My interests lay with Minerco and Priwen.

I've been wrong in the past.. Which is standard being human. Lol. But this is my understanding of how business is conducted in real life. Being that I have been involved myself. But I must say, I do love the rush of the stock market.

The fact that there has been little to no PR posts speaks volumes. Offering too much information in the beginning stages of a company would pose major problems for their future. To insure the security and profitability of a company, there are non-disclosure agreements that come into play. I would seriously question the integrity and business practices of said companies if a slue of sensitive information were carelessly offered to the public. I would not be personally involved with a CEO that acted carelessly. From my perspective, there are careful approaches from all sides, that seem to be throwing caution to the wind. So the question is... Because of this.. Are the operators perhaps... Learning from their mistakes? Possibly..

We do what we can. It is remarkable the hike it had a few years back. The frustration among this board is understandable. But for Minerco to accomplish a similar success in the future, is not farfetched.

You know what. I am unsure. I am extremely busy and have not looked further.. I intend on it.. But I am still kicking myself for selling. I just bought back on. I intend on sitting back with a glass of wine soon so I can have a fun night checking all the stats of all my ventures. Good point though.

I've made a decent amount on penny stocks over the years. This timeline is common... I understand why people are freaking out. I wasn't here 4 years ago.. But ONE time I listened to people on a board... The fluctuations were next to nothing... I had over 5mil shares.. Which wasn't much.. I bought at 0002... A stock that everyone was sure would vanish. Had little to NO, news coverage and a website that looked like my 13 year old daughter created as a forced assignment.. It looked bad. Everyone called it a shell.. And I believed them... It had no product... Just intellectual property.. So I sold. Everyone bashed the CEO.. And downgraded the idea.. This stock started at almost nothing.. And that's where I sold it. (After sitting on it for MONTHS) Just where i bought it.. In my mind.. My only loss was the cost of trading on my platform.. 7 months later, I wanted to check, and see where it crashed.. Low-and-behold... It's at .0107... needless to say, I bought back at a higher price... Moral of the story, new ideas/mergers/acquisitions take time... And the naysayers of that board nearly a year ago are nowhere to be found. There were more warnings on that company than anything I have ever seen. And their very few PR posts were mocked because of the assumed fragile foundation many claim it was posted on.. Just MY opinion... For whatever it's worth. Be patient if you so choose, this appears to have some light at the end of the tunnel. To bring something this huge and publicly trade.. Won't happen in a few months.. Doing business myself.. With many ventures takes time and bringing all parties on the same page with everything. I question who are on these boards.. Just digital investors... Only counting on a computerized world that brings them answers within seconds.. Or have they done major business in real time. I don't know how many amendments to contracts that I have drafted to extend closing dates, and because we are still under contract, it is confidential information. That is my experience. I am in NO way saying this company is 100% legit, or that it can't fall through the cracks... But again, just my experience and perspective. It is alarming how many people don't take this under consideration. Big business, in NO way, happens over night. To secure as much success as possible, many new items come into play and have to become recognized, understood and sorted out through all parties.. That's all I'm saying.

It was just my first opinion... In early stages of companies, this is common. I sell real estate, I recently switched FIRMS and had my tech team shut down my website just to revamp... But that's just me. They might have a bigger team to accomplish it faster but the might also still be gathering info and getting their bearings straight. I'm not trying to convince the non-believers... It's just an observation.
