Greedy,
I am just curious, how many of the SEC filings have you actually read previous to the month of August?
Why did Furia buy Fronthaul. It looks to me like they acquired several million dollars of debt. Was that good for shareholders?
So far all the balance sheets I have read show overwhelming debt and concern for the business to be able to continue, with the exception of CVSU coming in to save the day.
If CVSU is the savior, don't you want to see an S-4? Don't you want to see combined financials filed with the SEC? What is the hold up on these things?
Until that happens, this is still Furia/Fronthaul from what I can tell and Furia looked like it was going bankrupt to me.
Where is the S-4?
According to the 8-K filed July 12, 2006 the S-4 was to have been filed persuant to the merger agreement, wasn't it?
Take close notice of this reason for allowing the parties to back out of the merger!
"the accuracy of the representations and warranties of the each party"
-----------------------------------
FHAL and CVSU intend to file an S-4 registration statement / prospectus in connection with the proposed Merger for the registration of the CVSU share pursuant to the Merger agreement. Completion of the Merger is subject to customary closing conditions, including, among other things, (i) absence of any order or injunction prohibiting the consummation of the Merger; (ii) the accuracy of the representations and warranties of the each party; and (iii) compliance of each party with its covenants.
The Merger Agreement contains certain termination rights for both CVSU and FHAL, and further provides that, upon termination of the Merger Agreement under specified circumstances.
Shares will be hard to sell.
You think shares are hard to find? The company can virtually give whoever, however many shares they want,

Furia, May 12, 2006 -
"However, the Company has incurred losses totaling $(6,870,801) since its reorganization and has a $(1,826,667) negative net worth at March 31, 2006. These factors raise substantial doubts about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern."
Let's just say for fun that this 10K does not get delivered or even worse news. I think hundreds, if not thousands, of you bought thousands of shares and are holding them.
If bad news comes out, who is going to buy those shares while everyone is trying to sell? Add to that people trying to short the stock on bad news.
How will the market absorb that in your opinion, say, IF it happened?
I'm not saying it's going to happen, but if the 10K is not filed and if any bad news comes out, what is your take on who would be buying the shares that all of you now hold?
If you are worried about someone influencing you to sell, get off the dang message board. Then you can cut off all contact with contrary opinions.
Most people want to hear all the ideas and information available. If you don't, then take off. What's your reason for being on a message board all day long every day?
In prison he would be known as Tut the Butt.
Where are all the longs running to? Why are people selling now? Isn't the 10K coming tomorrow on Friday the 13th?
You and your little cronies made me mad long ago. I don't care if you all make money, if this turns out to be a flop, people will lose money. Maybe not you, maybe not your buddy who told you about this to begin with, but someone will and will make you all part of hurting someone.
TallRob,
Listen, I realize this is not over and there is still a one in a million chance the stuff you have helped pump is true.
Let me ask you this. If this flops, you may still get out with a big profit before it does so you probably won't even care, will you care about the people who read this message board that bought over $2 or even over $3 a share if they lose money because of things that you helped to proliferate.
Right now this question means nothing. I am sure you still believe the 10K is coming tomorrow.
I would just like you to consider the possibility that you were wrong all along. Will you feel badly at all if you are?
RoD
Again you dodge the question. Have you EVER owned any shares that you obtained any way other than on the open market. You know exactly what I am asking you. You can run but you cannot hide and I am about to get really upset so I am just going to bed.
This has gone too far already.
I have given it many times. I do not hold a position in this stock. I do not know of anyone who is short this stock but I do know a couple of people who are long.
You dodged my question. I realize you could always buy. My question more specifically is, have you ever received shares through a private placement or any other way other than buying on the open market.
I do not think you will answer this because I believe you are well aware that people are being contacted.
Would you like to explain that comment? Did I say that or did someone else?
Sounds like Chris "Mindfreak" Angel made the shorts disappear.
Full Disclosure Request.
Were you ever a restricted share holder?
I get enough riddle crap from Tut. Please say what you are trying to say in a way easily understood.
What happened? Did some good news come out that I missed?
Bombs Away... is that what you are saying? Notice in April the MACD gave a sell warning. Those who ignore, buh bye.
OMG I didn't know that. I stopped following this piece of trash. I didn't even know that. This is too much! I think I am going to puke all over my keyboard.
