Oh no, it goes up once in awhile just to sucker new money in.
Company to have 1.6B shares authorized even after the reverse split,
allowing 200 times more dilution. Sad.
Bottom is in ?
Will it go lower?
Company looking more bullish to me
R/S looks to be a good thing
more PR happening
Just needs one good PR with a big company
then this will explode!
nothings changed
still can go BK
It's a gamble is it not?
buying more, it's only money!
I like the company
what can I say?
.............BANKRUPTCY!!!!!.......
NEXT?
6 more days this will be at ZERO
From $16 a share to 0.0008 WOW!
Unreal! will it ever even see 10 cents?
When is the reverse stock split?
I think it will fly after split
Do they ever post any news?
they sure are quiet
What happened to the $20 Million dollar deal announcement?
Is it bull or what?
Skiluc, Why are you here?
If you got nothing good to say
Why are you here? Trying to get cheap shares?
So the stock is going down and after the R/S it will keep going down
I heard in the workplace you need a chisel to remove it
That's not good
Reverse stock split 200 to 1
WTF!!!

Series B Preferred Stock 4,000,000 $0.001 500
Post Rollback
Authorized Par Value Voting Rights per Share

Series A Preferred Stock 800,000 $0.001 0
Series B Preferred Stock 800,000 $0.001 500
The Rollback would prepare the Company for a future financing by simplifying the Company’s capital structure and appealing to a broader class of potential investors.
As part of the Rollback, each shareholders shares will be rolled back 200 to 1. This will occur automatically and therefore there is no action required on behalf of shareholders. All warrants and options will be replaced by the Company with new options and warrants reflecting proportional changes to the number of options and warrants and the respective exercise price.
PROPOSAL NUMBER TWO
APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN COMMON STOCK AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL
The Common Stock Authorized Share Capital Change would give the Board of Directors flexibility, without further stockholder action, to issue shares of common stock for purposes including equity financings, as well as share issuances upon the exercise of convertible securities and stock purchase warrants.
At the present time, the Board has not made any specific plan with respect to the shares of Common Stock that will be available for issuance after the Common Stock Authorized Share Capital Increase.
PROPOSAL NUMBER THREE
APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN SERIES A PREFERRED STOCK AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL
The Series A Preferred Stock Authorized Share Capital Change would give the Company flexibility to issue preferred stock as a means of reducing some of the debt appearing on the Company’s balance sheet, without the requirement of having to seek stockholder approval at that time.
The Board of Directors believes that reducing the Company debt will benefit the Company and its stockholders, by improving the Company’s financial profile, providing the Company potential opportunities to further its business growth and development, and possibly improving its prospects of obtaining financing in the future.
PROPOSAL NUMBER FOUR
APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN SERIES B PREFERRED STOCK AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL
The Series B Preferred Stock Authorized Share Capital Change would give the Company flexibility in connection with future transactional and corporate activity including issuances as part or all of the consideration required to be paid by the Company for potential licenses and exclusivity thereof, in furtherance of its business growth and development.
WE ARE NOT ASKING YOU FOR A PROXY AND YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO SEND US A PROXY.
