So there was a discussion of exploration vs discovery in a permit filing 5 years ago. Whoopie-$hit. BTW, SFRX won lawsuit for false statements, made by posters.
Obviously public corporations, like SFRX, can be damaged with wild and reckless untruths. I suggest we all consider sharing information that has a stronger foundation than blubbering unfounded accusations.
When a false statement is made in writing, slander becomes libel. When also it is made public, published, and to third parties to include an internet forum it further supports the libel.
Now this becomes even more serious when there is "Actual malice".This means that who made the statement knew it wasn't true, or didn't care whether it was true or not and was reckless. This is not in reference to any one statement, but to hundreds.
Like most of you, I have done the Due Diligence on Seafarers (SFRX) and recognized the tremendous financial potential of the stock for a mere penny. On the other hand, I think the ongoing untruthful accusations made here are completely false and libel statements. With no references ever provided or proof.
...and where's this "proof"? I think the ongoing untruthful accusations made here are completely false and libel statements. With no references ever provided or proof.
Sure, who wouldn't want to find a few billion dollars. But, one would hardly consider that the government and military would use such a sophisticated device to search for treasure. Considering it has the ability to identify any craft or device in the oceans right down to who made it and everything it is made from.
Advanced Autonomous Radar Interrogation Technology, LLC (AARIT), is a subsidiary of Seafarer Exploration (SFRX), that owns the device, and that develops technologies for government agencies, aerospace companies, and defense contractors and is separate from S&P which is an additional "partnership" agreement. Seafarer is using this new device and renting out it's services to multiple Government agencies.
In a continued expansion Seafarer added, "Mr. Thomas B. Soeder to its board of directors.... with decades of experience... and securing billions of dollars in military and government contracts... major federal programs including Future Combat Systems and Naval Open Architecture."
Indeed!
Donald Beavers, CEO of P&S, commented, "It is exciting to see this team's careful planning and vision come together successfully. We already have other scopes of work in process on which we continue to build. The unique, highly technical services and expertise that we each offer will help both companies build a successful and long-term relationship.
I agree with Mr. Kennedy that we are off to a great start, a start that is honestly better than I could have previously imagined."
A very valid point!
It has become apparent The CEO would like to insure cash flow and growth through additional means as well. SFRX has engaged P&S to create and service a US government agency project for the next 12 months and beyond. The purchase order is the first of other planned projects to service a group of US government agencies.
CEO Kyle Kennedy stated, "I am happy that we have generated a revenue stream for the company with such a prestigious agency. While I am restricted from commenting on specific details.
It would appear that many view SFRX as just looking for this one treasure ship wreck. While that is exciting and very profitable, off the East coast area of Florida are hundreds of sea wrecks, with billions more of dollars of treasures. With the experience and technical capabilities, I would speculate Seafarer has an excellent potential there, even if it was all they were doing.
Quite obvious the schizophrenic have little real experience in the reality of potential or existing contracts with SFRX or any company. All companies are subject to strict privacy regulations imposed by the U.S. government. Especially in defense contracts. Since none of us know any real details, it's pointless to speculate. Only the aspect that it is cashflow and other contracts are in the works seem to be factual at this time. To accuse and slander individuals or a company without facts is criminal.
Yes, the government is "amusing", although often a bad joke. I don't know the situation here, although I have experience dealing with the government. They often don't disclose what they are paying, and often may not even make publicly what they are doing. If you want the contracts, you play by their rules... and yes, various arms of the government exercise authority and priorities over the others. dah
As I have mentioned before, the government plays by their rules. Government contract specifics are often not disclosed. Though we have made progress on spending transparency over the last decade, current contract disclosure standards remain inadequate to allow substantive evaluations of individual spending decisions.
This is because the federal government does not proactively post the documents related to government contracts as a part of standard spending transparency disclosures.
While the federal government has several times considered establishing a policy to proactively post contracts, the step has never been taken.
Just to indicate how main street CBD and Cannabis are going and how it will have a positive effect on other upstarts in the business like FTEG, to include decisions the FDA will make. Lifestyle guru Martha Stewart is teaming up with the world’s largest cannabis company, Bloomberg reports, taking on an advisory role to help develop a ‘broad new line’ of products for both humans and animals.
Last week three major Drug store chains announced they would also be selling CBD products. The times, they are a changing.

FTEG is not a "dormant shell" company, it has legally progressed beyond that and met the standards. It has acquired numerous other companies and taken many steps to advance it's business plans. The CEO holds shares in Restriction, that can't be sold at this time.
That being said, what is the motivation to all this activity, just to create the illusion of a successful future? What point to deceive us, only for them to end up with debt and a bunch of worthless restricted shares? Not to mention putting themselves at great legal risks. The risk versus reward for them to undertake that, in this fashion makes no sense.
