It's like some kind of sick sadist.
They let it get it's head above water just long enough to get a breath, then they shove it under again.
The line of people you are now in is so long you couldn't see the end of it with a telescope.
I understand where you made your mistake.
I hate that they keep doing this.
This company is a fine example of everything that is wrong with the stock market.

I don't think you're a hipocrite. You do seem to be diverging from your Top Gun program in this one instance but so what. This is an interesting situation and I was never involved in this kind of dividend before. I am glad that 1. my lower bid was finally filled and I didn't chase it. 2. it happened on Feb 7 so to the best of my knowledge I'm in for the share dividend. I shall sit back and see where this goes, unless it doubles from my entry, (doubtful) then I will sell enough to recoup my original money divi or no divi. I have some thoughts on where this might go but I shall not display my ignorance publicly. There seems to be an overabundance of that available on the boards already
Congratulations on your paroll
Amazing, one of the most sensible posts I've read on a message board tells me not to go by what I read on a message board. Kinda like a time travel paradox, If I travel back in time, and kill my greatgrandfather, then.............
Very impressive, almost 13 million shares of your company gets you a bit under 17k.
There's something to crow about
Lei è la fortuna benvenuta Buona
I'm in this am @ .091
It seems pretty clear, The ever present confusion on the message boards has lead me to disbelieve my reading ability however
uhcr dividend,
The Company is addressing this issue as several shareholders have contacted the Company regarding this matter; to be eligible to receive the 1 for 1 Share Dividend you must have purchased shares no later than Feb. 7, 2008 thus after settlement (3 days not including holidays or weekends) to be a shareholder of record on Feb. 11, 2008. This will entitle you to the Dividend.
This means eod tomorrow does it not
As of December 13, 2007 the Issuer had 60,258,567 shares of common stock issued
and outstanding, par value $0.0001 per share.
I would venture a bet that the current figure is at the least double the most recent filing number.
The a/s is over 1 billion
I hope you will take this with the intention I have when posting it. If you are unable to find out these things yourself because you're a newbie don't even consider buying this stock. (Actually don't consider it no matter what your level of expertise)
Tech indicators don't work, don't believe any of the pr's
If you've already bought, and you so much as smell any level of profit, sell
Look at the chart, I'm not trying to trick you.
"Kinda like a sewer"
That was funny, I crack myself up
I think they are successful because they operate behind the curtain of preexisting relationships of the companies they have aquired. Individual customers are dealing with divisions of the whole. Price and service are the only judgemental criteria. Do you examine the stock activity of the products you purchase? Why would they even care? Ethical and legal behavior are not always the paramount interest of business. People buy clothing sown by children, People wear shoes made by oppressed workers.
They are mearly a conduit, products flow through from suppliers to customers.
Investors pay the bills
Kinda like a sewer
Did you make that up ?

OTG is confident that the inherent strength of its business plan - sustained organic fundamental growth, and securing targeted and profitable multi-industry IT sales and service clientele - will remain a successful one. OTG is, above all else, dedicated to its chosen sector and is committed to the continued growth of its platform in terms of strengthening its bottom-line and adding to its wealthy stable of IT concerns.
Thank you so much for taking the time to put that all together.

Am I screwing up again? I've been reading back on some of their press and there seems to be a lot of back and forth with the o/s . Increase the float, reduce the float. I know, I shouldn't pay any attention to this and just play it. Are you taking the dividend into your plans or not? HELP ME I'm addicted to filings
As far as I know I am still on your email list and I follow your board.
I really think it is in my best interest to remain in an observational mode until I learn a little better how the game is played. I'm afraid my confidence has suffered as a result of my misinterpretation of this particular company. You have no idea how much time I put into this "hobby"
I have become a believer in your style of in and out as far as these penny stocks are concerned.
I'm on the sidelines with my pom poms, I wish you luck,
Like McArthur, "I shall return"
You misunderstand my reason for posting here.
Any position I once held here has been made worthless by my misinterpretation of the level of manipulation that was going on. I was unwilling to believe that a company that on the surface seemed to have so much going on would let their stock be sold into the toilet like they did. In that I was completely wrong.
This is now my Quixotic quest. I strive for the unattainable ideal.
On The Go is my windmill.
You can tip me to something anytime you like sir
I know it may be hard to believe but this company has an investor relations person (Yeah I know, imagine that job)

IDIOT
Anyone, and I include myself, who buys stock in this company is a complete idiot.
Just stand on the street corner and hand out your money to strangers, cause thats whats happening here.
Here's a lesson I learned with a couple of examples.
I was playing NIHK. It was good for consistant pops on press releases. I never held it, but it always came through on a pr for a quick pop. Then they hooked up with Dutchess for some equity based finiancing, The pops are dead and the stock is consistantly trending down.
OGOH,ONGO whichever incarnation you would like to discuss. Similar but Laurus and Dutchess. They paid off Dutchess but Laurus is flogging the stock relentlessly.
LESSON LEARNED: Never hold anything that gets into equity based finiancing. Sell anything that you currently hold the minute you find out they are using equity finiancing. Do not let the tech indicators fool you, They do not apply in these cases.
Sorry if this seems like a rookie lesson, but I promise you I'm right.
Our mod is currently in the jailhouse.
anyone know how to bake a cake?
Maybe we'll see an amendment filed soon
What would lead you to that conclusion?
