Someone can buy "2 million shares" for $200 and they're still available ???? Kind of amazing. Florida
Haven't heard from my friend cheche yet this morning. Are you still with us? Perhaps like many others you're just watching for now. Not much to say when a company stays this quiet and allows the no bid to return is there ???? Florida
What happens next ??????

Good morning Kevin. Looks like my last e-mail wasn't very popular with your C.E.O. We've been in contact with each other for a couple of months now, and a couple of times you've mentioned that you believed you could get the o.k. from your corporate counsel to release something in the way of an update. Have you been moved down the scale now, which would mean you can't release anything unless your boss ok.'s it ? This stock looks worse every week, and unless your top man gets something out there that can help it survive, you may all be out of a job. How long does he really believe this stock can exist without people wanting to buy it. They will need a very good reason at this time to get involved with FLST !!!! Maybe things are even worse than most people think. If it were to stop trading right now, it would not come as a surprise. Sorry that you and so many of us had to get hammered here, but there's an old saying that says, "if you buy cheap you get cheap". Seems to apply very well here. Best wishes Kev. Rich

Good morning Kevin. Some of our investors on the I-HUB board have started to sell off their shares in FLST. So far I've managed to hold on by staying above the bid price. The consensus of these people selling, and some other potential sellers is, that they are afraid to wait any longer for this company to release some sort of an update which would tell everyone that this company is still alive and won't be closing down anytime soon. You know as well as I that we desperately need to hear something from you folks at FLST pretty soon. Not only would this calm the fears of potential sellers, but it probably would even bring in some much needed buying. Even though we understand that we're dealing with a "I'll do it my way" C.E.O., unless things are as bad as many people seem to think they are, there's no reason in this world why you people don't announce that you will be updating everyone soon without going into any specific details. There's no way that kind of announcement which is very common on Wall Street would violate any rules of the S.E.C. It happens every single day. When a company stays this quiet for so long, people have a good reason to be worried. If it would help, maybe you should run this e-mail by your C.E.O. Unless he has something to hide which would mean that the folks bailing out now and taking their losses are right and the rest of us are all wrong by not selling out at any price, he must address his shareholders, or else why did he take this job on in the first place ? If there's any way to get through to your higher ups, now is the time to do it. Watching this bid flirting with the "no bid again" possibility is not good Kevin. Any thing you can do to help your shareholders would really help. Regards, Rich

Not only would it be the right thing to do, but it should be done as soon as possible. I'm with you on this one Al. Florida

Hi Rich, yes it's not been easy working with the CEO, but let's see what happens hopefully he will take my advice on how to run this business.

Kevin

When a company won't even release the fact that their earnings are coming out, and sees that as inside information, something is not right here. Is it possible that this C.E.O. isn't really worried about releasing "fluff" as you put it, but doesn't even have enough money to release "anything" ???? I'm long retired Kevin, but working with this C.E.O. must not be very easy. Maybe we'd all be better off if he takes another one of his out of town trips. Since he returned from his last one, this stock has been dead in the water. Rich
The next time you contact KB ask him "when this company released their last update" ???? They seem to be terrified to tell us anything as they fear whatever they say might be called "inside information". I think their new C.E.O. is a I'll do it my way" kind of guy. He's tried that a couple of times before. Let's hope it works out better this time. KB really doesn't have much say in what they do or don't do. He seems like a pretty good guy but I firmly believe that his hands are tied and he's afraid to say too much about anything. Florida
Cheche, nothing in the last couple of days. Not much more I could ask him right now. Florida
Nice post. Instead of trying to guess what comes next, you've adopted the common sense approach. Instead of bashing or pumping, as many folks do especially in these beaten down stocks, you're using what's known as the common sense approach. No matter how this one turns out, I still say good for you. Florida
Good for you Shane. Maybe some of your smart buying will rub off on FLST. At least I hope it will. Florida
Either you're the only brave one left here, or the only guy with some extra money to pick up some more cheap shares ? Florida
Try putting your order in now at .0001, with only 11 mil. ahead of you it might be executed. Florida
At least they proved they are a reporting company so they must have some kind of a game plan. Something has to come out in the way of a nice p.r. to really get this stock moving now. Florida
Even if we only counted business days, they would have to release them by Friday Nov.21st. Then we would be up to date with our 5 day grace period. Florida
Since they filed the 10Q which is the 5 day extension on Nov. 14th, then that would mean it should be filed on the 19th, which is today. Would that be correct Frankenstein ???? Florida
Is the 10k definitely coming out this week? If it is we should see some buying today and tomorrow in anticipation of it being a good quarter. Florida
What happened to the buying we had yesterday? I thought we would have a little follow up today maybe even getting up to .0003. Florida
cheche, with no news from the company lately, why do you believe there's now a little buying interest coming back into this stock? Florida
Al you have your opinions and I have mine. If he's as inept as you make him out to be, why doesn't the company just fire him ???? Maybe because they need him ???? Florida
KB is a lot more than a pawn here. He's their real p.r. guy, their top sales person. and a very important part of the decision making in this company. His advice might be the key to this company turning things around. If not for him some of us wouldn't still be involved with this stock. Hopefully with his help we might see a nice turnaround soon. Florida
Well at least we finally have a bid again in FLST. Florida
Cash, FLST has had a small burst of buying this morning, but we could use a whole lot more. With KB in meetings again today, maybe they will release something positive. Haven't seen you for a couple of days, but if you get a chance drop in on us today. Florida
cheche, bring me up to date on this LOC ? Florida

