Hardly any buying on SVXY today.
Hmmm....best guesstimate, 318.75 to flush out the Opex gummy bears than down we go?
~d
Very nice. I use the same principles in stochastics and MACD. There's an interesting twist on non-divergence that I read about a while ago, and will post it later in the week.

SPY opened down per last post and met 296 projection at the bell for a New York minute. Nested June Hurst low is potentially in. Short term Hurst projection from rally today - 308 - already met and no new s/t projections.
Kind of a blah low, n'est pas?
Looking for either neutral or gap up tomorrow morning.
Next nested trough is due in early July per David Hickson's phasing (Sentient Trader). His phasing differs from mine.
Long term 3660 projection posted either a month or two earlier still out there. August looks to be very good.
I don't know about that, but for the first time ever I saw futures significantly lagging SPY. I had heard about that years ago, but never seen it before.
I am thinking we open up down on Monday.
Thanks, Vandalyind, it looks very interesting. I heard he was very good with his picks until he got famous.
Do you agree?
nowhat, that's the longest post I've ever seen you you make and I don't deserve the honor. Your market analysis's are terrific, although somewhat terse, lol, and I am looking forward to further updates.
Every rise today until late in the day was sold and it currently looks like Monday will continue the decline.

Thanks, you too, Morphius. One of my favorite trader buddies years ago was named Morphius.

Hi, jsc52033, It's basically a system of using cycles with a lot of moving parts. It's the moving parts that make it different from other systems. It's very good, but like any other system has it's flaws.
Peter Eliades of Elliot Wave fame has actually tarted using Hurst methodology, with a twist of his own. Of course, he doesn't call it that.
Here's some excellent videos about it by David Hickson, a trader who also offers software using it. As a self disclosure I don't have the software. If nothing else, you might want to follow his market updates.

I am close to keeping you on ignore during the day and let you out to feed with the other night creatures at night. What's a guillotine press, in detail, please.
~d
This is it. We're going up.~d eom
Yes, it does. Getting rid of my new system! LoL ~d eom
Thanks, fitzwell,
Yes, I know, but I remember hanging on to some one's word that was correct often in their calls, and how hard it was to lose money when they weren't. They wouldn't follow up on their posts ('calls') and I would hang on to a losing trade all day long.
It's a real challenge to trade. Lost a big chunk today and now gained back 30% when I finally reversed.
~d
Good, glad. I would had to lose anyone money. I have a new system and the numbers were the strongest I have ever had (for a long setup). Obviously, not as strong as before.
We look to be going down into the Hurst low due still and under 300, 296 is the next step.
~d
Potential for rally back weaker and weaker. DBC. Averaged down and closed out at a loss. Also added to July puts.
Still in Hurst low window, and still expecting rally out of that.
I will not be giving stock advice anymore. Those who followed me, I hope you used common sense in your trading.
I am looking for 305 to hold~d eom
Jury's still out...eom
I added 305 calls all the way down to 305. If I had handled it both ways like NN, I probably would be very happy right now.
But I'm stalking game in a different way today.
~d
Don't usually posts trades and started again, recently.
This might be the last day for a while, again. It messes with mah' head.
~d
Added to my one call (lol) at 306 and change. Will add more on either higher or lower, dips.
~d
I am expecting a strong rally into the close. Maybe even the last half hour, but could be earlier. This is based on current readings and of course, could change.
As I stated, the gap up has to unwind. Too many people selling into strength right now.
I don't think so (could change), though. My numbers are too strong.
So, for me it's a buy the dips kinda' day.
Best regards,
~d
There's very little volume above 312 and change, so sometimes that stops a really good run, the ceiling of good volume (here at 312-313). If it get's into the low volume area, could run to 316 pretty fast. Price always seeks volume. That's why new highs are so tricky to play.
Don't know about that (316) today, though, and still not sure this is the June Hurst low yet.
So, 313? I am not sure yet. I am looking for 310 or 11. It's on the table, though (313).
Momentum up is extremely strong, but these gaps suck a lot of the juice out of them, and it takes a while to unwind.
GLTY
No, I'm considering it, for sure...
We're just not there yet. Incidentally, price is not "parked at the top of the megaphone", as you stated. You completely violated the last peak with your upper TL. The line it's against is strong for sure, with multiple hits, but it's not 'the' megaphone.
It's a mini megaphone!
Yes, I do and more. Are you asking for today, though? Not sure if so.
~d
Still holding partial 305 calls from yesterday. Think this up day going to be very strong.
Most likely yesterday was the June Hurst low mentioned several times. Not sure yet.
~d
Edit: Will add to July puts as needed
Thanks, North. Many of your projections down align with mine and the problem is, too many others.
So.....up we go?
~d
Eyeballing charts and there is a s/t Hurst projection to 292 and if 300 gets violated 277.
Just guesstimates right now.
If this week looks to be the Hurst June nested low, 277 looks unlikely.
~d
A gap down tomorrow would be incredibly bullish, not bearish. Big Eli, If one happens, your 297 sounds good for that, or 296.
~d
Why do you even try?~D eom
Finally.
Looking at charts and they don't really look so bad.
~d
They're called ghost prints in my other group and very often are fulfilled overnight, the next day or within a few days, in my opinion and many others. Our informal take is that they are signals to other trading firms/mm's. And sometimes they are not.
A lot of people think they mean nothing, though.
I wouldn't worry about that too much yet.~d eom
Just bought some more 305 calls for tomorrow. Even if we gap down, I think we go up from there.
~d
Give it time for something that low and hedge against it with an otm call?
That's very low. Not saying we won't reach it, but what made you choose that strike?
The key word is 'if' it holds. I didn't have such a bad feeling about July, but I didn't expect the SPY to hit my March projection by June, either.
~d
What is your projection if a Wave C, Dr. Jerry?
Tia
Like, one otm contract for July.~d eom
