Was there any pump ( paid promo ) that caused the spike in volume and the subsequent rise in price. This increase had to have a cause....... has there been any prominent positive reports concerning Threshold in the past number of days?
Well...looks like it's had a couple of hours of fame and manipulation, and now the retreat begins.
I think it was .35c......filling a gap was mentioned. Regardless, it was close enough. Certainly looks better the a couple of days ago. Will it hold and stay strong into the close...that would be a welcome sign.
?????...meaning?
Not to be critical here ( actually yes I am critical ) you seem to be talking with the proverbial "forked tongue". Your post of April 7th states ( there is no question mark so it is a statement ) in bold print " WHAT NEWS DO WE HAVE TO HAVE TO MAKE THIS STOCK GO UP....". That, to me, clearly indicates that you were OK with recent financial info released by the company, and you felt that this stock should move up. Now, 7 days later, you state the company stock has no reason to go up.....which is it? Hindsight is always 20/20, so I am questioning your credibility.
Too much churning within a very tight range to be making profit for no one other than a MM. Still do not understand the miniscule trades and it seems that no one on this board has an explanation for that.
Management using their companies as ATM's seems to be an increasing problem these days. It's the entitlement "thing".....overvaluing one's own worth, and of course the fact that they can just do it. That is a lot of history you have provided and certainly gives me a better perspective of this company. Thanks.
There appears to be a trading Vendetta against this company.
Expand on the "rules". The statement is very vague.
Can you put a quantity to that "plenty".
Out of a live gator! I wonder how many shares are in the hands of one entity that were bought in the low twenties. Price sure seems to be kept within a range.....whenever green appears the ask immediately drops. Is the trading being done to generate commissions?
1726 trades today... many in amounts of 100, 200, 300 and so on. This is not normal. Someone or some entity is screwing with this stock. Nobody sells 100 shares at .45c for proceeds of $35 ( assuming a comm on the trade ) , certainly not over and over again as individual trades.
This stock trades like it's a pink sheet. Volume increases by odd lots ( 20, 50, etc ). Bid and ask often change by the second, sells go through below the bid, last sell is immediately dropped by a thousandth of a penny, bid increases are by thousandth's of a penny, often by the second. Doesn't sound like human activity. Do all stocks on the Nasdaq trade to the thousandth of a penny?
Just placed an order for 5K....This is how it was filled: 315, 400, 1100, 20, 300, 1500, 1365. All fills at 9:54AM but listed as individual trades. What the He*l. Why does this trade with these multiple small amounts? Of course now that I made that buy it should promptly drop into further negative territory. This trading pattern has me baffled.
It's always in the fine print on any paid promo...it's the disclosure law. Only the informed actually read past the pumping ad.
The way this trades it seems as though it's being "boxed in".
Interesting...because if you look at the last 10 of 58 trades on Stockwatch.....there are some at 18,55,82, even a 5, and the volume actually increases by those values as the trade goes through. Just find it odd that such low values would be allowed....55 shares at .48 is $26. Who actually trades that miniscule of a trade amount.
Interesting how Anonymity allows individuals to spew out statements which cannot possibly be proven, or at least backed up with some kind of evidence.
My site is showing 500 Ask lots at .48c.....exactly how many shares does this represent? I ask this because I see this stock trading as low as 1 share at a time. Is there no minimum for a board lot?
The last eight share trades up to 10:08 AM......144,1 (one share),34,24,3,100,1 (another share! WTF), 80. How do you make sense of this?
Strange days in the markets....companies like Vasomedical are reporting pleasing results yet their share price drops like a rock. Is it day traders with short term vision, or is there something fundamentally wrong with jittery investors. How is this explained? Threshold Pharm is another example.....major revenue reported but beaten up every day afterwards.
Note #2 of Calculation of Registration Fees seem to indicate that .03c is just an estimate used to calculate the fee. Further pages 26 & 27 ( the sellers )do not appear to contain any restrictions what so ever. These legal documents are way too complicated with repeated info and legalese which appeals more to lawyers than the common shareholder. I would imagine that is done purposefully.
Is it normal for a Nasdaq stock to be trading with three decimal points to the right? It seems like program trading (auto computer) especially with the 1, 50, 75, 100 share trades being indicated. Pinks trade with less subdivision that this stock.
Am I reading that Securities Registration Statement incorrectly...or is this stock about to be diluted by 171,000,000 shares which would bring the O/S to 755,531,788. The O/S is stated to be 584,531,788 as of Mar 18/2016