According to one caller on one of the interviews, they were ignoring her and not returning phone calls when she was asking how to get her shares.
Please tell me you are joking because my only other assumption is that you are trying to manipulate this stock price for your own benefit.
Sammy that is NOT accurate.
My guess is that there is a negative balance in the books.
OMG Check out the latest NEWS!
Extra Extra, read all about it. My rear itches badly and I think I may have sharted my pants.
GooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo CSHD! RULE THE WORLD with your genius!
When I am rich I am going to create a whole city under water and call it Atlantis.
This would be a good thread to start gathering my venture capital.
Kind of reminds me when I was a kid. Some friends and myself drew blue prints for boats we were going to build out of wood for a war we were going to have on the river. One of the kids was even going to build a submarine out of wood and nails.
It was real to us. We drew out the plans and talked about it for days, maybe even weeks.
Some people grow out of creating a fantasy and some don't.
Question for new investors.
Did you buy this for the reset or for a short squeeze? Please do not answer if you bought this stock at .12 because your brother or cousin or friend told you to buy because of things to come.
Your profits have been delivered gift wrapped. What do you have to cry about? There isn't one of you that would hold CSHD for another year (who has profits) much less life. That's my opinion and I am sticking to it.
Enough with the personal attacks. I have my opinion and you have yours. Unlike many of you I don't spend all day posting on here.
Robbed? This stock hit $3 again. .12 to $3 is robbed? McFly, hello McFly.
First it was September 11th and now's Friday the 13th. Next it will be Christmas day. My guess is no 10K will ever include CVSU or Waatle. I have a right to guess too you know.
Well Duh! haha... by the way, I am out of posts and I do actually have a real life that I have been neglecting. You rock girl!
All the opportunities to sell for huge returns?
That's beautiful information, but it is entirely false and without merit.
You longs spin information so much I can't see straight I'm so dizzy and that's the fact, Jack.

"Okay, jokes over, cut it out" -- Spinning Frog
My best guess is either a head fake. Someone buying a large amount of shares to try to entice other buyers by doing this on a major support level or someone is leaking insider information on when PRs are coming out.
The good news is that your bank account just grew
Thank you for sharing. It's always nice to discuss strategies from someone with a sound mind who knows how to resist the sweet taste of kool-aid.
Ahh and there lies the mystery. It's called insider trading. Someone calls a buddy and says, hey, buy 100K shares now, we are releasing a PR after the bell. If that person's buy and the PR are precisely timed to take place on a support level, you create a short term frenzy of buying and covering. The buddy makes money by selling after the PR spikes the price and then you can do it all again a week later when the stock falls to a new support level.
The "buddy" splits profits with the informant.
I am not saying that is taking place here but it happens all the time.
I have had fortune cookies with more insight.
Are you playing this out to the end or using a trailing stop. In other words, would you ride it back down to where you bought it, willing to ride it to a slight loss or do you have some kind of stop in mind to lock in profits?
If I believed in the long term prospects of the company (which I do not), then I would probably put my stop in at what I paid for the stock. I think if you believe in the company and management then you're playing for a mid to long term play.
If I believed this was just a hyped up plan to try to force a large short position into a desperate situation then I would be playing swings or channeling or day trading. If I was doing this and I bought at $2, I would probably stick my stop in at like $2.10 depending on how many shares I owned.
I am just curious, do you have a plan at this point?
I am not trading the market. I have not traded in months. I'm working on another project. If I were trading this strictly on TA, then yes, I would have picked some up today. The problem is that I am afraid this stock could be halted at any moment because of all the attention it is getting.
On a side not, I don't expect to close above $2.30 today. Volume was thin and this looks like it could be a head fake.
When I am trading (never traded this one short or long) I get a bit greedy. I should probably wait for confirmations but I don't try to play tops or bottoms. If I see support, I try to pick some up just above the support line. If support doesn't hold then I close my position and wait for confirmation. If support holds then I'm good to go.
It's fun to watch. I still don't believe any of the business plans here are "real" so to speak. My gut tells me that there may be something to this short problem and this is all a plot to try to force those hands. Good luck. From a traders perspective, there is nothing wrong with playing the chart aspect of this.
Okay, TY.
