13 Trading Days ago...

We were told that ETIM is close to handing off the Financials package to the auditing firm, and after that, the completion of the Audited Financials "should not take longer than one week to 10 days."

Well, that was 13 days ago!!!! So, we may be getting a surprise ANY DAY NOW!!!!

Remember when we couldn't keep up with reading this board because there were so many ETIM-related posts and opinions? Let's get back to that again! That's what the newbies want to see when they are thinking of investing.

It would be nice to know that the accounting firm has completed the final financial package and has handed it off to the auditing firm. I wish they would give us SOME update on this....so we at least know if the auditing firm is holding the package.

According to the 5/25/2007 PR:

"According to Jim Parliament, CFO of Eternal Image, the company has received word from its accounting firm Harelik, Shapiro, Wolgin & Fine PC of Farmington Hills, Michigan that it is nearing completion of its tasks and should be ready to hand off the final financial package to the auditing firm Demetrius & Company, L.L.C., for their completion of audit procedures and issuance of their report."

Re: AFs..I think we've ignored THIS:

During the last conference call, we were told that the accountants were going to be "on site" at some point in May. So, it's pretty clear that they aren't "on site" all the time, so this is probably why the AFs are taking so long. Who knows if the accountants are at the ETIM site for 1 day, 2 days, or 10 days per month?

V--L is "starting to wake up again". LOL! What a bunch of crap. Those emails are so ridiculous.
