I might be wrong DK but after re-reading the PR I get the impression that the service is a benefit to subscribers, if they so choose to sign up. I must admit to being totally non-impressed with text messaging but my daughter-in-law, age 27, seems to get nothing but message after message all day long. In fact, she even ran up a $300 cell phone bill on text messaging alone!! Course, we got THAT fixed. LOL

Hi BB, I know what you mean but IMO until something substantive comes out we will see nothing but the same articles of belief posted over and over again. I usually try not to get in the middle of arguments over religion or politics and that's what type of arguments are being posted.

It would appear that Admin is trying to keep the bickering damped somewhat for which I'm grateful. Meanwhile I'll gradually keep on averaging down. At these prices I really am not risking a great deal compared to what I have previously invested (read gambled). If it pays off fine, if not like I said I'm not going to be out all that much more.

That IMO does NOT sound like someone who simply took a tour. There is no need to consult Q's attorney over a simple tour. I would speculate that they saw a great deal more and do not want to run afoul of any insider laws. Again, IMO until they decide to update us, which by the way is their stated intention ("I will post more information ...") we just have to be patient and avoid jumping to any conclusions either good or bad.

Chill my friend, I'm sure in a day or so there will be plenty of "facts" as well as impressions to discuss.

What they saw and what they want to tell us are two entirely different subjects IMO.

Two things Sputnik, one, even if audited and certified that still doesn't mean that the results have been condensed. I believe that it just means that their accounting procedures are acceptable and no errors were found. Second, since we own stock in TMM I should think that it their financial results that we would be interested in as well as the linkages between TMM and QTN.

Sputnik, the forms you refer to are the "distilled" results. They presumably don't exist at this point, just the raw data. I believe that is what Neal is referring to. IMO even a team of experts would need more than a few hours to examine file after file and be able to cross correlate data to come up with a semi-reasonable idea of what is going on.

Chewdawg, FWIW, my own personal opinion is no.

As you point out it is a pink and Q's attorny would be sure to emphasize that along with all the yada yada stuff associated with pinks. With attorny fees in the $100 to $200 per hour range, probably one or more attornies, untold hours of discovery, motion, counter motion, etc. I truly believe that it would only cost people more in addition to their stock loss. It's not like a class action suit against a company with deep pockets. Even if the finding was in your favor I doubt you would see much, if any, money out of it. Nor would it give anyone the satisfaction of seeing Frank jailed since it would be a civil proceeding and not a criminal proceeding.

I'm sure that there will be people that disagree with this and that's OK. It does represent my own views.

Zandant, the only troublesome aspect of your answer would be that the people dumping don't seem to be retail investors such as us. That kind of volume has to go with someone(s) with the big bucks. They had plenty of time and presumably investment savvy to have been able to dump at higher prices in the last few weeks IMO. I don't know what the answer is but your explanation doesn't quite seem to fit.

Next, why should I care?

My personal opinion, remember them?, is similar to golpro moreso than Skunks. Also my personal opinion is that at these prices people can say whatever they like about Frank and QBID and even QTN.

What I don't understand is how this "he said, she said" will affect your personal investments. Will it cause any of you to sell? I seriously doubt it, not at these levels. Will it affect your decision to buy? Perhaps for some, but for others no. There are a lot of people here who seem to very down on Q but nevertheless are talking about buy orders they have in since they are willing to gamble.

Again, in my own opinion, people are doing themselves a disservice by watching this thing minute by minute 24/7. There is nothing going to happen that fast now that we are down at these levels. Panic selling? If there were to be it is already done. Price staying the same doesn't need watching that close. Price going up? If so, it would have to rise quite a bit to just break even for me. There will be time to notice. Life is too flippin short for me, at least, to get that emotionally involved in a stock.

On the other hand, I suspect that this is less of a stock board than a social club. Like most social clubs it doesn't really matter what anyone says as long as they are talking. LOL

To the best of my knowledge, Frank DID NOT pick anyone. One shareholder from Allstocks took it upon himself to invoke the law. Doctoall became involved somewhat later. All Frank did is limit the number of people to 2-3.

He has shareholders invoking the law to see the books, he would naturally want to ensure that there would be no room for later accusations that he violated those laws. Or that he showed them material that they are NOt entitled to see and perhaps violating insider information provisions.

Yes, yes, I know that some of you don't think he cares about the law but is not IMO relevant in this case.

I know that in a similar position I would definitely want my legal counsel involved.