Most of these no bid stocks don't make it that's true. However a few of them do, and they make some folks very happy. Since nobody can sell their shares as long as there's no bid, all we can do is hope that this is one of the lucky few that somehow regains their bid and moves a little higher. Sooner or later "something" has to happen. Florida
How does a stock get to .0001?
So you may be asking yourself, “How the heck does a stock go this low?” Well, the answer to that depends on the stock, but generally it is due to dilution, and the subsequent supply of shares outpacing the demand for them. If nobody is willing to buy the stock, and the selling continues, the stock goes down down down, all the way to .0001… and then, when nobody is willing to buy, not even at .0001, the bid disappears. These are “no-bid” stocks, and typically their asking price, or offer, then becomes .0001.
So why would anyone want to buy a Trip-Zero stock?
It's all about the up-tick...
After hearing this story of dilution and never ending spiral to .0001 with no bid, you may be totally writing off the trip-zero stock. If you are looking for a safe investment, then that is your best bet. Stay far, far away. However, the lure and potential of these stocks lies back with the basic stock market rule mentioned above. If the lowest share fraction tradable by a retail investor is .0001, then that is also the smallest price increase that a .0001 stock can have. So if you buy the stock at .0001, and the price goes up just one tick to .0002, you’ve just doubled your money! This is the potential, the leverage, behind these trip-zero penny stocks. Of course, as the price gets closer to .0009 that leverage decreases exponentially. However, it still offers incredible percentages in gains. Also, if a trip-zero stock starts running from .0008, for example, it may go on to hit .0019 or more, just as easily as a .0002 stock would go to .0004. Now, Imagine if you were able to catch a real runner, grabbed shares at .0001 and were able to sell them at .0010. That’s a 900% profit, or a “10-Bagger”. Every so often it happens, and that is the golden lure behind these stocks.
Now, the fact that you cannot trade in between the ticks is the reason these Trip-Zeros have this potential. At the same time it makes it difficult to sell them because you can't work in between the spread. That is, you can't offer the shares you bought at .0001 for 'just under .0002' and beat the other sellers to the punch. You have to get in line at .0002, or .0003 and so-on, and wait for your sell to execute. With a stock that is running up to .01, for example, you could put in your sell at .0099 and beat those sellers lined up on the .01 ask. More on this below
Try these numbers from their transfer agent. A little more up to date than the ones you posted. Florida

Since our traveling C.E.O. is due back tomorrow, does that mean the meeting that was postponed the other day might still be back on for tomorrow? Not really expecting too much anymore, but there's no harm in asking you. Regards, Rich

Hi Rich, yes we are meeting tomorrow.
We shall see folks. All everyone can do for now is guess !!!! Grumbling about it won't change anything. Maybe we're finished, but, maybe we're not. Let's wait until the company says something, and they will sooner or later, before we arrange that funeral for them. Right now it looks horrible. What it might look like in the next couple of weeks "nobody" really knows. Florida

Kev, for the first time I don't feel like you're being honest with me. From a Monday morning meeting, to it being changed to yesterday afternoon, and now he's going out of town "again" until Friday. I guess if I was dumb enough to buy this stock, I should be dumb enough to keep going along with all these stalling tactics you're throwing out there.. I will admit I'm probably more disappointed with your replies than I am for buying this stock. Don't even bother answering me anymore, as I won't be wasting anymore time or effort trying to communicate with you. Richard

I feel your pain, how do you think I feel when I'm told that the meeting has been changed again. I need to know our future as much as you do.
Now if we could only make you the new C.E.O. things would really start looking better. Florida
cheche, obviously Kevin confided in you a lot more than he did in me. This is the first time I'm reading about these possibilities. Let's hope for the best for all of us. Florida

Kevin, you're a pretty intelligent guy. The question you should be asking yourself is, 'does this company have a chance to even have a future" ???? While almost all of our back and forth messages have been friendly and at times even showed signs of hope, we're now at the point of no return. Either your C.E.O. finds a legitimate financial backer pretty soon, or there is no FLST anymore. If everything you're saying is true, then your superiors are not doing the right thing by keeping you in the dark while they fly around the country and this stock looks like it's on its last legs. With debtors all over the place, and no one willing to buy any shares for almost nothing, how in this world could you expect things to get better? Unless your C.E.O. finds an "angel" out there, who's willing to pay off all the debts, this company is finished. Could that happen, well anything is possible. However right now it doesn't seem very likely. All I can say honestly is, good luck to you Kev. Unless something changes soon everybody will be a loser here, some like yourself probably will probably lose a lot more. Regards, Rich

Good morning Kev. No replies to your recent e-mails doesn't feel right. Even if the worst happens and this company is filing for bankruptcy, some sort of response is necessary. Almost everyone on the message board has given up. The problem is their shares are worthless right now. They can give them away, but with no bid selling them is impossible to do. From the silence we're now getting, it looks like that scheduled meeting was a failure. You can choose to answer back or, just ignore this message. Your choice Kev. Regards, Rich

cheche, any idea of how their meeting went ? Florida
Maybe behind the scenes, somebody likes what they are hearing. It's been a while since we had a 30mil. share buy in FLST. Could be a start. Florida
Al we need a real good p.r. That will draw new buyers and get this stock moving again. Florida
cheche, are we definitely expecting something today ? If it's good news there should be an early burst of buying before it's released. Florida
