Very suprised at the action today myself.
Man that sucks.
Yep, just need some patience.
HA! No kidding.
And keep a little for the long haul
"why not say that as opposed to just SEC sign off and SoS filing, which infers a shorter time span?"
Well for one, the question was not "how long it would it take" it was "is it final".
With everything else the company has going on I think I will give them some time to get this done.
That's what I was thinking as well, 30 days until the Nev. SOS site is updated. However, unlike the negative slant provided in your comment I believe it WILL be completed within the 30+- days it normally takes companies to do this.
SEC needs to sign off on it, then Nev. SOS has to be updated. Then it wil be completed.
Techinically no.
CAEI is looking tasty here.
Yeppers.
Let's see, A/S reduced almost ten fold. Possible Military contracts from 2 different nations. Full scale production starting in April. CEO is coming to the US & Cananda this month to secure distributors. Al Sadeef coompany has already pledged to buy 300k units for $3 million per year. CEO gave guidance of $10 million rev's for this year. Whats' NOT to like about this????
Makes absolutely no sense to sell at .06 with a spread like this. Morons.
Agreed, transparency seems to be very important with these guys.
Yeah, this spread is BS.
Patiently waiting on an update from BC here Stevo. Should come any time now.
It's definitely getting exciting.
ESYE - Didn't see that one coming. Military contracts would be huge.
Yep, we are on the ground floor here of what, as fo now, appears to be a great company.
It sure does appear they are now racheting up their business plan. It's good to see a company actually follow through with an A/S reduction for a change.
Here is a good site to see military spending. Just select the country at the bottom of the page. It appears Israels spending is just below 13 billion.
http://milexdata.sipri.org/
ESYE - Indeed it would be. Nice to see them currently int alks with 2 seperate countries. Just one contract will open the doors to others.
Not willing to settle for crumbs when the whole loaf is much better!!!
Unfortunately, those bastages will always find ways to use items like this for their destructive ways.
That was my first thought as well.
Morning all. Got to have some patience in these F'ed up markets.
Morning people.
ESYE - News AH yesterday as well as 14c for AS reduction was filed.
PRESS RELEASE:ESYE NEWS:
Easy Energy, Inc. Announces It Is Working to Adapt Its YoGen(R) Hand-Powered Charger to Fit Military Quality Standards
Last update: 5:25 p.m. EST Feb. 2, 2009
LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb 02, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Easy Energy, Inc. (ESYE:easy energy inc com
ESYE 0.09, +0.03, +49.8%) , the sole owner of the YoGen(R) product suite, a line of highly innovative, compact, ergonomically efficient manpowered generators, designed for use recharging portable electronic devices ranging in size from cell phones to laptop computers, is pleased to announce that it has begun the process of adapting its YoGen(R) stand-alone hand-powered charger, currently built to standards appropriate for personal/commercial (civilian) use, to fit military quality standards.
The company further announced that it is in negotiations with procurement officials of the military of one nation (unnamed for reasons of security and confidentiality), with the goal of developing an agreement to supply their forces with a military version of the YoGen(R) charger, and is looking forward to entering discussions with representatives of the military of a second country in early February.
"We are extremely encouraged by the interest being shown in the YoGen(R) charger by various military organizations and are proceeding, without delay, to fit our charger to military specifications," commented Guy Ofir, CEO of Easy Energy, Inc. "The use of hand-held electronic devices is pervasive in today's military operations, and the difficulties presented in keeping them fully charged and ready for use on the battlefield are many. With the charging capability provided by YoGen(R), the ground soldier will be able to sustain the operations of his communications devices, GPS, etc. in combat, without the need for weighty spare batteries or concern about the inevitable lack of conventional charging sources. We believe that the availability of a military version of the YoGen(R) charger would, in all probability, make a significant contribution to the success of any combat operation."
The YoGen(R) is available in two models for the commercial market, the basic version, which is a stand-alone hand-powered charger, and the premium version, that additionally includes a backup 650 mAh 3.7V battery which will provide charging power either when mechanically activated or via the battery when it is carrying a charge. For convenience, the premium version provides an SOC indicator, which advises the user of the charge state of the battery. The YoGen(R) devices represent a significant breakthrough in manpowered chargers in that, in addition to their extremely compact size, they are able to produce a uniquely high ratio of electrical output to human energy input and are far less tiring to operate than competitive units. In other words, these chargers have advanced the user friendliness and economics of this technology to the point at which they become eminently practical and desirable as a means to fill a void in an almost limitless market.

Morning folks.
Just one military contract will make this explode!!!!
And nice news it was. Saw the filing but missed the PR until this AM. NICE!!!!

Never even though about military applications for this device. Very cool stuff here.