In other words, I do not see any logical reason to assume this company or CEO is acting in any fashion to deceive us. They may not be getting things done fast enough for our liking, the stock price is not going up fast enough for our liking, etc. But, if the stock price does not rise, the CEO will end up with little more than worthless paper and debt, and possible serious legal issues, IMO.
If the stock price rises, we all win. Show me a better risk-to-reward stock and I'll buy it.
Nice to see you all working together. We have the same predictable pattern. An array of negative comments, with MMs manipulating Bid and Ask on their end. Must be something good about to happen, as they attempt to scoop up cheap shares.
I see it ran up back around the first of the year to .006, and ran up over 1 cent, spiking at .012 last Nov.
Does anyone see FTEG getting out of this low pattern and at least rising above .01 or more?
Does someone have a valid email for Nelson Grist at FTEG?
I'm not privy to any inside information, only what they announce publicly.
Any good news would send us on a path retracing to the .02 area. A series of announcements or anything significant would send us easily beyond, IMO.
Bought in KALY again at recent lows, after taking about a 100% profit on last move. Holding for longer term now, as it appears a bigger move is now probable IMO.
I find this to be very encouraging going forward. PURA has licensed KALY’s patented cannabis extraction processes as the sole licensee for cannabis infused beverages. “The KALY patented extraction process has empowered PURA to have what we believe to be the most clear CBD infused beverage on the market with the best taste and the most consistent level of CBD,” said PURA CEO Brian Shibley.
“Working closely with KALY today is enabling us to rapidly diversify our cannabis sector beverage offerings and we expect this diversification to substantially contribute to continued rapid sales growth in 2019.”
strange price behavior, now you see it, now you don't.
mmm, up 17% and no one here
And out of the other side of their mouth (according to the FDA statement) there are three ingredients derived from hemp, hulled hemp seeds, hemp seed protein and hemp seed oil, that are safe as foods and won't require additional FDA approvals before release.
Quite frankly, it's not I that should use caution when making statements that are unsubstantiated. I am simply quoting the replies from the key top personnel of Seafarers themselves. Right from the horses mouths.
Finding treasure is more fun, but you are so correct, Thomas B. Soeder on the Board of Directors will bring a lot to Seafarer with his extensive contacts and experience with major Contractors and major federal programs including Future Combat Systems and Naval Open Architecture.
Someone that has secured billions of dollars in military and government contracts would know his way around.
Like I said, you will have to take that up with Matt Milstead, Seafarer Advisory Board, the second largest shareholder Of Seafarers, because they are his words, not mine. I'm not privy to insider information.
You (Raider21) will have to take that up with Matt Milstead, Seafarer Advisory Board, the second largest shareholder Of Seafarers, because they are his words, not mine. So glad you are amused.
You can listen to him say it himself, I went to the trouble of supplying that to you and everyone. I am simply doing my own DD as I always do, and passing on information. I am invested in Seafarers as a shareholder like most people here.

Additional Comments from Dr. Mike Torres (chief technical officer Seafarer), the Advanced Autonomous Radar Interrogation Technology, (AARIT) is a autonomous deep sea vehicle based on new applied Particle Physics technology, capable of detecting 692 Nobel Metals and their derivatives.
The AARIT can detect alloys and identify the unique content of them, to include gold, silver and all Rare Earth minerals.
Seafarer is using this new device and renting out it's services to multiple Government agencies.
SFRX are additionally using the AARIT and satellite images, to follow up on the already established debris trail of the ancient artifact from Peru and the (per the manifest) estimated $4 billion treasure that went down with a Spanish ship sunk in 1715.
It all has to do with how the plant is extracted. Statement from FDA said, three ingredients derived from hemp — hulled hemp seeds, hemp seed protein and hemp seed oil — are safe as foods and won’t require additional approvals! Certified CBD oils have been extracted from the plant and only have small trace amounts of THC, properly extracted CBD is safe to consume all over the United States without repercussions.
Comments from Matt Milstead, Seafarer Advisory Board, the AARIT (deep sea Advanced Autonomous Radar Interrogation Tech) is a unique and new technology which significantly changes our ability to locate items below the sea. Even Rare Earth mineral discovery. We are very, very active in a third technology. These technologies are working now, today! There are activities coming in the near future as well.
Off the East coast area of Florida are hundreds of sea wrecks, with billions of dollars of treasures. I am part of Seafarer and a major shareholder, with CEO Kyle Kennedy integrity and honor are brought to this industry. Seafarer is a gem.
Surprisingly, the CBD infuzed drinks are very popular too. I would not have guessed that.
