Yes you basically repeated what I had stated about Genova being open to new oppty's
It would not be unusual at all, happens all the time.
IF they were going it alone, I would agree they would need that position BUT they are not going it alone, hence being open to new oppty's
Bajo worked on SPORT as well and now he is with JNJ - makes sense that JNJ would want to bring Bajo on board b/c of his experience with multi-port (VERB), endoluminal (Auris) and Single Port (Titan) - as you said Bajo is a titan in the industry and that is why JNJ kept him on for his experience on all three platforms that JNJ will need to compete with ISRG.
Didn't Mullings group have that Bajo video when he was working at Verb where Bajo spoke about how excited he was to have worked on something in the lab (university level) and take it all the way to commercialization....very interesting.....
By gaining ISO 13485 Certification it looks like Titan is ahead of the game - according to the national governing body for ISO, looks like Titan is on the cusp of regulatory submittal. All right here in this attached link - directly from ISO
https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:std:iso:13485:ed-3:v1:en
If the platform is done and works (iso 13485 certification shows that it does), Titan will no longer need a director of r&d and engineering, therefore why Genova is open. He knows that the acquirer will not need him as they pass it off to internal personnel in their side. Pretty simple to see. If I see others as well start looking means buyout will be imminent. Especially if they continue to move forward w chapel hill office which every indicator is that they are. Reminder that Genova was in chapel hill and they were building an office in chapel hill. Why build it if Genova is leaving unless of course the acquirer wants their office there.
ISO 13485 Certification
The key is the office in chapel hill and getting the money to get that up and running. Then what do they do once it’s up and running. Why build an office if they don’t have the cash. I guess someone can ask Randall if they are still proceeding w it. IMO, I can’t imagine they’ve done anything yet until they get money.
That’s exactly what I said. Zaring did not sell shares. Where’s the proof as u say all the time.
Another thing to look at is what are they doing w their chapel hill office. If they aren’t moving forward w that, it could be a bad sign. Obviously they will need money for that. If they are moving forward w it, IMO it would mean they are working w a partner to get that up and running for the strategic partnership
But he is not selling them, as u would say where’s the proof? Per Sport19 wo proof of zaring selling means it hasn’t happened. Thanks to Sport19 for confirming that Zaring hasn’t sold
So zaring paid over a million dollars to exercise his options only to sell them for 1/5 of what they are worth. It’s unbelievable that people actually think that he paid to exercise his $2.20 options only to sell at 45 cents.
He would just leave Titan and take another job.
JNJ/Titan/Verb/Auris - thanks for agreeing with me and saying I am right!
worth at least $3.2 Billion in BO, priceless in reverse merger.
So now you believe McNally...how convenient!
******INVESTORS AWARE****** Looks like they are getting regulatory approval first in Europe. My guess is since they locked up ISO 13485, CE approval will happen sooner than later.
In the meantime:
JNJ/Titan/Auris/Verb
agree, that doesn't past mustard.
Past mustard? Can't make this stuff up.
Dennis Fowler is CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICE at Karl Storz. When did he leave Titan? wasn't it about 4+ years ago...
interesting read on single port and the early pioneers.

If TRXC raised $25M, then according to that Titan raised $35M

Well they haven’t mentioned who the WW SUPPLIER is....
There is no proof on that either, at least no one has posted any proof of that, all speculation they are exchanging services for shares.
Bc they are useless
funding from Aspire and Cambridge Design partnerships, more then enough to cover the filing fee for regulatory approval in Europe.
You are clueless...it is right there on linkedin that they are going for regulatory clearance in Europe first....its called reading top to bottom, left to right, form words together to make sentences..
Looks like Titan will be going for CE Mark first...
JNJ/Titan/Verb/Auris - consistently and more than just job postings but hey some of you get tired clicking a mouse 2 times to do any digging on your own.
So SPORT19 is looking to get back in and take a position in Titan as well as GEO and HC777. None of then have shares and now planning on getting back in....short squeeze must be coming here and also this must not be a POS like they say
amazing how a lot of people planning on buying back in now, hmmmmmm. Shorts have to be very careful here. Rumor has it that Honeycomb777 will be posting shortly and talking about buying back in....wait for it....wait...
So a leading urologist says Single Port will have it’s place but intuitive’s isn’t there yet. Sport19 and McNally says they are hiring independent directors which explains the director of engineering at Titan. Sport19 brought up André Bajo who helped develop the Platform in the lab that Titan is built on, is on Titan’s patents and is a big shot (per Sport19) in surgical robotics and works at JNJ. We’ve seen that bajo video when he worked at verb talk about having the oppty to work on a platform from the lab to commercialization and what an exciting and unique oppty it was.
Weird that Titan is, as you say, hiring independent directors. That has to be costly but more importantly, what are they doing for Titan on commercialization. Obviously you knew they were hiring Independent contractors, could u share w the board what they were doing?
anyone have any input as to why Titan hired a Senior Engineering director?
how does it stack up with da vinci SP?
it doesn't suck, its much better than ISRG SP - MUCH BETTER!
