No one says when they have to release news!! They said back in may of last year that the audit was half way done I think. So you think the audit is still in process? I don’t, I think it’s been done. You think after all this time they have no contacts? And you think based on all of that they would be able to raise 5 million with nothing? Who would buy it at .0020 let alone .02 ish. If you look you don’t see much on the ask over like 200k - 300k and it’s not like we’re at .12 now!

As long as the company does not give out insider info they can hold news till they are ready no one says they must tell the shares holders once a deal is reached.

Something big is coming the fact that no one is selling any big amount of shares backs that! Did you see how quick we just ran to .0047 wait till we have 50-100 million volume days!

I bet it will be over .02 I think the news comes out right before the placement is ready! You want to spike the price to a good sustainable level which I believe will be over .02 but that’s just me. You don’t do placement at this point to just get .0040

Nothing is a guarantee, but to get this stock to around .02 for the offering they would have to have some BIG news! Which to me means they have contracts and most likely revenue as well.

Based on the other stuff floating around they need the 5 million to expand and grow quickly! If they keep with the words of uplisting to NASDAQ this might just be way bigger then any of us think!!! Of course it could be nothing, but they have had quite a bit of time to get things going I bet the reveal will be HUGE!

That was exactly what I was seeing the uplist to NASDAQ is a HUGE thing. First off it means they are expecting a huge increase in share price! If that is what they are doing then they are doing it wrong. I keep building a bigger and bigger stack at some point I might get back to what I had when we were at .0007 - .0009 maybe some people would sell at this price but i won’t!

I agree there is a lot in play here. They way I look at it is we hit .12 again just on them making good on like 20% of their plans. I think they will hit closer to 50-75% this year but I could be wrong.

I don’t put all my eggs in one basket I have two major plays this one and the other I have mentioned I bought my shares in both at .0007 - .0010 range and have Filpped along the way to get more cash and more shares. And I think both stocks will have their day this year.

I’m new to this I made a mistake and didn’t sell half but I have the balls to put my money up to back it! Hindsight always being 20-20 I should have sold it all and bought like 5x the amount of shares at .01 I have learned. And almost 2 years into The pandemic and I have done this full time and I’m just waiting for my chance again.

You know what maybe I will be “that guy” and that let all that money go, but at least I tried and kept fighting! I honestly believe I will have 10 million in my accounts by the end of this year. Right now I still have more than what I started with! And I have taken some huge losses over the last 6 to 9 months!

Just trying to get people to see you can’t always think negative. If so you should be happy with .0040 and walk way I would still technically have a profit depending on how you look at it and I’m not selling for that low. I most likely will not start selling till at least .03 and it won’t be a lot of shares I will sell.

That is the first thing you said that I agree with!! That is true I do think however it was more the hype was ahead of where the company really was at. I think they still needed to get things in place and the stock price was reflecting that they were already ready to go, and they we not. I personally think they are close.

You do know they could already have contacts and not be able to fill them. Ever think that is what the 5 million is for? You can say what you want but for someone to turn over 5 million they want to see something in place!

Have you ever filed documents with the government or other agencies? If you file your taxes wrong and send a correction do you know how long it would take before they would update it?
