sounds like you didn't put any thought into it at all. Pura bought Epic bc of Epic's deal with Elite. Pura's pr made that pretty clear. Therefore, it is obvious Pura wants the partnership.
You are wrong. I responded.
1. Yes, but that requires allowance by other countries.
2. We can sell in Canada if Canada approves
3. We can sell in China if China allows
We can also sell in Europe if Europe allows. Many companies go through Europe first bc many drugs are allowed there that aren't approved here. There are several cancer drugs and therapies that are being used successfully in Europe bc their system is far less arduous, especially for medicine for more serious diseases. Canada to some degree also.
I agree. I think they wouldn't do a cc before the opening bell if it was very bad news. They'd probably wait a few days or longer if it were bad. Seems much more likely that they want to calm fears bc they know there isn't much to fear with this crl.
We were not played, but you have made a Herculean attempt.
Fitty34, I don't have private messaging. We will know what the problem is from Nasrat monday morning before the market opens. The bottom line is we don't know until then. We do know Nasrat has consistently proven to be honest and much more forthcoming than most ceo's. Nobody has presented any information that there are any problems with the science. I remain steadfastly confident this will work out fine. Nobody has produced anything negative except speculation and fear mongering.
When you invest, stay invested until the reason you invested has changed. For me, nothing has changed.
Keep in mind, dealing with the FDA and their paperwork, and also dealing the buyout of our partner are all very complicated and arduous tasks.
So now you are telling us you have climbed into Nas's head and know what he knew 7 months?
Nasrat has repeatedly delivered on what he said he would do. That is honesty. You keep implying the crl is all nasrats fault. If you are such a beacon of honesty, how about you wait until we know what's in the crl before you start casting stones all over the place?
There are thousands that didn't publish. You are accusing Nasrat of Fraud. That's a serious accusation of which you have no proof. No co has any obligation to publish their results. Maybe there is an excellent reason they didn't publish. No reason to assume negative
What exactly were they right about? Nothing. We will get approval.
I know how I will avoid selling. I have no doubt there will be selling and a big drop, but it's still foolish and unwise.
I disagree. I believe Nasrat was denied labeling for oral abuse deterrent and has or will ask for an adcom to see if he can get some support for oral abuse deterrent labeling.
I recommend not selling. this will be resolved. Probably means an adcom and possibly no oral abuse deterrent labeling, but the end will still be approval.
A. Prob yes
B. Yes
C. No
D. Yes but highly unlikely.
This is a small deal and will still get approval.
There is no need to melt. This will cause a delay but it is not devastating or catastrophic.
Nasrat has had quarterly conference calls since he's been there. Has also had some annual shareholder meetings. Nasrat has been very forthcoming in the cc's, even answer questions submitted by shareholders. That's a hell of a lot more than any other penny stock company. So what are you talking about? It is not Nasrat's or Diane's job to hold your hand and comfort you every day or any day. If you can't handle it, don't buy stocks.
I've never seen him post "it's a sure thing." However, I have and continue to say IT'S A SURE THING.
There's no crl and no dragging feet. We are still exactly in the window of normal FDA procedure. If we get nothing today, then someone can honestly say somebody delayed something.
Yes, if the FDA upheld their timely responsibility. They've probably known for a couple of days.
Not necessarily. We probably won't know until the FDA posts it, and that could come anytime tomorrow, but most likely before lunchtime.
No. No CRL. There is no question it will be/has been approved. SequestOx is effective at pain management and effective at deterring abuse. The only question is will it get labeled for oral deterrence. SO is also perfectly safe. Absolutely no reason to reject. No Reason.
Don't know how you get 2.72, but it would be just a tad over $2 if sold for 2b, unless they reduce the authorized share count. Anything under 5b would be a ripoff.
No, not imo, especially 7B. Nasrat has referred to this as a billion dollar technology. If you accept that as true, as he must, then it is reasonable to say it's worth at least a multiple of 7x that.
No proof the FDA didn't say that!!
Did his spam from yesterday say we'd be down .04 today?
Ironically, it sounded like Epic made one of the low ball offers, possibly even the one that lead to the poison pill.
He was saying Nasrat isn't going to give it up for cheap, which is what BP wants and has already attempted.
Didn't Nasrat say the FDA said APAP was considered a deterrent and thus not worth adding our costly technology to it?
No, I don't think he would sell for 2 billion, which is why I was surprised Couch has used that number at least 2x now. I don't think he would consider less than 4 billion right now, and I would be surprised if he took 4 billion.
I don't think Nasrat has as big a problem living in a hotel during the week as some on here do, which means I don't think he's in a hurry to sell.
The post approval was implied in the hypothetical $2B price. Read Carefully!
Wouldn't that only be $2 per share fully diluted? he was talking about it going to several dollars on a small piece of the market.
You're mixing up 2 different points.
Based on what, thin air? 99% chance of approval at the least.
Yes, buying and selling is dead even, not counting (appreciable/non-appreciable naked shorting).
Yawn. I agree.
Apparently you don't count weekends either.
That looks "appreciable" to me. How many share would it take to cross the line of "appreciable"?
Is there any evidence of no appreciable shorting?
People wait all the time. Not everyone is a baby about pain. And if the doctor checks "Dispense as Written," the patient won't have much choice.
Pharmacies (not pharmacys) will not be buying/ordering SequestOx until they have prescriptions in hand. Nasrat already explained this in a conference a year or 2 ago that they will not stock it in the beginning.
