Makes sense now why the PPS went to .002 and higher volume over the last few days..... no more dilution of stock. Now there is no worries about the R/S!! R/S is nothing but a positive move to make this company more appealing on the open market! Like I said before... grab them while you can folks! Great trade day ahead!

I agree with the move on if it's not the right penny stock for some.... the problem is no one wants to move on! Still coming day after day! This company has to much potential and that's what keeps everyone here! 2 logical options...grab them while you can or move on! Doubt move on will be an option though!

If not sure what to do with them.... I will take them off your hands for half the market value! That was the old going rate for PP shares. Can't get those deals anymore!

I just use common sense.... the company is doing things productive to get certified. Changes in management, getting a newer plane, changing the name to reflect the new direction.... all growth from where they were last summer! Sorry my common sense definition does not resemble business dictionary's definition!

Many definitions of growth! Financial growth is only one type! The financial growth will follow all the other growth this company is showing!

Agreed this company is in growth mode and with new management, a newer model aircraft and a new name and structure is what makes this company still tick! Baltia could have closed its doors like many for some unknown reason want to happen and hurt the shareholders! This company did not give up the fight and now is getting things done! True shareholders see that and see the great future to be! The PPS reflects this and is why people are loading up before the R/S. Wont see these low prices after the ASM and R/S!

Such a terrible day!! Maybe tomorrow BLTA will have another sh*tty 25% increase... making for a horrific 50% increase in PPS for the week! Hopefully not though and it goes back to .0015... that would be just great!!!

I guess any increase in PPS is a bad thing to some! I see up 25% and a 28 mil volume day pretty good! But I guess I only like making money the old fashion way.... when the PPS goes up!

Theory is scare the Ostrich (Baltia Shareholders) to put their head in a hole while the egg is snatched right under them. Then sell the egg back to the ostrich when they come up for a breath of air! Agreed!! The only ones worried are the ones that want to make a quick buck now! The dippers that love to play the swing! Can't make money if there is no fluctuation in the daily price. I agree the short term is not going anywhere fast, but I'm in for the long and that looks very promising! Get these cheap prices while you can is my theory!

Where is the facts that support it was Baltia's fault though? Blame seems to be on them by some.... where is the evidence that they are to be blamed for that much money being used verses the FAA wasting that money away going through hoops that were unrealistic? Like passing a slide test that Baltia has no control over packing! Yet when they finally put in their process to supervise the repacking themselves the FAA denies them to go further in the process?! I guess just assuming it is the company's fault and assuming the FAA is not corrupt just easier? Still works both ways!

If someone can prove Baltia was the corrupt one and there is an actual investigation against them for not doing everything in their power to get certified the last time I'll be interested! The only wrong doing was one person for not being a broker and contacting people to promote the company. SEC stated Baltia the company did nothing wrong. The funny part is if he was a broker nothing would have been wrong doing. Seems stupid for the SEC even go after Barry for letting people know about the company and promoting the stock, but whatever. I guess it was a law that was broke. He is gone now anyway so oh well!

Until then it's just spins that this company is not trying everything in their power and the FAA is not corrupt! Works both ways!

Oh my bad.... the FAA must be a great agency that does everything morally and ethically right then! What was I thinking! I thought they were hiding the truth all this time. I guess blacking out 500+ documents that hide all the results and comments related to all 7 Mini Evac tests and a letter from the FAA attached to my FOIA stating they are also withholding 635 pages is just normal course of business! We should just trust them and just blame the company instead! And we should all demand Baltia 8K when they tie their shoes and shout nothing but lies when they PR something about the FAA allowing them to continue and "nothing but lies" when they say they will be leasing a plane from Kalitta!!! Can't believe I thought the FAA was a joke! Quick get the pitch forks and torchs and let's get that bad CEO for having slides that failed!!! I guess the FAA is not the only Joke out there!

Blacking it out alone is corrupt! I requested the FOIA documents and the results of the Mini Evac and by law the FAA needs to release them. The Blacked it Out because they know they are wrong. Plain and simple.. no other logical reason to hide the results if it was truly Baltia's fault.

The documents were blacked out to hide the truth and it is obvious from the FOIA documents they sent me! This is not routine blacking out of names or addresses or phone numbers. This is blacking out of whole paragraphs and entire documents of Mini Evac results to hide the fact that the FAA did not want Baltia to succeed in that certification process. Or at least certain individuals within the FAA didn't want them to. And the FAA is covering up its tracks with black ink!

Any against Baltia? And yes there is proof they treated Baltia wrongly! I have it in hand from FOIA documents. FAA loves blacking out what they want hidden... 500+ pages of blacked out documents! Only one reason they are hiding it! Corruption!!

Most likely conflict of interest is why he left the BOD or maybe he was just sick of being accused of things that were not true on the boards. But the good news is that even though he is no longer on the BOD, he will still be a major part of this company by leasing them the plane! And believe me Kalitta is still being used as a resource for this company! Don't need to be a board member to give suggestions and advice when they may need some! I know Kalitta will give them that! I understand why being on the BOD and leasing them the plane would be a Conflict Of Interest... so I understand his reasoning! Makes sense that he resigned days after the Transaero Plane was flown to KYIP and then to KOSC to be prepped for this company!

Yup...people don't want to sell at these prices. Holding like me and many others! If people were worried they would sell off and the price would go back to what it was before the announcement from Tony last November. No more riding the dips for awhile all! Board might get a bit quiet due to this holding period!! Guess Some can't make a buck on someone else dime during these times!

They will be certified by the time the FAA gets around to giving you a FOIA document.... plus it won't be able to be read with all the blacked out Exemptions! Exemption 5 is their favorite one to use! Letting them continue would be the FAA's opinion and would fall under Exemption 5... sorry!!
