. Victor. Opinions are just that, opinions. Facts need to be supported with evidence. There is no evidence of what you wrote as factual.
SVFC$$$$
Actually it is! SVFC's future has never been brighter! Sure, there will be red days and green days along the way. Can't get caught up with each days movement. In fact it is such a fine day I'm grabbing my golf clubs! Everyone have a great weekend!! SVFC$$$$
BBW, you deny writing this?
THIS IS WHAT STEVEN VICTOR HAS DONE USING PUBLIC COMPANY FUNDS FOR PERSONAL/PRIVATE PRACTICE GAINS
The above quote is what you wrote so you own it. Therefor it is opinion, or perhaps wishful thinking, of what was read within the provided links and NOT based on any factual evidence whatsoever within said links!!
SVFC$$$$
BBW, you wrote:
THIS IS WHAT STEVEN VICTOR HAS DONE USING PUBLIC COMPANY FUNDS FOR PERSONAL/PRIVATE PRACTICE GAINS
This is based on opinion and NOT supported in any way by facts. The links included with the above quote DO NOT implicate Dr. Victor in any manner you suggest. The above quote is an opinion and NOT factual! SVFC$$$$
IR will never learn. They are getting desperate and will continue to make the same boneheaded mistakes. Again, stick a fork in them!! SVFC$$$$
BBW, WRONG!! Words like "could" suggest possible circumstances. Possible circumstances IS the same as hypotheticals!! Long and strong!! SVFC$$$$
LOL, well, we'll see. Too many hypotheticals in your post. SVFC$$$$
shish, this is a great post. It sums up the status of SVFC very well and could not be stated any better. Very well said my friend. SVFC$$$$
Yes sir! Shorts won't get one single share from me! Long and strong!! SVFC$$$$
I couldn't find a "Slick Vic" associated anywhere with SVFC. I am unable to find anything to support any of your dire predictions. I read your post but like all things written they are subject to the readers interpretation. My interpretation of the company is also very different from yours. My mind will not be persuaded from what I believe to be true. GLTU in your conquest. Long and strong!!! SVFC$$$$
Lol, I understand your dilemma. Been there, done that. Thanks for your contributions to the board! Long and strong!! SVFC$$$$
canitocano73, I have a suggestion. Call Clay Parker, 1-305-539-3306, Investor Relations, and ask him about the late 10-Q. You have suspicions so I would go to the source. SVFC$$$$
roller150, I agree with you 100%. My point is that there are more than a few barking because the PPS doesn't go up daily. Those expectations are unreasonable. There are some, probably traders, looking for news, regardless of the reason or source. I'm not interested in the short term fluctuations because I expect them. I am in this long term because I believe this will eventually go up significantly. I guess that is the point I was trying to make. GLTU SVFC$$$$
Fluff causing a one day pop followed by a next day drop is typical of too many penny stocks. I don't want that. It doesn't accomplish a thing. Fluff is almost always generated by a third party and they are compensated for the advertising. Again, we don't need that. News will come when deemed relevant. Just because no news doesn't mean SVFC is idle. The company is very busy and putting out nonsense PR's is not, nor should it be, high on their priority list. Patience my friend! There will be plenty of relevant news in the future! SVFC$$$$
.0039 x .0040, nice!! SVFC$$$$
.0038 x .0039, looking good! SVFC$$$$
Yes sir! It's only a matter of time until blast off!! Long and strong!!! SVFC$$$$
Have you contacted Parker to tell him exactly what you just wrote? Here is his number, 305-539-3306. Please let us know how that conversation went. SVFC$$$$
Fluff PR's are not the answer and that isn't the way SVFC does business. When they have something meaningful to say they will say it. SVFC$$$$
He typically gives answers like this to questions he is unable to answer without violating SEC regulations. He will tell you when asked that he can't share certain information that is not available to other shareholders because it will violate SEC regulations. Anything available to the public he will gladly discuss. Parker is consistent with his responses. SVFC$$$$
Well said my friend. SVFC$$$$
They are very aware of the fact the 10-Q is late. This according to a conversation I had with Clay Parker. There is a reason for it being late and Mr. Parker was not at liberty to discuss it. The 10-Q will come out when the ALL necessary info needed is available. BTW, late filings is a problem the company will be addressing going forward. This again according to Mr. Parker. At least the company acknowledges their shortcomings with shareholders. Expect a conference call in the future as well. This company DOES realize the importance of the shareholders! SVFC$$$$
Cosmic_Chi, I suggest you call Clayton Parker, SVFC Investor Relations, 1-305-539-3306. He will gladly address any concerns you may have. I have spoken with him several times. One of the topics we discussed was the importance of a future conference call for investors. BTW, he always returns my call within 1 business day. GLTU SVFC$$$$
shish, OUTSTANDING post! Yeah, the complaining gets old. Common sense and patience will benefit longs. Anybody looking for immediate profits need not apply as this MAY take a little time to develop! Long and strong!! SVFC$$$$
Manufacturing news isn't the way to go. Relevant news is what we'll get when it happens. The doctor isn't going to put out fluff to appease shareholders. We'll we fine! SVFC$$$$
Nice bounce after the pullback yesterday. This a very good sign going forward. Shorts hoping for a downward trend are undoubtedly disappointed and confused and I feel bad about that. LOL Long and Strong!! GOOOOO SVFC$$$$
I've had the same experience with him. He is always professional, courteous, and timely. He may not always know all the answers but he certainly doesn't try to BS you. SVFC$$$$
Thank you shish. You WILL receive a response from Parker. Did you include a cell number for him to reach you? That seems to be his preferred way of communicating due to his busy schedule. Just guessing but you may have received a quicker response from him via a phone call. SVFC$$$$
I think after yesterdays pullback any green finish today would be really good. Just don't want to see the pullback turn into a downward trend. IMO the pullback was necessary, and ultimately very good for the stock going forward. Now let's see if we can resume the upward trend. Slow and steady would be just fine! SVFC$$$$
Yes, you could literally lose your shorts! Long and strong!! SVFC$$$$
Yep, healthy and nothing to be concerned about. Never have seen a stock go up every single day without pullbacks along the way. Has to happen. SVFC$$$$
I disagree with every word of this baseless, nonsensical, trash:
more failed hope, more failed hype & yet more failed dreams
Failure? NO!! Great long term investment? YES!!! SVFC$$$$
LOL, you will find similar language in any forward-looking statement unless the company is irresponsible. Would you expect them to promise the earth, the stars, and the moon? Why don't you read some other forward-looking statements and find one example of a company promising a rosy future? LMAO SVFC$$$$
None of that will matter as long as we keep our eyes on the prize. Patience is the key. We have a winner here and longs WILL be rewarded IMO. GLTU SVFC$$$$
