If the price goes quickly to dollars, I could see them doing a forward stock split, to increase liquidity. 24 million outstanding is a very small amount of shares.
The company has basically come out and said they would not need to draw on the line of credit for 6 months. That means no dilution for 6 months with $2.5 million on the table in financing. Not a bad position to be in. I think better than other tickers that have run after receiving S1 financing. If Neil is smart, and I think he is, he will want the PPS to be as high as possible within 6 months before drawing on the line of credit. Remember Neil himself has 30+ million shares of common stock.
CLHI climbing the breakout boards at #8. Will be #1 next week.
Yes the County Executives partnership would be for government fleets only
Don't know if people realize how prominent Michigan Credit Union League and it's CEO Dave Adams are in the credit union world. Dave Adams is the CEO of both MCUL and CU Solutions Group. CU Solutions Group is a nationwide credit union organization and they are majority owned by MCUL. Success in Michigan will provide far reaching opportunities for IGEN imo. This is a stepping stone.
About CU Solutions Group:
Those numbers should accelerate as the kinks get worked out for a smoother adoption by more credit unions and counties.
Usually between the 7th and 10th of each month
Big gapper on monday, whether you like it or not
Im excited to see those credit union numbers updated, and also the county executives expansion updated, with every form 7 that comes out EVERY month. We might be surprised.
"Presently the Company has secured order commitments from seven Regional Credit Unions with a goal of securing up to 50 by year-end."
There are 219 credit unions with headquarters in Michigan providing banking services from more than 1,100 branch office locations as of September 2020. Michigan credit unions have a total of 5.56 Million members with over $79.1 Billion assets.
So if they are in 50 credit unions by years end that would be a penetration of 23% of ALL of the credit unions in the state of Michigan. Not too shabby in 6 months since signing with MCULSC.
IMO Michigan will be used as a blueprint for expansion nationwide and success in Michigan will give them recognition and validity for further expansion
We are about to witness FOMO on an epic scale. Wooohoooooo!
What's so funny about credit unions? It's where intelligent people go to get a car loan
It's nonsense. This company has provided more PRs and consistent updates and transparency than any other OTC company I've ever invested in.
Solid PR. All of their channels are progressing and moving forward. Busy time for IGEN.
Going green!
Abandoned baby? Is that a chart pattern?
Meaning on a day when everything else is red RSSV is doing relatively well I guess
Funny, we are #4 on breakout boards today ;)
Exactly. They may not even need or want to draw on the 2.5 million in the near future keep in mind they have a 1 million plus coming from the settlement before years end.
In not seeing that. Address shows as lake elsinore, ca for me
Nice buying hitting now
Not to mention higher caliber financing in an S-1 filing
How many penny stocks are part of a composite index? Any?
Blast this out on Twitter guys
Wow. I'm sure it will be in the next form 7 but definitely PR worthy
Good momentum and still very low volume. A PR right now, ANY PR of substance, would send this through the roof.
OTC traders are a different breed. They expect 100% gains every day or the stock sucks
A big volume day will send this to the clouds
#15 on breakout boards
The floor moved up even today. 2 million share bid at .0133 around 12:30 sat there the rest of the day and never got completely filled
Why would they fabricate DD if they've already sold?
I don't know if I would call 2.9 billion OS a super share structure, but the transfer agent and share structure has been maintained and updated through all this time...
Hmmmm what's happening here?
Awesome! Very interested to see what's actually there
Best looking chart in the OTC imo.
A trend without proper consolidations often leads to boom-and-bust behavior and then a trend becomes unsustainable.
How often do we see THAT in the OTC.
Beautiful symmetrical triangle pattern with a nice uptick in volume on friday. I think the breakout of this consolidation will trigger a major leg higher, .03-.05 cent range.
Was certainly a nice volume surge in the last 30 minutes or so.
Whatever price IGEN decides
You do realize those Google map photos can be 10 years old or more, right?
Lol, hopefully not THAT long.....the post mortem TDS millionaires :)
This could be his biggest yet, with the share structure here
